Category: Senior Leader Gamertag: KSI Swag 77 Forums Link: @KSI Swag 77 Reasons they deserve this award: I'll try and keep this short and sweet as best as possible, Swag is a living and walking legend among Clan Ops as a whole. This guy can be stern when needed I know first hand but he's genuinely a pretty selfless guy. He's devoted countless and I literally mean countless hours of overtime for months if not years in his KSI career. He's helped me hundreds times and I've witnessed him first handedly be the mentors to many great leaders within this community. He's a testament to what being a great leader is all about. Leading by example, with patience, believing in others, giving and taking accountability, respect, dignity, strength, and confidence. He's been and will continue to be a great icon in this community for god knows how long. This man eats sleeps and breaths KSI. He is friends with everyone, never really heard or scene a bad action from the guy, granted I've only been here 2 years and some change but still the guys always up beat, motivated, and hungry to take Clan Operations to new heights and is always willing to listen and hear out his director team and let them make calls on their own whether it be for learning purposes or he truly sees what they see. all in all Swag is a bang up guy who you can always count on for knowledge or direction or a good ol knee slapper joke lol. Category: Div Leader Gamertag: KSI Uppish 7 Forums Link: @KSI Uppish 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Since taking his seat as Division leader this year Uppish has grown so much, not just into his position but his mentality and leadership over all. He's still that loud mouth in the back of the classroom don't get me wrong lol but his mentality has been on the up and up all year. He's always focused on not only the short terms goals for each squad of his Div but also months out as well. He's always planning and scheming something new and exiting. I've watched him work his keester off a lot this year even when not being over CS as their Director. He reminds me a lot of my self as a div lead honestly with his endless planning and executions of said plans, but in reality he makes no decisions with out continuously putting the members sake first. He's had to make some tough calls this year with demotions, fluff's, squad directions and the divisions direction and he didn't stall or quit once not even hesitate. He moves with a laid back chill vibe but he'll whip you into ship shape if you cross him or take advantage of his kind laid back vibe. Working with Uppish has been a great ride so far and I genuinely cannot wait to see where he takes CS in the near future! Category: Co Founder Gamertag: KSI Grogu 7 Forums Link: @KSI Grogu 7 Reasons they deserve this award: One of the hardest workers in the room day in and day out continuously. This man impresses me damn near every day making me just say wow this mans got it. He's got the rare X factor that is just so hard to find. He'll be the first one to tell ya how he feels about something completely unfiltered and raw. Which most times isn't for the faint of heart but it IS needed. Often sugar coating everything all the time leads to falsehoods and messy mishaps. If he sees something not being done or someone struggling he's the first to jump into action and get it all sorted. He works hand in hand with his Div Lead excelling in most challenges and struggles and never has excuses. Its been a honor getting to work and know him and see what he's about. I'm more than confident and in full belief he will make an outstanding Div Leader some day if he stays on the path he has been on. Category: General Gamertag: KSI MercX Forums Link: @KSI MercX Reasons they deserve this award: Another all star hailing out of CS. This guy has the beans quite literally. He's got grit, determination, drive, and ambition as far as the eye can see. It took me no time at all to meet this fella as he was first at the door knocking saying yo I'm Merc nice to meet ya type of deal. He's genuine and cares about his entire squad deeply. When he smells an issue brewing he's first on scene to stop the broil over. He's big in the proactive and preventative maintenance department which I love to see from todays Generals. He's built a pretty rock solid officer core and it truly shows with his squads activity and ACTIVE member base. Over all the guy just shines in multiple areas and I cant wait to see where he pushes himself next! Category: Captain Gamertag: KSI Sleepy Forums Link: @Sleepy Reasons they deserve this award: This guy is a champion captain to start this off this guy is every where in KSI not just Clan Ops. But in his Clan Ops factors the guy is awesome. Constantly working to be better, make his officers better and make his squad over all better and more active. I honestly dont think there is a person in his squad who does not know him quite well. Hes always inviting others to his party and party hopping as well. He plays loads of games as well which helps him be more fluent with the members as well. He's an avid history buff on KSI and its history and is always seeking to learn more and more. Sleepy no doubt will make a great General sooner than later and from the hours ive spent with him in parties to imply put it the guy has it, that 1 of 1 personality thats just personable on all levels, doesnt matter what your gamer friend "type" is you cant help but like the guy. I know or a fact this guy can go and do whatever he puts his mind to and id bet on that.

