KSI Killer 7 has worked both under me and beside me for a couple years now and in that time periodhis service to the community has been above and beyond ive seen him due tremendous work training not only his own officers but sharing his knowledge with others from other squads and divisions with learning the ropes for officers and sgts to climb the ranks as well as help with real life problems all of which is nothing that had to be told or taught to him but whathe naturaly wanted to do not only for the community itself but for the individual members inside it making sure everyone counts tackling problems on the forums even if he didnt know himself he got down and dirty and educated himself so he couldhes donated to the community spent all of his time making his division the best and his work shows for it self im proud he calls me his mentor and friend becuase i could not have asked for a better one that loves this community as much as I do

I can witness for KSI KILLER 7 that he has been in KSI with a prefix for well over a year

I witness for killer king as his cofo- killerking is someone i look up to he came into the squad seeing all the good he can do in KSI he immediately started learning about recruitment,coc, sop the whole nine yards and once he learned he started executing like crazy getting recruits like crazy with high retention help train recruits help fellow officers learn thier duties and single handedly raising the bar for excellence not only for his squad but the division as a whole hes the most active on the forums hes constantly moving his squad forward in members and officer development and his reach even goes out to other squads as well so yes if anybody deserves and outstanding service award its him the guy that does the most service for his squad and division

I think also the reason he is able to be a mentor to so many people is that he always knows what they need to push them to points were they themselves though impossible even if it ends up with him being hated and jezrien know also what the division needs and requires to grow and no matter how stubborn it is to not do so but I believe hell push and push until we split. I can vouch that he is apart of my headhunters team I can also witness to him as he is a great asset to my squad for the fact that head been in for three years the officers and members of the squad love to have such a KSI veteran in their squad to help them and even train them for positions he's is one of the few people who I would consider my mentor and to be in the same squad as him is even better

I can witness as homicides general homicide has been a great help to my squad and has displayed great leadership and mentorship towards the lower ranking members and have watched him train members into becoming great leaders and its a absolute pleasure to work with him

General KSIxGODDESS(General - Last Strike/Echo) - Link to forums account -http://www.ksiforums.org/user/12974-icequeen/ Reasoning why they deserve this - I think that goddess deserves this is, since she came over to echo from memories she has worked hard. one because she came from a halo 4 squad to a halo reach squad, also when she got Gen she worked even harder to bring the squad up and get it running to its former glory and over the past month I can honestly say that she has done that and so much more. everyday that I get on I look forward to what she has in store for the squad and after being a former Gen of echo I can say its a beautiful thing. to see that leadership and motivation in the squad. and even as I write this right now or even in a custom game I think she still thinking of new ways to improve the squad and its members. Ksixarchang3l Echo 2cpt - I can witness for zanimus that he's been here for over 12 months and that through out his career he has helped me and multiple other ksi members become great leaders in ksi and has recently helped revive a squad when others couldn't.
