I have a question about something that's come up recently. If a potential recruit has previously been a member of another clan / community and has said organization in their Gamer Tag but hasn't been a part of that community for years are they fine to be recruited in? I've recently been told that the person in question would need to go apply in the join section on the forums however I've never heard of this before in my time in KSI and I've recruited people previously that would fall into this category without any hiccup. I just want to clear the air and get a straight answer.

He is also particularly knowledgeable about processes and events within KSI and making sure the standard processes are followed while remaining open to suggestions on improvements of the standard processes. KSI Trendies 7 is always facilitating growth within the division and promoting activity both within squads and the division as a whole. He is someone that I have looked up to since my return from inactive duty because of the exceptional work that he has done for his division and this is why I believe he deserves the Co-Division-Leader-Of-The-Month award for March 2017. He encourages squad growth by getting members out recruiting and he's an inspiration to the squad. KSI BRUNAN964 exemplifies what it means to be a leader within KSI; he treats every member with respect all the way from Recruit to Board Member and he is very knowledgeable about KSI but still open to learn whatever he can. Whenever a member offers a suggestion he always takes it into consideration and has a productive dialog about it with both that member and others to get more opinions on the subject. He has done, and continues to do, excellent work for the community and I believe he deserves the Captain-Of-The-Month award for March 2017.

His knowledge of events happening within the division is unmatched and he is constantly on the lookout for ways to improve the division. He accepts feedback and suggestions from members of any rank while also helping to handle issues that arise even on the squad level. This member deserves recognition for all of the work he has put into Wicked Destruction since its inception. I believe that under his leadership Wicked Destruction will grow back to the levels of Harmonic Destruction and Wicked Intent before it and continue to grow. He holds workshops every week for sergeants and above to keep everyone in the squad updated on Code of Conduct and recruitment process changes. It's also a time where any ideas or issues with recruitment or the squad in general can be addressed, however he's always available for members that want to express any issues or ideas outside of these scheduled meetings. He is very open to new ideas from other members and incorporates them into standard processes. Whenever I need to speak with him on anything and he's not online, I can always get a timely reply from him with either a message on xbox or on kik. He is very professional and always treats everyone with the utmost respect, exemplifying what it means to be a part of KSI and upholding the KSI values at all times, regardless of the forum. He also makes it a point to get to know every member of the squad on a personal level, even new recruits which he's always eager to meet and play with. It is my belief that KSI BRUNAN964 should be chosen for Captain Of The Month for February 2017. He is one of the most active and approachable Captains that I've met in my KSI career and I expect to see great things from him as he continues to rise through the ranks. I was recruited 2/20/13, changed my gamertag on 3/3/13 and went on an LoA 15 months after that and returned in May of last year. If that disqualifies me from the dedicated award then that's fine, just let me know.
