Gamertag: KSI Jynxie Forums: @KSI Jynxie Award: Die Hard Reason/Evidence: Jynx was recruited into my squad, Trocity LS, back in August on 2018. In the short 5 months that she has been here, she has turned into an exceptional KSI member, as well as a very good friend. When she first wanted to join, she was hit with hostility and and a line of massive dramatics. She stuck through it all though, persevering and never stopping to look back. After she was recruited in, Jynx made it her goal to get to know everyone. Now most people know that as a woman, in a "man's gaming world", it's never an easy task to make friends. This statement was true for her. She was always getting flirted with, but the boys were good and took no for an answer. Fast forward a few months. Jynx made it onto the Officer's Staff with extreme work, dedication, and a thirst for the knowledge to make KSI an amazing community. In the time that she was in Trocity on the Staff, she had major run ins with inconsiderate people who gave no care about rank nor a person's well being. There were several times where she wanted to just go, to throw her hands up and be done with it all. She didn't though. She powered through and found herself sitting in a Captain's position. Onward to mid November. There was a slight disagreement amongst some members, causing Jynx to take a transfer to ES. Anyone who knows about this, knows the struggles and strife that happened, and this alone would cause anyone to just quit. Jynx didn't though. She pulled up her big girl pants and went after everything with a mind set on putting the past behind her and making the best of it not just for her, but for her members. Since being in ES, Jynx has had a struggle with helping the Officer Staff of Banshee completely revamp our squad. It's definitely been a rocky road sometimes, but she's never faltered and continues to give everything her best. Jynxie is at epitome of a damned near perfect member to KSI, (and only damned near because no one is perfect here.) She continues to give her best in every aspect of the things she sets out to accomplish, and will in my eyes, be a massive asset to keep around. With this, I feel she overly deserves this award.

I can most certainly witness to this award. December has been a heavy hitter when it comes to News Articles, and so much more. I personally have used his Recruiting Effectively article is several of my training sessions held within multiple divisions. I can also attest to December coming up with the Monthly Recruiter record. This has come in handy when trying to research the active recruiters we have within divisions, whether it be to know who's bringing in the most members, or who members can go to for recruiting tips and tricks. This is one of the best, most effective and recent stat thread updates that has been introduced to HSI, and will continue to be an important tool used by Leadership. He's also come up with the massive hit "In The Kitchen" article theme. ( http://www.ksiglobal.org/in-the-kitchen-with-december-episode-1/ ). This article has been well received amongst many members, several of whom have actually gone out and made what he described, and are ancy for the next episode. Throughout the several months that I have been a part of the HSI/News teams, @December 77 has been an inspiration to many members. He's always going into depth about articles, is extremely thorough with explanations of expectancy, and has an all around high standard for everything that we do. As his Editor for the News Team, I have learned a great deal more than I thought I ever would need. In my opinion, December has earned/deserves this award more than just one time over.

I can witness to M3NTALIST for OS 1&2. With my tenure under him, I was a Gen when he was Gen as well as CoFounder. He always goes out of his way to help members. We had a situation about a week ago dealing with one of his members, (Im in a new div now). M3NTALIST jumped on at like 4am his time to make sure this guy was ok and was able to go through the proper proxy protocol to obtain an emergency LOA for him. M3NTALIST is ALWAYS on point when it comes to LS. He lets no situation stand still. He always finds answers for any question that is shot his way. He is full of knowledge when it comes to the community as well as giving real life experience answers to issues. M3NTALIST is the kind of member this community thrives and builds upon. I fully believe he should have these, and am honestly surprised he doesn't already! Thank you for all the help you have given to myself and my members Vinny. It is always welcomed!

