Being her 3rd Captain, I can witness for both. Member assistance? All of the time. Outstanding service? Much of it. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. She has been extremely active within the past few weeks and has been stepping up as a Captain. I will proudly admit that she has been doing way more than I have and I'm one rank higher than her. Doreah is setting a great example for the lower ranking members by being active, and always helping her fellow members when needed. She's always available, looks on the recruit tag for recruits to be trained, recruits, and answers questions to the best of her ability. She's been hosting meetings when her higher officers aren't available and when something needs to get done, she gets it done and she's fast to do it. This lady has been showing great motivation and pushing members to recruit and get to know each other more, which is always needed and appreciated. She's been doing SO much for Overload, it's insane, and she's been carrying Overload on her back for the passed few weeks. This woman is an outstanding officer and definitely goes above and beyond for the squad. Doreah is a wonderful asset to Overload, and without her the squad would be dying. She really deserves these awards, to be really honest.

She's extremely responsible and can handle situations at ease. She hosts her own personal game nights, and they are very much successful with full lobbies and lots of fun. Not only does she do an awesome job as a Founder, but she does a great job as Acting General for Overload. She always sends out reminders when asked to without any hesitation. She's also the tag holder of TW's recruit tag and is always keeping an eye out for new members who need to be trained. Pinky always answers my questions thoroughly and is extremely reasonable/understanding. She knows what's best for the squad and takes action. Pinky is a great leader, and it's an honor to have her watching over Twisted Warfare. He was constantly dealing with a plethora of drama we had this month, and he did it respectfully and was chill about it. Being the highest ranked Captain in our squad, he had to deal with the heart of the drama, and he did it 95% by himself, and he did such a great job. I admire his determination to become a leader and how well he's working at it. He organizes the weekly schedule for Overload, helped establish Overload's SWAT team and is Co-Captain of Overload's Head Hunters team. Swift is always looking out for new recruits and members to train. He's always on our tail about that stuff, and that's what we need! She's helped me a lot with personal problems and I admire her for her strength and independence. She has hosted many meetings and they all turn out to be very successful. She's always there to host her weekly game night she has every Wednesday and she's also a WONDERFUL co-host when we have our Monday Netflix Movie Nights. She makes it really fun and entertaining for everyone. She was a huge help in the situation that we were having in Overload these passed few weeks, and helped SwiftFox and I make decisions.

I most certainly can witness for SwiftFox. This member is always available even in the most hectic circumstances and is constantly helping members within his squad. He has helped many people through their problems, whether it was KSI related or within their personal life. I actually got to witness him helping several members during Overload's squad split; he made sure everything ran smoothly. He reminded the newer members who were going to the new squad what the squad split was and why it was in motion. He makes sure that the members in his squad are in check, and he is always dealing with a situation when he's online. He will go out of his way to help a member. I've watched him grow into a wonderful leader.

He's a wonderful speaker, and I know this by the workshops that he's hosted that result in great turnouts with more than 14 people to a lobby. He keeps the members in his lobby entertained, instead of boring them to death by reading off of a paper or "script." Nico does an awesome job when it comes to helping other members and keeping the squads in check. He is the tag holder of the TW recruit tag and is always on it, checking to see if he needs to accept new members. This man knows when to take initiative in a situation and solves problems in a professional manner, no matter the circumstances. He has a lot of patience and understanding towards his members and is always around to help. General Gamertag - KSI Darth Vad3r (Overload TW) Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/15242-ksi-darth-vad3r/ Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy is doing a tremendous job at being the General of Overload. Not only is he prompt and to-the-point, he is also very compassionate and down to earth. KSI Darth Vad3r knows when to be serious and when to keep it cool around other members. He's a great role model for lower ranking members by showing great leadership qualities and determination. Darth will go above and beyond for his squad, whether it's funding for a little tournament or even staying up all night to talk to others about their life issues. He's constantly checking the squad tag for new members, and sends out consistent messages reminding the Overload members about game nights, meetings, and different events. When someone needs him, he's always available. Darth loves his squad, and treats us as if we were family. He strives to be the best, and makes sure that Overload is constantly active and never-dying. He's a wonderful General, and deserves to be recognized for it. When he sets his mind to something, he will stick with it and stay committed. This dude does a wonderful job at recruiting, and welcoming new members to KSI as a whole. He's always on point when it comes to training new members as well, making sure that they understand where they are, and what KSI is all about. He has a tendency to get a little too crazy, but he also knows when to act in a professional manner when needed. Swift has funded for many Corporal Showdowns in the past (still does), and he also gives out Microsoft cash cards to Corporals who don't have the money to change their names. He planned a whole week of events naming it "Overload Fox Week" where the members had to compete to win Microsoft cash cards. He's done outstanding work not only for Overload, but for KSI as a whole community. He's also extremely hardworking and is constantly on the website doing something, whether it's clearing out spam in a section, chatting with members in the shout box or making a signature. Chickenwing is always available when needed and is exceptionally knowledgeable about his work and what he does as a Forum Mod, considering he just recently got that position.

Experience in KSI: I'm currently an active member in Tournaments & Events. I've been in KSI for about six months now and I've made it up to 2nd Captain in Lethal DM. Why you feel you should be picked to join the AAP (Please provide details): I believe I should be picked to be a part the AAP staff because I'm a hard worker, I'm honest, I'm punctual, and a quick learner. I may not have much knowledge about the various awards, but I do know that I will get the hang of it quickly. The AAP section is very important in my opinion, because it gives members the opportunity to nominate those who they think deserve awards. I will always be around the forums, lurking and posting, and it is extremely easy to get a hold of me because I'm very active.
