This guy can be stern when needed I know first hand but he's genuinely a pretty selfless guy. He's devoted countless and I literally mean countless hours of overtime for months if not years in his KSI career. He's helped me hundreds times and I've witnessed him first handedly be the mentors to many great leaders within this community. He's a testament to what being a great leader is all about. Leading by example, with patience, believing in others, giving and taking accountability, respect, dignity, strength, and confidence. He's been and will continue to be a great icon in this community for god knows how long. This man eats sleeps and breaths KSI. He is friends with everyone, never really heard or scene a bad action from the guy, granted I've only been here 2 years and some change but still the guys always up beat, motivated, and hungry to take Clan Operations to new heights and is always willing to listen and hear out his director team and let them make calls on their own whether it be for learning purposes or he truly sees what they see. all in all Swag is a bang up guy who you can always count on for knowledge or direction or a good ol knee slapper joke lol. Category: Div Leader Gamertag: KSI Uppish 7 Forums Link: @KSI Uppish 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Since taking his seat as Division leader this year Uppish has grown so much, not just into his position but his mentality and leadership over all. He's still that loud mouth in the back of the classroom don't get me wrong lol but his mentality has been on the up and up all year. He's always focused on not only the short terms goals for each squad of his Div but also months out as well. He's always planning and scheming something new and exiting. I've watched him work his keester off a lot this year even when not being over CS as their Director. He reminds me a lot of my self as a div lead honestly with his endless planning and executions of said plans, but in reality he makes no decisions with out continuously putting the members sake first. He's had to make some tough calls this year with demotions, fluff's, squad directions and the divisions direction and he didn't stall or quit once not even hesitate. He moves with a laid back chill vibe but he'll whip you into ship shape if you cross him or take advantage of his kind laid back vibe. Working with Uppish has been a great ride so far and I genuinely cannot wait to see where he takes CS in the near future! This man impresses me damn near every day making me just say wow this mans got it. He's got the rare X factor that is just so hard to find. He'll be the first one to tell ya how he feels about something completely unfiltered and raw. Which most times isn't for the faint of heart but it IS needed. Often sugar coating everything all the time leads to falsehoods and messy mishaps. If he sees something not being done or someone struggling he's the first to jump into action and get it all sorted. He works hand in hand with his Div Lead excelling in most challenges and struggles and never has excuses. Its been a honor getting to work and know him and see what he's about. I'm more than confident and in full belief he will make an outstanding Div Leader some day if he stays on the path he has been on. He's got grit, determination, drive, and ambition as far as the eye can see. It took me no time at all to meet this fella as he was first at the door knocking saying yo I'm Merc nice to meet ya type of deal. He's genuine and cares about his entire squad deeply. When he smells an issue brewing he's first on scene to stop the broil over. He's big in the proactive and preventative maintenance department which I love to see from todays Generals. He's built a pretty rock solid officer core and it truly shows with his squads activity and ACTIVE member base. Over all the guy just shines in multiple areas and I cant wait to see where he pushes himself next! Category: Captain Gamertag: KSI Sleepy Forums Link: @Sleepy Reasons they deserve this award: This guy is a champion captain to start this off this guy is every where in KSI not just Clan Ops. But in his Clan Ops factors the guy is awesome. Constantly working to be better, make his officers better and make his squad over all better and more active. I honestly dont think there is a person in his squad who does not know him quite well. Hes always inviting others to his party and party hopping as well. He plays loads of games as well which helps him be more fluent with the members as well. He's an avid history buff on KSI and its history and is always seeking to learn more and more. Sleepy no doubt will make a great General sooner than later and from the hours ive spent with him in parties to imply put it the guy has it, that 1 of 1 personality thats just personable on all levels, doesnt matter what your gamer friend "type" is you cant help but like the guy. I know or a fact this guy can go and do whatever he puts his mind to and id bet on that.

