ES Link to forums account- @The ChadMin Reason why they deserve this- Venum has been mentoring hydra staff since before I joined KSI. Although at the time he jokingly called himself a retired 7 he really couldnt help himself. He has been the person I vent to when frustrated and whom I go to when I need advice in navigating the waters here in KSI. Its not easy learning the ins and outs here his help has been invaluable. He has helped advise the 7s staff when Gambit/Hex was unavailable and questions us to help us continue to develop and do better and be better. If you ask him for his WHY he is here its fairly easy he wants to make a difference and make this community better ...I would say you have succeeded in doing so. I am so very proud to not only be your friend but your mentee because of you I am still here when many times I came close to walking away. You help me to remember my why and where I started from. So thank you very much I could not have made it this far without you and the many other great leaders who have contributed their knowledge to me. Our division has taken some knocks this month but is making strides towards being a very strong well run division and this could not be done with out the support of our Director. Even when he wasnt assigned to this division he always kept things positive and looking at the bigger picture type thinking which can be hard when you are working in the trenches its easy to get caught up in whats in front of you instead of how far you have come or the foundation that has been layed to ensure a successful division Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -KSI Hex 77 ES Director Link to forums account - @KSI Hex 77 Reasoning why they deserve this - Hex been with me through every step of my career here in KSI. He has watched me take my lumps and offered support and inspiration when needed. Even when in my moments of frustration or pain I lashed out he was still there and able to stay reasonable when I wanted to rage. Yes I have those moments lol. Hex has helped me look at the bigger picture and how to use the skills that I have learned in my everyday career and apply it to the business aspect of KSI. If anything there are many times when we are telling each other to take a break and breath and just enjoy gaming as sometimes it feels like every time we are on we are handling something going on. The leadership skills I now possess in many ways are in thanks to him as he helped me to find my voice in a way that isnt the bossy momma telling you what to do but the mom that gives advice and allows you to make the mistakes necessary to learn and grow. Between handling a busy division technically acting Gen and training a new 7 staff taking care of his wonderful family and working his ass off to support them he is either an angel in disguise or a crazy man I havent decided yet. He has helped revive a squad that had become quiet. Helped to build one of the badest Officer cores I have ever seen and still finds time to mentor me and anyone else that has questions concerning policy procedure or just figuring out the next steps necessary to succeed. He is a wonderful friend and definitely deserves recognition not based on past but on what he is proving now.. that he still has what it takes and that he is here to stay to make this a better community. Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Sassy LT Hydra Link to forums account - @KSI Sassy Reasoning why they deserve this - Despite having a rough home life that made continuing in KSi difficult she has been working her tail off ..and if you didnt know she just had a baby 5 weeks ago and is still doing an inspirational job as an officer. Sassy is a wonderful teacher she takes the time when giving workshops to ensure that the members understand the materials she is presenting. She inspires all who are around her with her sparkling personality miss sassifrass has helped develop a long list of POs who are trained well and ready to step up to the plate at any given time. I have a lot of respect for her as an upcoming leader mom and friend. For all these things and many more she deserves SSGT of the month!! SSGT KSI Oni SSGT Hydra Link to forums account - @KSI Oni Reasoning why they deserve this - Oni is a chill dude. He vibes in almost any enviroment and can adapt to almost anything. Oni went above and beyond when it came to workshops taking them a few times to make sure he understood the material. He is a beast at almost every game I have seen him try to play. He has made so many friends here in such a short time. His loyalty and work ethic is above par. I see him in parties all over with members from every squad in ES not just Hydra. He is a well rounded dude I can see him continuing to take the ranks by storm and rocket to the top. I cant wait to see what the future brings. SGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -KSI Clock Hydra ES Sgt Link to forums account - @KSI CLOCK Reasoning why they deserve this - Clock is just a chill dude always down to game. He is also realistic with his ability to commit time. Despite having the ability to become a wonderful officer he has chosen to stay a SGT for now while he focuses on school and secure himself the best education possible and I totally can respect that. He is as important to this squad as some of the officers as he has built relationships with damn near everyone. For such a young man the way he conducts himself restores my faith in todays youth as it is not seen as often as it should be. He makes me proud to be a COFO and proud to have started from Hydra. He has started enjoying his squad again joining parties and hanging out. He has been really efficient with getting apps completed so they can join their squads as quickly as possible. It is wonderful to see him flourishing again. Department Member KSI Subzero Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Subzero LT Hydra Link to forums account - @KSI SubZero Reasoning why they deserve this - Subzero is always willing to answer or find out the answers our officers have about AAP or T and E especially with the annual events such as spring break and spirit week he has been invaluable in answering questions and assisting us in finding the answers. He has also listened to ideas that our members and officers have and broght them to the LC. He is always willing to go above and beyone to assist his squad and division in these areas Member JigglyPanda Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - Jiggly Panda Hydra CPL Link to forums account - Reasoning why they deserve this - Jiggly Panda a newer member to his squad has become a wonderful asset. You constantly see him joining different parties and just vibing out. He is always up beat and willing to play nearly any game and if he isnt playing he is just fun to hang with. He ensures everyone is enjoying themselves and is always willing to help