As the DEPT leader, Scotland is ALWAYS jumping in to make sure there’s nothing anyone doesn’t know or understand. He’s always around to lend a helping hand, sometimes even when you don’t ask. She’s gone above and beyond when the time calls for it. Always willing to diffuse an issue, no matter the outcome, she looks out for her members. She always keeps it real, and wants what’s best for everyone making sure answers are always had. With her attention to detail, Tex will always make an amazing Director and always care about everyone’s well being. They have been hit by other communities, having SEVERAL members leave on that bandwagon. With 7’s stepping down, and not much help in sight, Eyo has given it her all and has started turning her div around. She’s gotten ES up and running again, and I dare say it will be a powerhouse not to be forgotten. She cares deeply for her members, is always online to help, and never leaves her guys stranded. As a Div leader, she is an outstanding role model for any member to lookup to. He goes above his job description, making sure that even the squads he isn't over has the right info, and answers that they could ever need. M3ntalist likes to make sure that no matter who you are, you feel welcome. He will do anything in his power to keep you informed of upcoming events, and always looks out for the best way to not only make our division flourish, but the community as well. He is always offering up knowledge (even if you feel you don't need it!!!), and even in his worst angry British times, is full of laughter and love for his people. The leaving of members over the summer, the closing of squads, and officers stepping down. But no matter what happened, Pritch stood like a pillar leading his squad as a 4th CPT. He took the reins as best as he could, trying to be the glue. Willing and ready, he was on at all times, whether discord of xbox, answering questions and keeping Banshee afloat. Not being an egotistical person, he has kept his workload hush hush and his head down. Thank you Pritch, for all the work you have put in! From the very start she yearned for knowledge about our community. Learning everything she could, and questioning what she didn't know, she put all of her findings into making our squad a better, more family like place. As a single mom to an amazing little girl, Jynx always finds the time to take out of her busy schedule to get with people, whether it be via discord, the app, or online. She's always blowing people up with party invites, getting people active, and making sure no one feels left out. She downloads games to make sure everyone is included, and sometimes even goes the extra mile to gift games to others when she knows that they can't get them themselves. She's always willing to help out our members, whether it be to listen to them vent, answer questions, or to host anything I ask of her. I feel that Jynx is a pillar to her squad, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for her. She’s ALWAYS on the forums. When it comes to any question that I have, she is my go to. As a mod, she’s always looking to keep our site safe with hard work and dedication. Greenday never hesitates to explain what she’s doing and why, and goes out of her way to help her fellow staff members when they need it. She truly goes above and beyond as a mod in every aspect and doesn't let it affect her in any negative kind of way. She is just happy to be able to keep the community safe and uphold the standards to help everyone. She truly is the epitome of the standard and those members we all strive to be. As a member of several depts, December has a plate full. Taking over as the Head of News and HSI was a big milestone for him, and the staff that he presides over. He has completely revamped the way things are done, making everything run smoother. Everything that goes on in these departments are organized now, which makes it easier for staff to know exactly what to expect through the months. I really feel that without his helping hand and guidance to the depts, they wouldn’t be near as great as they are now. Category: Department Member Gamertag: KSI FadeZ 7 Forums Account Link / @KSI FadeZ 7 Reasons they deserve this award - Fadez has been a dept member for some time now. During this time, he’s been a part of News and HSI. For the News side, he’s been very instrumental in helping make the change for the better. He’s revamped the KSI Speaks side of article writing. He’s exceptionally reliable, active, and communicates greatly within his departments, which landed him the Senior Writer position. In HSI he has thrown his weight around too. He’s always super active with updating his div histories, and doing everything that is asked of him and more. He will always be a great asset to any department he’s a part of.

ES ALL DAY BABY!

As a person who has known GreenDay for years, I can totally drop my witness here. This girl has been through hell and back in KSI, but always keeps her head up and eyes focused on her job. With recent events that have happened, Greenday has pulled through, never faltering. She has continued to carry on woth her job, going through the SL merge and making sure her people haven't been left behind. As the Editor of HSI, she has also been put through the ringer too. Anyone who's in a dept knows it's hard when you're the head hancho. Greenday has pulled these guys together with the help of December, has turned the history team around, and has focused of making the KSI HSI section fantastic!

Had one of the first ever Destiny squads on the 360 and xb1 in the community. Was on D2 Head Hunters this past season for LS. Have the collector's edition box for D2, pre ordered it 15 minutes after it became available. Have collectible lego sets, pictures, coloring books, and clothing. Also, turned my 7 yr old daughter into a Destiny addict.
