Department Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI iGeordie Trial Moderator/Graphics Mentor Link to forums account - @iGeordie93 Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy works a lot of wonders both with the pictures he makes and the way he handles discord stuff. I’m mostly going to be writing about his work as a Trial Moderator in the community server. Something that I’m looking for within the area is creativity, and this guy comes to me with a multitude of ideas, which some we are looking to use. I would love to give you all a sneak peek and all that, however if you like surprises then it’ll be worth not to know. However don’t ask me or anyone else, we’re sworn to secrecy in web ops. Anyway back to Geordie. His assigned mod was on an LOA for the last few weeks so I really took on that role for him, and me and him have worked together, he’s come up with great ideas we will use, he’s done well at checking over the server to make sure everything is ok. With his timezone, it’s usually seen as it can sort of be a conflict within other areas of KSI, however for discord it just provides coverage at all time. On top of this, from what I’ve seen and heard, he’s really been on top of his graphics stuff, he’s came into that team and been a big help, and has came up with great stuff for that too. Implemented new ways of doing things. He really deserves department member of the month.

Well I thought I put my two cents on this one: @KSI Jewels is more than deserving of OS1. From watching her time as a education Assistant I can confidently say she is a rare individual. Even before meeting her I always heard great things about her and her leadership. There might have been some rough patches but when getting to ES she flourished into the leader and member ES needed. As an Assistant she is someone that I can count on. She is a pleasure to work with and someone that is a friend to all no matter the beef people might have around her. When she teaches she is able to get those around hers attention and always has good questions to ask. When I was away taking care of my sick mother Jewels stepped up and got the work done. She was always on top of each student and is still making sure those who graduated the class have someone to talk to. Her wisdom knows no bounds and I am sure she will be a great leader for all of us to look out for.

Jewels and I have known each other since back from I was over CD, during those times she was a very active and friendly individual known across the division. When she first became a join mod, I didn’t realize who she was because her name was different lol. Over the course of her being a join mod she worked hard to gain all the knowledge she needed while asking questions along the way if she needed. After some time she achieved senior join mod and is by far one of the best ones we had. Jewels is constantly keeping up with the area and keeping us all informed on the day to day tasks she does. She is always there for our join mods with a friendly and welcoming attitude to help with whatever they need or to just talk if they need while also being able to give constructive criticism when needed. She is an amazing individual and I’m glad I get to work with her in the area. I can’t wait to see what is head for her in the future.

But if anyone deserves this honor at the moment its this man. My time in AAP hasn't been the longest. But i can say since joining this Department he has been the one constant here. He helped revolutionize the way new members are trained by instuting a buddy system. He has helped train countless staff. He has helped me become a better member, mentor and trainer. I can't count how often this man has made time to hear out his staff whether its a new idea, someone needing help, or just being an open ear. He leads by example and doesn't ask anyone to do something he wouldn't do himself. The impact he has made spreads thru many members. I truly think without loyalty AAP would be a completely different animal than it is today. And I'm happy to be here to witness what comes next.

General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Sassy GEN @KSI Sassy Cerberus For these past few days I've seen her completely go above and beyond the expectations of her job and surpass her peers with absolutely flying colors, she is the embodiment of what ksi as a whole has to offer to our young eagered members and could utilize her as a influential leader Co-founder Gamertag ( rank-division/squad )- KSI WldMama7 @KSI WldMama7 Hydra As a upcoming leader you've been a absolute mentor and help guide me towards a goal and how to take small victory/achievement and turn those to bigger goals that were obtainable. You've been their helping members when they are absolutely down in the dumps and haven't caught a break, not only have you guided them towards a brighter path, you've shown them compassion and emphasize with them so they have a figure to relate to as well as have a fantastic leader engage with them in a healthy environment, I believe you are the lead example of what is means to carry KSI core values and leadership traits

Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Shatner7 CS Link to forums account - @KSI Shatner7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Mr. Grogu has been all over CS despite his busy work schedule, when he sees something wrong he'll help us improve on it and make us better than what we were before. I'll send him countless messages about my new Role as Gen and he'll always come up with the best possible answer. Mr. Grogu is always there when you need him and he'll never let you down. This guy does a fantastic job at doing what he does best and I couldn't possibly trade him for anyone else. Love ya smelly Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Nyquil 7 CS Link to forums account - @Nyquil 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Ever since I became Gen of Oblivion, Mr. Nyquillious has been on top of my ass since. He's help me learn the ropes with showing me how to handle my Squad on my own, how to control my officer core, looking into Join/Rejoins and how to Recruit them, etc. This man will not leave me alone and I love him for that. Even when life is hitting hard he's always there for you when you need him and that's why this man is highly deserving of Co-Fo Of The Month Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI OGSMOKE CPT Link to forums account - @OGSM0KE619 Reasoning why they deserve this - Mr. Smoketacious has been a loyal CPT and Friend ever since becoming an Officer. He's always been on top of his game and helps me with training the other Officers below him aswell as training our POs. This guy just doesn't stop the grind and will continue to improve his skills to show why he's the best. I went on LoA for 10 days (3rd - 13th this month) and made him Acting Gen during those days I was gone. When I came back, the whole Officer Staff was improved in every way and our member retention was better then ever. I don't know what this man did during those 10 days but he's help make Oblivion a better home then what it was before. I'm proud of what he's done and I know he's still got more tricks up his sleeve. This man very much deserves this Award. Keep up the good work homie and don't stop the grind! He's always hanging out with people and having some laughs and them. We enjoy having him around and love his sense of humor. The party's never fun without Fancy and we love him for that.

They have a listen to any ideas that I may have or any members has. They are a fantastic officer and a great leader. They will help those who need it and will host a gamenights with potential PO’s officer to get them ready and will also host workshops and will also help the PO’S with recruiting.
