becoming director over LS he was the second name i heard that caused drama in the div along with his wingman, and it still goes on today. yet i havent looked into it myself im pretty sure the squad could vouch better than i could

I known airborne FOREVER, lol he has always pushed 110 percent. When I use to run DR, he always ran game nights, helped with crowns, modivated, done the whole 9 yards. He and bruins we left behind in DR knowing they would one day run that division. Today's that day. I will vouch for all of these as a director because I know his capability in that division and has helped keep it together making it run smoothly.

alright since i finaly got around to this. when i came into KSI i explained it all to him he got really interested and i paid for his name change, soon after he was given Major in a halo squad, he worked constantly with the squad finally getting it to split and became a cofounder. he often stuck to the halo side while i did the call of duty. once he became a founder he was all over the place working with everyone getting everything done quick and effective. we went through a lot in SO taking the main blunt force hits from the poachers back then and eventually were taken down. I started over in DL as a cpl right before the div split to DR. changed my name and went back up the ranks. when my brother came back he was given a failing call of duty squad where he successfully split it and even helped other squads get recruits, build, structure, etc. while his squad caught up with the time requirements. now hes a the division leader over CO and has shown great success to the divison and im sure many leaders here dont really know how he is cause hes quiet lol and kinda in my shadow but now hes on his own to shine. but all and all he works very hard and does greatness in the division.

Lol impy do I have too? Lol alright when I met him he was a Captian in a squad who lost all his leadership but himself. He worked his ass off and fixed the squad giving it a 150% turn around as a general he recruited for all the other squads when we were in a rough patch. Once he received cofounder we had to keep giving him work because he became a work slave and would literally go into exile if he didn't have enough to do. This division has driven a lot of our leaders crazy lol that's the reason he deserves this.

This guy has been with me since the start of my career here, he's always given his 110 percent even giving out MS points and Live cards to numerous members. He started out in SO with me and literally was my right hand man all the way until his fiancé had a baby then after that he came back and started over. He has done an amazing job in this division just like all my leaders have I'm proud to have him and I'm vouching as his director

ill be the first director to post lol well lets see here roman hmmm he has worked his ass off plain and simple. any leader without a doubt can agree that he has proven his leadership worth while and has done numerious things for DL,TW,EO, etc. hes even a leadership mentor running his own 101 classes and 201 classes for coming up leaders. that means something to this community and he has done it with great success i believe he deserves these awards because of his commitment for this community. might sound harse but the job of a div leader and director is a hell of a hard job that no regular member can accomplish. hes proven himself to be one of the greatest leaders in this community

Ill write more tonight but basically the member has stuck through thick and thin to keep the squad together it's our only squad that gets hit from other communities. After being hit over and over they lost nearly all there officer staff rasta stepped up and made the squad whole again. Fixing nearly every problem the squad had. As his director I vouch for this award