I have had the privilege to work along side this beautiful man for over 2 years now. He is the reason I decided to become an officer the second time around. Since then, I have seen him rise to the occasion and make SL amazing! He now provides his experience and love to other divisions. Slick is the the best man when it comes to analogies and knows when to use them. I remember many times when he has come up with a great analogy that spoke the truth about what we needed to hear as a division. If there is any person in this community that cares more about the members he interacts with. Slick is well deserving of being recognized for his achievements. Oh Mr. WuTang, it has been great to get to know you more this last year as my Division Leader. To see what you had to offer the division when SL was falling into shambles was a great site to see. Instead of giving up on the division and KSI overall, you stuck in it and worked towards helping rebuild the division. We aren't quite there yet, but we are making strides. You have taught me some great lessons about time management and being true to yourself. When times have been rough, you has stuck it out and showed myself and the rest of the division that hard work pays off. It takes a lot out of a man to do what you have done for SL and for me. I know that you are well deserving of the recognition and to be seen as the top division leader of KSI for the year of 2021. I have had the chance to see this man grow an officer core that has flourished and a squad that was already in a great spot, become the strongest it has been since I was the General of it myself. I am so grateful for the work that he has put in to lead the charge for what has been most important in KSI, the members. He constantly is spending time with members when he can with the busy schedule that he has. He is a hard worker and a hell of a great COD player. The two go hand in hand when you attend his gamenights and see him go to work. He is that good as a General as well. She continues to grow and learn how to be a better leader by seeking insights from those above her to better herself. This last year he has continued to a great help to the future/current officers of SL. He always offers his assistance with training new and potential officers. Even as a SGT, he takes his role as SL's Officer Trainer very seriously. Sasuke does not shy away from being there for the members of the division. He is always making himself available as much as he can to spend time, game, and train any member. There is not a soul in SL that does not know who Sasuke is. He is out there putting in the work, but due to his real life constraints in the Marines, he is not able to be a full fledge officer. He is well deserving of this award yet again for the two years in a row! Since one of being on the Productions, he has opened his mind to learning. Over time, he has become a vital part of the team and has made it to Senior Staff of the team. This was made possible by his determination to help his fellow team members by teaching them the ins and outs of how everything operates. Not to mention the streams that he puts up are exciting to watch and eventful. He streams 4-5 times a month each month even with his busy schedule of real life and being a CPT in WD. Every time that I have had a chat with Legion, he is always looking to find ways to help grow the team and the quality that we produce. He is well deserving of this award and recognition. Yes, he may not attend a bunch of gamenights, but he does take the time to jump around and meet a lot of people. On discord, he is always chatting it up with anyone and does well with getting to know people and making sure that they are having a good time. I have had the opportunity to get to know Ben more these last few months and he is a genuine guy that is just looking to game and have a good time.

Senior Leader KSI Venum 7 / @The ChadMin Reasons they deserve this: Venum is always willing to help out anyone in the community. I have seen him, reach out to 7 staff about join apps, help out with AAP awards, explain how forums work to members as well as just jumping in and answering a Destiny 2 question. His attitude is always one of "what can I do to help or make your job easier?" When things aren't done right there is a gentle reminder and how do we fix this that makes you want to do better. As former Div lead I appreciate his understanding and makes me want to learn to be a better leader in the community Co-Founder KSI Gambit 7 / @KSI Gambit 7 Gambit is just a dynamo. He turns around squads in his sleep! He creates an atmosphere in a squad that makes people want to be a part of it and energizes all the people around him.. He is also a recruiting monster and has built up a cadre of officers who are excited to make the div great and are becoming recruiting monsters as well. ES is very lucky to have him as cofo and hopefully div lead real soon! Gen KSIMommaBear / @KSIMommaBear MommaBear has come up the ranks in the last few months very quickly because she is eager to learn and doesn't let any hardship stop her. If she had trouble recruiting, she just kept at it until she was able to bring them in, and she has built up an officer staff that can all go out and bring recruits in. She started a program in her squad having officers responsible for reaching out to members and keep them active. Which has had an incredible effect on her retention. She has also started PO classes, to help train POs so they can hit the ground running when they get promoted. This has helped her squad immensely since the class helps weed out the POs who really just want a position. She also was instrumental in helping her squad spit the first time is gradually bring them around for a second one.

