Gamertag / Forums Name - KSI Fenny @Fennyishere Award - Mentor Any evidence if required (Pictures are great too) - KSI Fenny is an excellent mentor, she is the General of Doom Squad in Chaos Syndicate. This lady has done everything in her power to mentor those under her and it shows in her officer corps. Her officer corps went from Herself, KSI Gosuko, KSI iChief, and KSI Devil to a fully loaded officer corps in just a little over a month. I was recruited on February 10th and I made LT on March 15th under her guidance, that's 33 days! She takes time out of her busy schedule to ensure that she mentors us whenever we need it. If someone wants to message her for advice, she responds as fast as she can. I am 11 years older than this woman and she astounds me with her level of leadership, mentorship, and wisdom. If you want to see what mentorship looks like, spend some time with KSI Fenny. Doom would not have been as successful under any other mentor because she is personally invested in her squad and her mentees. The guy wears many hats, but is always there when you need something, and will even come hang out to have some laughs when you don't. He's really helped open my eyes to the way that things are supposed to operate in KSI. Director Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Shadow007, Director Link to forums account - @KSI Shadow007 Reasoning why they deserve this - Shadow really hit the ground running during the mass exodus of members, and eventual closure of DM. Overnight he became acting Div Lead, Co-Fo, and Gen of 2 squads while being responsible for 3. I really commend his efforts to keep everything together, and it was a pleasure working with him. While most would buckle under pressure, Shadow is the type of person to double down, come up with a plan, and try every avenue to make things work. Just kidding man. Uppish has been super helpful during the transfer process, and making sure the members and officers have everything they need. I've watched the guy grow quite a bit during my time in KSI, and he exemplifies everything that a Co-Fo should be. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI MercX, Lieutenant, CS Wrath Link to forums account - @KSI MercX Reasoning why they deserve this - This absolute animal...just the perfect example of an officer. He grows more and more every day, and continues to serve as part of the backbone of Wrath. Even during the transfer, he's bringing in solid recruits. I see Merc doing many great things here in KSI. SSGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI T StackG, Staff Sergeant, CS Wrath Link to forums account - @KSI T StackG Reasoning why they deserve this - T Stack really stepped up during the transfer, and brought his knowledge as a former Gen with him. Once he learned the proper procedures, it was off to the races, and he hasn't looked back. Before the words are even out of my mouth about something needing done, he's already on it. Stack continues to prove what a great leader he is, day in and day out. SGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Aether, Sergeant, CS Wrath Link to forums account - @God of Snacks Reasoning why they deserve this - Aether continues to be our guy with his ear to the ground, listening for issues that may arise. He has the knowledge to help anyone out when needed, and he's really done a great job making sure that not only Wrath, but KSI in general remains a place where people feel welcome.

True friends are always there for you. You can gain true friends just by saying Hi, see how someone is, check up and game with them. Gaming and member retention...such a great concept for others to learn!
