i will whitness to this award no parais my first captian and has always been there to advise me and help me run a ever growing squad the man is a outstanding officer and a great freind he has taken every taks i have put out and returned to me with nothing less than 100%. nolag has mentored me whic maby be odd to say because i out rank him but his wealth of knolage has aided to me being able to make the right choice when it need to be done and keeping me level when everthing has gone from bad to worse he has never given up or layed his head to rest when help is needed even if i need to do something crazy like fix the g14 at 2 am so i hope that you see it in your hearts to give this man both awards and much more than that your respect because he has mine