Senior Leader Gamertag: KSI DC 77 Forums Account Link / @KSI DC 77 The Man, The Myth and the Legend. I’d put DC up against anyone in this community. DC had recruited me March 16th and in this short time of knowing him nothing but greatness has been shown. DC trained myself and many other officers throughout CS creating a powerhouse of recruiters in the division. He played a huge role in the squad split of doom. He recruited promoted and trained people beyond the point of burnout, and still kept going. He embodies the meaning of the S in KSI. Without DCs strength and perseverance through rough times I can 1000% say CS would not have some of the standards and staff in place it does. DC is one of the most humble and generous people I’ve met in KSI, I wouldn’t be in the position I am today without him. The man literally stepped down to give me a chance at LT. And thats only a few of the many things he’s done in the community. In conclusion, DC is THE GOAT. Division Leader Gamertag: KSI Uppish 7 Forums Account Link / @KSI Uppish 7 Reasons they deserve this award:KSI Uppish 7 has always helped me with any issue that has come my way. He stays active with his members despite how busy he is and is always fun to be around. There have been a few times where I’ve just spoken with him about things going on in real life and he was always there to listen. He’s helped me with multiple situations whether it was KSI-related or not. There are a few reasons why Uppish deserves the award but to give a few ones that stick out to me. We can go to any event and I promise you will see Uppish’s name 10,000 times, Uppish is constantly pushing out the forum's challenge and hyping up the events every chance he could. Uppish plays a big part in why people in CS are as active as they are, whether it’s party hopping between every squad, showing up to officer and squad meetings, or even hosting game nights now and again. When you think of CS he’s one of the first people that comes to mind, he’s joyful while being a doody head at the same time. He’s there when you need him and is always on top of his game. And he does all this while working 12 hour shifts on the regular, “breaks are for sissy’s” is the man's motto. His work ethic shines in CS and there isn’t a reason he doesn’t deserve this. Uppish is extremely hands-on since he’s been DivLead with Calamity and every other squad here,while still managing the Division as a whole.. He’s always worked great with the officers in CS and he’s constantly learning new things and thinking of new ways to better the KSI experience for every member, officer and 7 here. Pushing us all to become better officers and to perfect our craft. His goofiness and drive haven’t changed much since he’s taken on his new role, he’s still jumping in parties, helping people with one on ones regardless of whether it’s training or just some advice. He has helped guide me through many tough times whether it was keeping my head on straight while dealing with a struggling squad or even just day to day struggles of being an officer. He has played a major role in bringing calamity out of multiple rough patches. He has kept our officer core motivated even when it seems impossible and is extremely active in our day-to-day activities. He’s always joining random parties or helping organize officer goals for the week as well as delegation for a day to day process.He helps keep us in check when we need it while also building us up every chance he gets. Grogu is in it for the pure growth and betterment of this community. He is one of the most understanding people in KSI I’ve met. The man knows what he’s doing and his opinion on any matter is extremely valued by myself and many others. If he says he’s got you, he’s got you. He’s never one to disappoint and is without a doubt in the top tier amongst the KSI divisional 7s staff, Grogu makes everything his own and is extremely meticulous and wise while completing tasks or making decisions. He leaves his mark wherever he goes. Grogu was always there to help even when he was the Gen in Wrath, with advice or even just to chill out and think some things over. Since taking on CoFo he’s been one of the main leaders I go to and trust with anything. During my training as acting Gen Grogu helped guide me in the right direction by showing me how to set proper goals in place on a squad-based level, as well as communicating with my squad professionally while keeping it friendly. There isn’t a single reason he doesn’t deserve this award and I’m sure many others would agree. One of the best things about MercX that makes him a great leader is he keeps it 100% honest with his people. He stays true to the Knowledge Strength and Integrity name, He can handle anything on a squad level with ease and I know he’ll make a great CoFo soon. He is dedicated to his members and doesn’t let anything get in the way of his goal and has shown that time and time again this year. General OTM General DOTM x2 OS Level 1 Novice Recruiter Pro Recruiter Captain Gamertag: KSI T StackG Forums Account Link / @KSI T StackG It’s hard to find a person in CS who doesn’t know who this man is. KSI T StackG is a huge asset to CS when it comes to retention, this man gets around like a fat kid to a ice cream truck! Stack has some of the best social skills in this community with out a doubt, the only man I know who can talk to a wall and somehow it’ll talk back. He’s played a huge role in the success of Wrath, as he’s huge on statistics and activity. I can speak on multiple times where he’s been party hopping while doing his document based work. He’s also great at training, he’s a very relatable teacher and puts things into perspective from a different stand point. I can 10000% say CS wouldn’t be nearly as fun without Stack. He’s been there when I was going through my worst and my best in clan ops this year, he’s always kept it 100% honest with me and never let rank get in the way. He talks to me as a person rather than a Captain and I appreciate that more than he could know. He’s constantly party hopping through the community and always fun to be around. He’s willing to teach and train anyone that comes his way, I came to him wanting to learn more about his rank and what it means to be COS and he was willing to take time away from his day to give me the run down on it even though I’m years away from ever getting there. He truly wants the best for this community and shows that day after day. It’s hard to find someone who doesn’t know who the man is, and it’s always for his insane ability in clan ops. Category: Join Area/Department Member Gamertag: KSI Mommabear Forums Account Link / @: @KSIMommaBear Reasons they deserve this award: Mommabear has been a great join mod ever since she first joined. Since that moment she joined, once she was fully trained, she hit the ground running. If there’s ever something she’s not too sure about she will reach out to the staff with her questions with no problem. Her knowledge of the area is excellent to the point she even helps new members fill out their applications to join with ease. Like myself, she works overnight but is able to juggle her work schedule, along with her clan ops duties, and being apart of the join staff which isn’t always easy. This lady needs a raise that’s for sure.