Senior Leader (Board Of Directors, Senior Directors): Director: KSI Slick 7 Ive only met this man a few times in parties but by far the most active Director in my personal opinion. He is one of the only directors to actually join game nights and interact with the members. He’s a very chill laid back guy who remembers people and gets personal with his members. @KSI Slick 7 Division Leader: KSI Uppish 7 This man has always had the benefit of this community in mind when it comes to the work he puts into the squads. He’s always there when you need him. I’ve had question after question and suggestions and this man has probably gotten annoyed with me a few times but yet he still answers and follows through to the best of his ability. @KSI Uppish 7 Co-Founder: KSI Grogu 7 Ive known him since day one of being in KSI as he knows how to spot potential. when he does he will tell yu and not only tell yu that yu hav potential but guide yu. He won’t just hold your hand and give yu the answers, he will tell yu the tools yu hav and to make sure to think before assessing. This man has made my experience in this community a marvelous time and I’m sure he will continue to do the same for others. His work ethic speaks volumes. @KSI Grogu 7 General: KSI MercX unfortunately he is the only one to be able to be nominated lol I’m just kidding. He is constantly thinking and devising new ways to improve squad activity as well as openly communicating with the officer staff he has in place. He’s come a long way in a short period of time and knows how to handle many problems when they occur. He has been a mentor to me during my time as acting gen, giving me tips and pointers to help me improve. He continues to be a top notch power house and is the driving force of wrath. @KSI MercX Captain: KSI Sleepy even though this man is in a different squad he constantly tries to keep the squads connected and act as a singular division. This man has become an education mentor and has taught multiple people. He is a well of knowledge and will one day become an outstanding General. He’s the most personable Captain to the people and I feel like once he gets going, there’s no stopping him. Lieutenant: KSI StreakX both of these guys I have seen grow from little PVTs to superb LTs. I’ve trained both of these fellows and it brings me pride to nominate these two for this award for the amount of training they have done since they’ve become an officer to the connections they make to the members themselves. They have shown they are hungry and will chew any challenge yu give them to bits. Bravo guys, you make me proud! @KSI StreakX SSGT: KSI Walrus As stated above for the resin but can’t hav two nominations for the same rank. My reasoning still stays the same but I feel Walrus shocked all of us when he became an officer and was on fire. He still is to this day, with keeping up with the squad, to training, down to the recruiting itself. Keep on striving brother! @KSI_Walrus SGT: KSI An Rinn the passion this guy had for the community and the members is a god sent and drove him to want to become an officer. Unfortunately the stresses of real life took a toll and he could no longer keep his rank and stepped down.. but that does not define who this person is, or wat he stood for. He is very caring for the members and is always sure to ask questions and made everyone feel comfortable around him. Captain/CPT Gamertag: KSI Sleepy Forums Account Link /@sleepy I myself was Recruited back in October 2020 and was then Transferred over to CS in May of 2021, At first I was shy and didn’t really speak to anyone other than P1ague, however through Sleepys perseverance he eventually brought me out of my shell and got me hopping in parties with other and helping me to meet new people, and for that reason I thought sleepy would be the perfect person to nominate. I really appreciate everything Sleepy has done for me and he has even helped me move forward to do my officer training and hopefully soon I will be able to do what I’ve been wanting to do. So I wanna thank Sleepy from the bottom of my heart for everything he’s done for me. This is why I believe he’s the best person for this award. I may be rambling right now but He’s always willing to meet new people and is always willing to help no matter what, this is my last and final reason as to why Sleepy should Get this award.
