This man is constantly checking in on everyone even when his world is crumbling down. When you look up our reason for strength it should be replaced with two words, KSI Rage. Hes the first person to step up in our squad and the last to make sure his needs are being met everyday day he reminds by his actions how privileged i am to be alongside him. SSGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Spice SSGT ES Kraken Link to forums account - @KSI Spice Reasoning why they deserve this - theres not enough words in the dictionary to use to describe spice. Ever since this amazing lady stepped into Kraken shes been a wild fire, shes literally came in and stepped on everyones toes (even mine) to prove a point. That point was to show everyone that shes not to be messed with and that we can either help her or get out of her way. Shes came in and forced organization where i didnt think it was needed. Even as we speak shes going through a hurricane but still finds it important to check in on the squad and set people straight when we mess up her lists. If theres any point i can drive home its this, spice scares me. The reason why is because she reminds me of myself 5 years ago, and if she continues down this path she'll be the div leader in ES in no time.

She is always helping officers and helping the community expand in many ways and is always there to help others that want to strive in the community. She doesn’t stand back in the background, she is all hands on deck and shows the true mean of a leader even when she’s not feeling the best and fights through it to help others grow throughout the community. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Pathfndr WD Link to forums account - @KSI Pathfinder Reasoning why they deserve this - He deserves the award of the month because as a captain he doesn’t just focus on things that a normal captain would. He spends so much time with potential officers helping them in any way to see each potential officer grow throughout the community. Between everything he does, even when he’s dead tired he’s pushing through helping others and bettering the community by his comradery and willingness to not achieve just his goals or community goals but others goals in real life and goals within the community. Here’s my pick of the litter this month. Senior Leader (SENIOR DIRECTOR through CEO) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Swag 77 Link to forums account - @KSI Swag 77 Reasoning why they deserve this - Swag is quite literally everywhere in the community and has been now since I’ve been here so at least 3years consecutively. But does so gracefully without stepping on toes or being too nosey. He’s earned respect from all avenues of the community and I don’t think there is really too many members who haven’t met this guy and have a goofy memory they can recall about him. The dude does so much even as cheif of staff from welcome messages of new members, recruit clubs, workshops, mentoring, if it falls into clan ops he’s there every single time. He’s also someone I highly respect due to as KSI is ever changing so is his mind. While many may shrug this off I can say with all certainty that right there matters and plays a massive role in one’s success. Director Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Uppish 7 Link to forums account - @KSI Uppish 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Uppish since becoming a director has constantly come fourth asking for “the smoke” haha basically wanting all the work as much as I could dish out. He’s done quite well I have to say. He was and still is acting Div lead of WD, has aided in many ways and kept the ship clean and the village growing. While also being acting director over CS and aiding them in multiple avenues. While also doing other things around the community. Vanquish WD even split while under him. He’s also started to tame some of his weaknesses as a leader and has grown and matured to some degree which is alot for him. I appreciate his daily grind and it’s been great working with him as my director. Division Leader KSI Shatner 7 Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - CS Link to forums account - @KSI Shatner7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Dude gives it his all and cares about his members and officers in a way it’s somewhat personal. I’ve not scene many have the passion for KSI bleed like his does. The questions he asks, the advice he seeks makes be believe he’s in it for the long haul. Not the trophies. His division has been plagued with numerous things and situations yet he keeps his head up and pushes forward. He’s done an amazing job since stepping into his role as Div lead and has not faltered where many in the past have. Shatner is someone who will go that extra mile, give you that extra time, and be there to support you every step and that there is a quality trait. Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - ES Link to forums account - @KSI WldMama7 Reasoning why they deserve this - While not perfect nor has ever claimed to be, this is a leader right here. Can get knocked down, over and over yet still swings for the fences for her members and officers. Every single time I’m doing my rounds I see her in parties with members having a great time or officers as well. Even as a co founder of ES she’s well known all over. And not in a bad way. People enjoy her company, respect her, and she’s earned it. She busts her butt for her Div and it’s evident to see it. She’s become an asset to ES and I’m excited to see where else she takes her career here. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Hatter 77 Vanquish WD Link to forums account - @Hatter 77 Reasoning why the deserve this - Whether it’s turning squads around, building officer cores, splitting squads, or taking the lead on annual events for the division she’s always there. One hell of a leader and one hell of a asset to WD. She takes no Poop but at the same time has compassion and sympathy for those dealing with IRL issues. Our first encounter with one another was not on a positive note but since then has turned quite positive. She’s someone that I can trust, and count on to be a force when needed and has been super dependable not only for her own squad but for other squads as well. One helluva role model for many in and around the division. Super thankful for her hard work, grit and determination that has not only led to the growth and sustainment of Vanquish but also the split of Vanquish into Abaddon WD. She’s been a driving and reassuring force during tough times and I absolutely applaud her for dedication and commitment to her squad and Division. First and foremost I’ll be blunt this guy had been slackin for some time. After some talks he’s turned a new leaf. He’s brought fourth a whole new side of him. Communicating, recruiting, promotions, and acting as a captain should, taking charge. He’s honestly impressed me this month and I think that deserves recognition. I just can only hope he continues this stride and starts to learn the benefits hard work and consistency gives. Stay at it sir and don’t quit! And when a name pops up constantly you remember it. Obviously this officer is about the life. Cranking out the work to earn the results. Dedication is what I see from this young officer and I hope they continue to achieve what they set out to do. One things for certain with this officer, they go for it. Appreciate the work ethic and the time you put in. That’s how things are built my guy never loose that push. He is the definition of keeping it positive. 99.99% this dude is in a party with members making great times. He is a great role model of what a great KSI Leader looks like. From the problems he has dealt with to the great times he has made just being in an xbox party. I have nothing but respect for this dude for how patient and understanding he is with members. From recruits to his officer staff. Literally has never asked anyone to do anything he hasn't done himself or is not willing to do himself. He leaves no room for excuses. Dude still manages to reach back out when contacted. Shatner has always been a hard worker. That being said, having the whole division always calling for you. I've seen him go from the joking class clown to a serious assertive officer. When issues are brought to him. Nez Switches to serious mode and is nothing but professional. Besides being trained well. He has come a long way. HIs first month of being gen. I couldn't be more proud of how well he has been doing. Nothing but respect for him. He is great to be in a party with and great to go to for issues. I see the hard work he has been doing. From his 25+ member gamenights to his ability to read, adapt and to process any situation. Went from 3 officers to almost 6 since he has been in wrath.. Man is a natural born leader. Man is proficient in being a jack of all trades. He literally leaves no stone unturned. Among all the things he does right. He genuinely is an awesome person. Dude cares. Any member that comes to him with an issue. He takes his time to listen, relate and reassures that they are always welcome to come to him for anything. Koda takes criticism like a computer with a new program added. Once processed. It's adapted and made use of. Legit is a great role model to follow for future PO's/Officers. He is in so many departments while still striving to be the best officer he can be. He takes criticism well and adapts. Any problem or question he makes sure to get the information he needs to get the job done. He is extremely ambitious and does not give up regardless of what problem he faces. Anyon wanting to know where to start becoming a great officer. Sub is the perfect person to point to. Dude could be bed sick, still out doing KSI duties, He is a true warrior