Having been the only Co-Fo we had for a long time with no Div Lead or Director before his promotion to Div Lead, he was in constant communication with his generals and ensuring things were being done right and strategically planning for the incredible growth CS has had this year. Growth isn't even the right word, DEPTH is. He created depth in his squads in fostering an environment for learning and teaching potential officers in all of the squads in his division. This man has earned his spot and continues to show it day in and day out. Poopner will always be one of my favorite mentors and teachers. Even before I stepped down from General, he was constantly ensuring he was getting the best possible result out of me and my officers. He's not just all business as he is active in the division by way of attending gamenights and encouraging others to participate in community events whenever possible! He is the clear guy to step up to Div Lead when Uppish gets promoted to Director. Shatner has proven that he is ready for the next step and way outworks his peers at his current level community wide! He has been THE guy to take over the General spot should something had happened to me. Why isn't he there yet? No one deserves to run a squad more than this dude. This dude is a monster at recruiting, a motivating teacher, a motivating leader, charismatic, and works the hardest in the community at his job*. Flat out, he puts everyone else to shame with his attention to detail and "get it done" attitude. If he and I came up the ranks at the same time, he would have been General when Doom split from Calamity, no questions asked (and I wouldn't have been upset in the slightest about it.) I feel that his hard work and dedication to duty within KSI has been absolutely amazing and worth more than what little I can give. I wish I had the opportunity to teach him more than I was able to. I'm very glad that I am still able to mentor him through any issue he needs guidance on now that I am retired. I am glad that I selected him to be my right hand out the gate when we split. My faith was well placed and has since been well earned. This man is my brother and I have nothing but the highest respect for him. He truly cares for each and every KSI member. He makes sure everyone is having a good time in game nights. He does this by getting everyone active and involved with the current topic making everyone feel like a part of the party! I like to think of Kingdom is a very open minded and reassuring person, he is someone you can go to if you ever have a problem and need to tell someone without feeling embarrassed or judged. Even when he can’t fully attends game nights he still pops in for a brief moment to great everyone and to wish them a good time! The best thing about MercX that makes him better then all the forget generals is personality. He is a very cheery east going person who makes other feel relaxed and “at home” in a sense when your in his game nights. He is a KSI Member who is very friendly and makes time for all even if it’s just to talk. The amount of times StreakX would make time to game at least serves him some credit! Not to mention in a short time he has shown dedication to the Wrath Squad by rising up the ranks and becoming an LT. when there was a spot that needed to be filled. Lastly, he keeps KSI members interested in the game night schedules by hosting a different game each week so we have a fun rotation of games to keep our interests.

