I say yes to all and i'll claim him as my mentor if you really think its necessary but i really dont doubt every member of the aap considera him one.

Is it not possible that some times the people who get the most nominations may actually be the best at their jobs? Just because someone agrees with the majority vote doesnt mean they are being lazy. It means they agree.

If you are going to disregard everything i say, there was really no point in posting this.

i'm saying you wouldnt get a big enough turnout. you'll have a lot of ties and the winners would pretty much be decided by 3 to 5 people voting. Look at all the peopel we had vote. Now divide that number by the number of divisions we have. Thats assuming everyone voted for every category and that each division has an even number of people voting. Which they dont but in a perfect world, lets just say the have and they do. Its not a high number. It will be very biased. Especially if new members are voting and they dont know more than 5 members in KSI

If you are thinking the award is "LE person of the month" for example. No based on what i said. If you are thinking "SH Cofo/General/member of the month" i say no because you will probably get, if you are lucky, 5 people voting for SOME of the categories, most likely their generals or their friends. Too much hassel. Maybe if you make it like "DH Member/General/Upper Leadership of the month" that at least has SOME workable flaws but i would still think its too much hassel.

it may make the divisions themselves equally repped but it wouldnt make the people in the division better repped. A LT who brought their squad back from the brink may not be known as well as a very personable founder or codiv. I think that would make it mostly about who you are friends with. With it distinguished by rank, it forces them to explain why they are the best at their job as opposed to just being the best in the division. Each rank in a div is held to a different standard.

Member of the Month: KSI x BLAKL1T3 I can honestly say that if it wasnt for this member, my squad may have, in fact, died. He has almost single handedly recruited half the squad we have now and is doing an absolutely outstanding job in the process. He is a godsend and i couldnt ask for a better captain. He does things before i even get a chance to ask him to and i wouldnt doubt he could run the squad if anything happened to me. He is a good guy and recruits quality people and we in Olympus as well as Lost Empire are lucky to have him edit*** Co-Div: KSI x Heretic 7 Aaron is a great example of what a ksi member should be. He always takes time out of his day to play with the members of LE. I've known him since he's joined Lost Empire and, though its hard to believe, he has grown into an even better leader and guy over the past 6 or so months. I say its hard to believe because he was amazing when he joined and he some how found it in himself to get better. When we lost our division leader and hitman took over, he was the obvious and best choice for the number 2 spot and he's gonna make an amazing div leader in the coming times. I look forward to working under him some more in the future.

also, if i can add this, if i'm getting FTLA mentor, i think it goes without saying that i'm an FTLA graduate.

We have no way of proving that the person has indeed served. We had a member on the old forums who's whole persona was that he was a marine and that he would be gone for a while due to deployment. He actually wasnt in the military and during his time "deployed" he started up another clan. People can always lie.
