The fact that he won General of the Month last month proves it, and it's just odd that he hasn't gotten OS yet. I was his general when he joined, then his co-founder and founder. November 23 of last year I said that if I ever stepped down to squad level, he's the type of leader I would enjoy being under. Now, half a year later, here I am. I've seen the amazing things he's done and all the hard work he puts into his squad. He takes a personal interest in every single member in his squad to make sure they're experiencing KSI the way it's meant to be experienced: as a fun, mature environment. He goes so far as to host a UK meeting for the people in his squad that can't make the normal time, and host UK game nights for them as well. He will do anything to make sure everyone in his squad has the experience they deserve. He's been a general for over 7 months, and I have seen nothing short of outstanding while above or below him. When having to work long shifts almost daily, he still stays up as long as 5AM to make sure everything is running correctly. He takes time into training and building a relationship with his officers so that they can all work together as a team towards the success of Echo. He becomes close friends with them all, yet if needed, he doesn't hesitate to demote them. He's active with his squad, participating in most of the US game nights, although they start at 2am his time. He cares about his members' opinions and feelings, and takes time to make sure their concerns are heard. His entire squad adores him, and I'm sure that will be obvious once they start to witness for his Outstanding Service.

As Destructions's Founder, I can witness that he is an active member on the Echo HeadHunter's team As for Member Assistance, I have witnessed him helping members not only in his squad, but the division. He's always willing to lend a helping hand and he will answer any question or help with any issue that he can. He doesn't help out just to look good or for a promotion, he simply wants to be helpful for the better good of his squad. He definitely deserves Member Assistance for all the contributions he's made dealing with issues and freely giving his knowledge.

We were a tad short staffed, and he made sure we kept everything rolling and took a lot of stress off of us. He was a huge help in making sure our squad split went well, considering it was Last Strike’s first one in a very long time. He’s constantly sending out motivational messages and stays active with everyone in the community. He’s always reachable when I need him and ready to lend a hand or even some advice. Needless to say, things are slightly different now. Despite that, he came back full force and readjusted to things beautifully. I know if it was me, I would have trouble getting back into the swing of things after being gone for so long. I admire how well he’s adapted and how hard he’s been working, especially coming into a division with no one he knows. He has dedicated himself fully to Last Strike, and I’m proud to have him in my division. He has never had it easy, but has ALWAYS remained positive and level-headed. His general abruptly bailed on the squad, which caught all the officers by surprise. He hadn’t been prepared for general, but he confidently stepped up and stayed strong. With his example, his officers quickly recovered from the shock. The general before him didn’t leave his squad in the best shape. The numbers were high, but come to find out, most of the members hadn’t participated in months. He has spent his entire time as general thus far doing his best to get members active and slowly defluffing. His squad has shown considerable improvement, and he’s led them without showing any doubt or faltering. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Kazekage (General - Desolate LS) Link to forums account- http://www.ksiforums.org/user/17584-fourth-kazekage/ Reasoning why they deserve this - The first thing I ever said to Kazekage was, “Where did you come from?†He was at the general’s meeting covering for his general who couldn’t make it. I wasn’t his Co-Founder, but I still knew most of the officers in the division. Yet I hadn’t met him. He joined, and immediately started working his butt off and ripped through the ranks. Before anyone could blink, he was first captain and about to take general of the squad split. He rose up faster than most people, and as soon as you meet him, you’ll understand why. He is a natural leader, and he leads effortlessly. He was a vital part of Fallen splitting into Desolate, working to motivate everyone under him. He did amazing things as a captain, and I’m already seeing the great things he’s bringing as a general. He doesn’t do a ton of work one week, and then nothing for the next week. He can be depended on to constantly do his job without needing reminding, and shows a level of maturity few have in KSI. He’s extremely involved with the members in the squad, and never causes drama. He has extreme dedication to his squad, and despite his full time job, he stays very active.

