Also a reminder that this is OF THE YEAR. "They do a good job" does not cut it. They, by definition, have to do the BEST job. Keep this in mind when nominating. Every member is up against each other in this. That means a current general could be up against a current Division Leader for the same award. Make sure that, when you vote, you keep in mind that the person you are voting for is being compared to every person who held that rank this year.

I don't remember this member getting os level 1. While it is not required that he get it to received silver, he's let's likely to get it without it. Are you sure you don't wasn't to change this to a nomination for os 1?

We have the equivelant of that in member titles. (Hardcore, Pro, etc). Why should you be rewarded twice for reaching the same milestone?

Not to diminish your witnessing but there is no way he could go out of his way to help you. You are in his squad.That is literally as 'on his way' as it gets. Seeing as you've only been in KSI for one month, he's the only person who should be there to help you. OS1 is an award for those who go above and beyond. In your account, he's just doing his job.

I'm still hesitant with my vote. The section has very little activity as it is (because it was just started last month). Maybe when the section is proven to be a more valuable part of the site later on down the line or if someone comes forward with other things he has done besides the ASC my vote would change. As it stands, it seems you have only had one request so far in your program, there really isn't a high demand on your time from this program.

noooooooooooo more member specific awards. And i was saying one of the two. I think in order to be nominated for it, you have to have already received Mentor (can't be applied for in the same post). Getting 15-20 witnesses might be an issue so i think it would fall along the lines of Master Recruiter and Trainer. Some members above them vouch for their work.
