i can definitely vouch for this guy. when he was recruited he was streetsI420I or something like that and he changed his gt to KSI Streets about a week or so after. and since that day hes now a cofo and has been in for a little over a year now

As div leader in FG, I have witnessed Shooter rise through the ranks faster than anyone i have seen in a long time. I rmember when he was just a 4LT and really didn't think he wanted to be gen of a squad. After thorough training and a huge flame of motivation placed in him, he led Hyperion just as a LT and was just about the only officer in his squad. He was constantly asking what he was needing to do and eventually sarted taking on tasks without having to be asked. he led squad meetings, recruiting classes, attended gen meetings, etc. He has displayed that he could handle a squad on his own and had the biggest turnaround in FG since october of last year. He is one of the only people that i have ever seen get approved to be gen without the 12 week time reqs. He was promoted to gen in the middle of his 10th week of being in KSI. He has worked hard and now has one of the most active squads in FG including his privates and corporals. I haven't seen anybody work this hard doing what he does in a while. If anybody in FG deserves this award, it is Shooter for his leadership and hard working attitude. He is always staying positive and looking out for his squad whether it is someones personal life or KSI career.

streets is one of the best cofounders/member i have seen come through KSI in my tenure. he goes beyond his cofounder rank to be a best friend and help out people with personal problems and i was one of those people. to me, streets has far more intentions in KSI other than gaming and helping out people. he builds relationships with others and helps others get to know their members. i see streets being way higher up in the near future. when he is assigned a task, he not only does it efficiently, he does it in such a quick manner so you don't ever have to ask twice.

static, one of my dear friends and one of the greatest members to walk through EO and FG, greatly deserves this award. Static has taken the bull by the horns and played an integral role in FG. He is constantly helping members strive to be the best they can be and increase his knowledge as well as others in FG. He holds training classes for pvts through sgts to make them capable to be officers. since static has earned the founder rank in FG, he does his job beyond any other founder i have seen. he is pushing officers to their maximum potential whether it is recruiting, training, mentoring or even just basic game nights. for me to say static is an amazing person and member is an understatement. this member greatly deserves the outstanding service award based solely upon his integral role in FG and KSI as a whole

Powers has been an essential role in FG and has gone beyond his duty as a general and is basically being a mentor to more people than just his squad. since he has taken on general of Cronus, he has built up the squad to be a powerhouse in our division. he filled the squad tag in two months and just split his squad. he has more potential officers than what he knows to do with. this guy has been more than a success since his return in KSI and return as a general. whenever we need a potential general trained, we always send him or her to powers to start their training process and if he gives an A okay on them, we continue the process. So powers definitely desereves this award more than any other general i have ever met.

i can vouch for static. I was his general when he changed his name to KSI BluexStatic way back when. it was last year before this month. it was a funny name i won't post on here for his sake so, yeah. i guess i count since i was there. lol

I can vouch for streets on any given day. Streets became a cofounder in our division about a month ago, maybe a little longer. before this, this guy had trained way over the 30 members. Pinky up there says 59. I say probably more. Since day 1, streets has taken guidance form myself and other 7s and other successful generals. when he got his first officer role, he was training at least 4 people a week. and had already started mentoring a sergeant on KSI's values and foundation. when Streets got gen of Kraken, his trains were well above 30. and he had mentored a bunch of successful generals in FG now and officers when he was a gen. If anything other than trainer that i can vouch for, I would nominate this person for outstanding service as well, but i'd wait to be able to testify for him. This guy is remarkable and deserves every bit of credit he receives. And i am honored to have such an amazing guy who can not only train and mentor KSI values, but values that a man or woman needs to be successful in everyday life outside of KSI.

He doesn't focus his squad on numbers, but on fun like i had. When i look at him as gen i see myself in him. Streets and his squad, Kraken, is one of the most succesful squads in FG. Since he has been gen, he took a squad with about 34 people in it and has since grown it to 68. If that isn't successful then idk what is. He has his officer staff up to par and doing what they are supposed to do as officers. When he was a captain he was taking on general duties such as running squad meetings, holding game nights, holding training classes for cpls and sgts and teaching people how to recruit. i can vouch for him being his division leader. I know i can't personally claim him as a mentor since i was his mentor to an extent. But i have personally witnessed this guy mentor well over 5 people in our division. He has taught many the ways of KSI and stands true to what it means to be a leader in KSI. Many strive to be like him within the division since he is more hands on. Grim definitely deserves this award due to his commitment to taking others under his wing and training them and teaching them the true ways and what it really means to be a member of KSI