Captain/CPT Gamertag: KSI Sleepy Forums Account Link /@sleepy I myself was Recruited back in October 2020 and was then Transferred over to CS in May of 2021, At first I was shy and didn’t really speak to anyone other than P1ague, however through Sleepys perseverance he eventually brought me out of my shell and got me hopping in parties with other and helping me to meet new people, and for that reason I thought sleepy would be the perfect person to nominate. I really appreciate everything Sleepy has done for me and he has even helped me move forward to do my officer training and hopefully soon I will be able to do what I’ve been wanting to do. So I wanna thank Sleepy from the bottom of my heart for everything he’s done for me. This is why I believe he’s the best person for this award. General - KSIMommabear @KSIMommaBear Reasoning - it was known by many that by the time 2021 would be over Mommabear would be a General. Not many people have been fast learners like Mommabear this year. I met mommabear when she was just becoming an officer, she was working on ways to increase the activity of a squad that wasn’t so active. She may not have originally been the best recruiter but she changed that, because she has been willing to adapt to any situation and overcome obstacles in the way. Mommabear has been Gen of Hydra for a little bit now and as many in Hydra can agree her leadership is appreciated. She is a huge reason why Hydra is one of the best squads in the community at the moment. She continues to train effective officers and work together to create an active squad that has about 90 active members. She has so many potential to one day moving past General, and I can’t wait to see it happen, but I know one day it will. Forums Staff - KSI VENUM 7 @The ChadMin Reasoning - Web Ops wouldn’t be what it is without one person and that one person is Venum, or Chad if you prefer. Personally I’ve known Venum for years and I can tell that this past year was different from the rest. Venum has been motivated to advance the ways of Web Ops to make it better for the whole community. When I first came back to web ops I was a GSM, but then became a join mod, when I came Venum was one the retraining me and he did great showing me all the things necessary to be a great join mod, and then took the chance to higher my knowledge. Whenever I have any web ops related issues I know that Venum is the go to guy. He’s really worked hard this year and that’s what’s earned him his position as Chief Chadministrative Officer. Member - KSI Sleepy @Sleepy Reasoning - Overall this year this guy has been the most active, determined and accomplished member of the year. I met sleepy the day he was recruited, in the party he was recruited, when I first met him all I thought of him was someone who would just join, play COD for a little bit and then dip out when he realizes we all suck at the game. I was so wrong, and so were many others. Sleepy was very active in his squad when he first joined and was playing games with members a lot, and that’s always very important for a member, other than that, Sleepy ended up becoming a recruiting machine, bringing in a high number of recruits weekly, a number you’d expect 2 squads to bring in, but this was one man doing it for one squad. Within KSI, sleepy is a name a majority of people know, because he gets out there and make friends all across the community. Sr Leader: KSI Swag 77 @KSI Swag 77 Mr. Pickles has been all over the community this year but his two biggest accomplishments are easily how well CS & ES are doing compared to when he first engaged with them. CS has grown to hover between 280-300 members since June/July and that's in no small part due to the groundwork Swag laid down and the policies that were implemented in CS. ES was way down on its luck when Swag first stepped in, a few months later ES completely turned around and won Fall Classic. Swag's ability to generate positive momentum in a Division is top tier & shows on every level of a Division when he works. As always, I'm looking forward to seeing what's next. Keep it up homie! Wrath has set the CS record for most recruits in a 7-day span at 15. Not as 1 or 2 officers, but as an entire team the officers & POs worked together to make that number happen. Since July 15th, Wrath has had an impressive 66 recruits. This is how Merc has been able to grow his squad and find new officers to fill his staff with. Merc's done a phenomenal job leading Wrath to sustainable, long-term greatness as a squad. Don't stop now big fella! Sleepy has kept Calamity above water and moving forward. He's got the beginnings of a great officer core and all that's left is to build that comradery and chemistry that can only come with time. Sleepy always leads his squad by example and has become a stat sheeter who is second-to-none. Let me break down the stats for y'all. Since joining KSI in March 2021, Sleepy has performed 73 promotions, 42 transfers (primarily from that squad split he was a crucial part of), 65 recruits, 184 total stat chat posts, nearly 50 security checks, trained over a dozen POs or officers and been Acting General for about 3 months, despite only being a Captain for almost 7 months. He's donated $100s of dollars to fellow members in multiple squads & across Divisional lines. Sleepy became a well known figure & leader throughout the community as he joined & flourished in multiple departments/areas of the community. Sleepy is a member of News, LC, Education, and Graphics on top of being a reckoning force in Clan Ops. His work ethic, time management, and thirst for knowledge is first rate. Every once in a while there are leaders who show the drive, intelligence, work ethic, and innate ability to make it all the way to the top. His top tier training skills have been a critical key to helping his squad build out their officer core and continue their streak (hehe.. get it!?) of excellence. Despite being centuries old in KSI-years, everyone's favorite 4th SGT has been a fantastic member this year. He's helped old friends rejoin and make new homes in KSI. Pastries has helped host & cohost gamenights usually Halo or Golf w/ Friends and introduced fun new gamemodes to keep things fresh and exciting. He always helps to build the hype for annual events, participating in nearly every single event for the entire year! A CS party is never truly complete without Pastries there to liven the mood