Seeing Barb as a Gen/ lower ranking 7 when I left and returning to her being a full blown division leader is fantastic. The fact that she has retained her smile and happy attitude with her members despite the headaches and stress of trying to revive a division is quite admirable. She is always the first to greet people in the discord server, hop in any party to help solve problems, or come up with ways to shock members by breaking her normal calm style, and saying things that no one would expect Barb to say. She also trained the other officers on what to do became a confidante and mentor to them.