Co-Division Leader Gamertag - KSI Jezrien 7 [Co-Division Leader - Last Strike] Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/1291-jezrien/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Oh Jezrien... Where do I begin? There’s no way to put into words all the ways Jezrien has helped me grow. I know I wouldn’t be where I am without him. He pushed me and pushed me to be better than I thought I could ever be. At the time I thought he was just being a butt head, but now I know he was just pushing me to my full potential. When someone doesn’t know what to do about a particular situation, he won’t give them the answer. He will guide them to find a solution themselves, so that he never takes the experience away from them. I honestly never aspired to be a 7, or even a general, but Jezrien made me believe in myself. Jezrien always seems to find something in people that they don’t see in themselves. The first time I met him he inspired me and gave me hope when I had completely given up on myself. I look back to when I was a captain and I’m amazed by how much he’s taught me and inspired me. Every time he speaks he bestows wisdom. He’s the person that everyone goes to for advice even when he was just a sergeant. I’ve never seen him make a decision that had a negative impact. He always inspired me, and everyone else. If there’s even the slightest chance that someone can be convinced to stay in KSI, Jezrien can do it. When I felt like quitting he wouldn’t let me. He’s talked so many people out of leaving, and they even come back feeling more inspired to do better. He’s the most inspiring and fluent speaker I’ve ever met. He always knows the right thing to say or the right thing to do and always keeps a level-head while doing it. He’s the only role model I’ve ever had.. I’ve always thought, “Why would I want to be anyone but myself?†But honestly, he’s the best leader I’ve ever seen. I would love to be even half the leader he is. He’s worthy of Co-Div of the year. He’s helped revive this division from near death, and he continues to be a huge contribution to its growth. There’s never a dull moment with this one. On top of his exuberant personality, his a great leader. He’s very firm with his decisions, and knows how to keep people in check. He knows how to teach people respect. When I was having problems getting my squad members to respect me, I watched how he interacted with members and I shaped my own style after that. He’s an amazing trainer, as he helped train me for Co-Founder. I’ve learned a lot from him, and he’s someone I feel comfortable going to when I need advice on something. He’s always willing to help out, and he has tons of experience and knowledge for people to learn from. She’s an AMAZING general. She was definitely not given a good hand. She was running Memories LS as a Captain, and it was not in good condition. The numbers were extremely low, and she had no officers to help her. No pressure, no diamonds. And she definitely turned that squad into a diamond. She’s put in so much hard work, and revived her squad. She single handedly turned Memories into a powerhouse. She’s an absolute joy to be around. No matter the situation, she keeps a positive and upbeat attitude. She’s always happy and makes everyone around her happy. She inspires her squad and pushes them hard. She makes sure everyone is working hard, but more importantly, she makes sure everyone is having fun. She doesn’t have boring, repetitive game nights, but always brings have fresh, creative ideas for game nights. Her squad has amazing activity, because she knows what KSI is about: Fun. Everyone in her squad loves being there, and loves participating. He immediately changed his gamertag and started doing mad work from Day One. He went on the forums and started reading EVERYTHING. I knew he would be an amazing officer. He turned into a sponge and just started learning everything he could. He started recruited and almost all his recruits changed their gamertags. He’s trained a lot of the current lieutenants in Echo. He’s extremely dedicated; I’ve never heard him talk about quitting or feeling discouraged. He interacts will the lower ranks extremely well, and manages to keep an upbeat attitude, despite the issues. He doesn’t let his rank go to his head. If I ever step back down to the squad level, he’s the type of member I would enjoy being under. She went into a squad that was pretty much dead and trying to rebuild. She's been the reason that squad has came back from the dead. She gets EVERYONE active. She's brought game nights from once a week with 5 people participating to full lobbies and daily game nights. She's trained almost every person in her squad. And the amazing part about it? She did it by herself. No general, no other captains, two inactive lieutenants, no staff sergeants. She's brought every up herself and trained them to perfection. She has amazed me with her dedication and bravery with taking on a squad that everyone else got scared and ran from. She helps out all of her members, and makes sure they're having fun. She's made Memories a fun place to be that truly feels like a family. She's nice and caring towards all of her members, but manages to be strict and run things straight. She has earned the respect from every single member of her squad and me. Every person in her squad feels comfortable asking her questions, and she loves to answer them. Committed - He's been in KSI since October 7, 2010 and he changed his gamertag about three months after joining. So he's had a KSI gamertag for well over a year. Mentor - Direwolf has mentored well over five people, myself included. A lot the divisional leadership that Last Strike has had in the past six months has been mentored by him and he's mentored more people since he joined Echo. Member Assistance - Direwolf is definitely one of the go-to people in Last Strike for questions. I know I've probably drove him crazy in the past with my questioning, but he always seemed happy to answer. Even now, I find myself asking him questions, and he always has an answer. Headhunter - He took over the Echo LS Headhunter team after KSIxARCHANG3L got promoted to General. Trainer - Direwolf is constantly training people, and he's trained well over 30 people. He trains new recruits, and he has trained people for new ranks.

As Homicide's Co-Founder, and former general. I can witness for all of these awards. I was his general when he was a sergeant, and I have watched him climb the ranks from sergeant to 3rd Captain. Even as a sergeant, he was constantly offering his assistance. He was helping corporals and even other sergeants with their forums accounts, playing with the new recruits, and being all around helpful. As for outstanding service, he's definitely outstanding. He first caught my eye as officer potential when he was the only person in the squad who wanted to take over the Welcoming Committee. The captain over it at the time was going to be offline for a month, so we needed someone to take it over. So, he took it over at SSGT. Granted, I was quite nervous letting him take it over, but he did AMAZING. The Welcoming Committee doubled in size, and it became 40x more productive. Then, at Lieutenant he proved himself further. Every single day he asked for more jobs, how he could the squad more, and what I needed him to do. Drama started going down within the squad and the previous general poached about 15 members, and almost every single officer quit. Homicide and another lieutenant were the only two left in the squad. Even with all the mayhem and confusion going down, Homicide stayed. The squad numbers dropped considerably, but now with his help and dedication its up to almost 90, and its going to split anytime. It's been such a pleasure watching Homicide grow as a leader and rise up the ranks, and I can't wait for the day he becomes a general, because I know his squad will thrive. Homicide, I know sometimes you get discouraged, and you've been in some really bad situations, but you've persevered. Keep on this path and you're going to reach the stars. I truly see endless possibilities for you, and I'm so proud that I can say I was your general.

I've only been in KSI for about half a year, so I can't image how many people he has mentored during his entire time in KSI. Not only does he mentor tons of people, but he's an amazing mentor and I couldn't image anyone who is better. Everyone in LS learns so much from him. - As one of Jezrien's generals, I know he deserves OS Level 3. In all of my time in KSI, I can't think of anyone who is more deserving of this award. I look to him as a role model more than anyone else, and he knows how to lead people. He handles every situation with finesse and a level head. He's the type of leader who won't give you a straight answer on what you should do in a situation, but he will let you make your own decisions so he doesn't take the experience and growth away. I've never seen him make a decision that was bad or had a negative impact on the division. He's the go-to guy for advice, and he's always ready to guide someone in the right direction. I've watched him go in and revive my home squad when basically everyone else had given up all hope for it. Although I haven't been in KSI all that long, I know he's revived numerous other squads. He's a vital asset to this division, and we wouldn't be where we are without him. I'm honored to be under him and I look forward to continuing to learn and grow as a leader from Jezrien.