and make moth jokes (old people jokes ig..?) He's branched out and made friends with members across squad and divisional lines, introducing his squad to new ideas and ways of thinking. Pastries was also a welcomed addition to KSI's 10th anniversary podcast in September! A great friend and an phenomenal asset to KSI, Pastries is and forever shall be a KSI OG. Awards: Member OTM Oct 2021 Dedicated Devoted Weekend Warfare Winner Member: KSI T StackG @KSI T StackG The only person I know who can talk an endless amount of trash while getting crushed in a game, and only make sense for about 20% of it. Frankly we're fairly convinced Stack has invented a new version of English. Despite his occasional incoherent verbal diarrhea, Stack is one of the most beloved and cherished members of CS. A machine of an officer, it was a tough call where to put him for an OTY nomination. But easily a top flight member who's always down to game with anyone. He's organized Division-wide gamenights, been a great hype man for annual events, and been invaluable benefit to his squad. Stack has never truly sought power or higher ranks in KSI but is arguably more deserving of them than anyone else I know. As awarded countless awards and almost always in a timely fashion regardless of time zone or work schedule. While running AAP he's stepped up in his squad and hosted or cohosted several fun gamenights without being asked to. Paradox wanted to help his (at the time) struggling squad and did so. That level of dedication to all aspects of KSI can be difficult to find, but I'm glad to count Paradox as one of the few who still have it. I know this man is busier than all get out but he still manages to come to SQUAD level events throughout KSI. He has always had the best interest in mind when it comes to KSI and CS. There has been many procedures that have been implemented that has come from Swag. Just to mention one thing recently is the 1:1 fluff ratio. I'll admit at first I thought it wasn't even going to work but it completely does. This man has a strategic mind and plays cards that he knows will work and if they don't he already has a plan B,C and D. Whenever DM shut down, we were transferred over to CS and this man was the first individual we met. From that very first encounter I knew he was a force to be reckoned with, not only by his knowledge about the community but also by his confidence. After a few months of being here he was promoted up to Div Lead and I tell you what, since then there has been some major moves made and they have all made CS stronger than ever. He holds every single Divisional leader and officer to a higher standard and makes them work for their rank. There is nothing that is given out for free that isn't earned and that is simply amazing. Yes Uppish is an extremely busy man but he makes time to come and enjoy game nights and make himself known through the division and that is something that is rarely seen when it comes to someone that high up, at the end of the day he is a member like every single one of us. He works hand and hand with the leaders and officers, he has implemented a lot of different procedures that work! Keep crushing it! He has been very knowledgeable and willing to go into very detailed training that is meant for success. In no means will I say some of his training was "textbook" but it was so effective he gave me the knowledge to be confident where I am at now. Not only has he trained me like that but he has taken this division and implemented some very planned and strategic decisions. Shatner is here to help as much people as he can and that are willing to learn from him. At the end of the day all he wants is to better KSI as a whole and so far I can see that when it reflects to the Division. No matter what is going on day or night he is always available, there are even times I wonder, does he even live outside of KSI because he Eats, Sleeps and lives the KSI life all the time while managing irl at the same time. Not only has he built Wrath to what is was before handing it over to me, he has also been able to go over and prevent other squads to fail that were struggling. Yes one failed but he tried everything he could to keep it afloat and if that doesn't explain a little bit of his dedication and love for this community I don't know what would. From the time he came into the community there has been nothing but greatness come from him. Since his squad split earlier this year, he has been the man at the wheel Persevering through every obstacle thrown at him. There was many times where I know he wanted to throw the towel in but that wasn't an option. He has come up with new ideas to better the squad he's in and even challenge to better the ideas given by others within his squad. He has built the squad that he is in from the ground up recruiting over half of those members by himself and training them as well! Time and time again he always shows out when it comes to training and expanding his knowledge within the community. Not only has he dived feet first into Clan Ops but literally everywhere you look within KSI sleepy is there. Keep up the great work brother! He has really started to show is full potential in his current rank as a LT. At different times this man has took on 4+ mentees at a single time. He is a machine. He never burns out whatsoever despite the squad leadership telling him to take a break. His ability to talk and train people are out of this world. I haven't seen this in a minute. There as been many of times that he has stayed up till 4am in the morning working with someone, either it be training or helping them recruit while having to work the next day. He clearly shows love and drive for this community. I see this man going far if he continues on the track that he is going. There are multiple occasions where he has put KSI first in every aspect without being asked to do so. All he wants is KSI to prosper as a whole and isn't worried about any personal gain. Since coming to the officer ranks he has soaked in as much knowledge and then turned around and used it. It's awesome to see this man work. He trained up a potential officer to the point that the PO was actually transferred out to another squad to build up their officer core. Walrus has held many different workshops and have done this that aren't asked of just because he has this unseen drive. He is constantly working to better WRATH and KSI as a whole.
