Please explain. When you hear someone speak about anything related to "Tournaments and Events" your mind automatically jumps to DropShot. Luke has been Head of T&E coming up on two years now and the department would not be where it is today without him. Since he joined the team, Annual Events and Weekend Warfares have made such an improvement and continue to run smoother each time. Luke is well organized when it comes to planning events and making sure information gets posted on the forums in a timely manner, and he communicates effectively and efficiently with the Board regarding Annual Events. In addition to the great events that T&E already puts on, he is always coming up with other event ideas for the future and strives to improve the department as much as possible. Annual Events would not be the same without Luke. He is such a hard worker, professional when he needs to be, a great person to work with, and is very dedicated to T&E.

Head OTY, Forums Staff OTY Runner up Testimony: The Reasons DropShot deserves to be admitted to the T&E Hall of Fame are countless but most importantly is that 2 years ago when he took charge of the department he implemented to drastic changes to the department which not only improved the department but also made it flourish with making sure sign ups for all events whether it was a weekend warfare or an annual event were posted in a timely manner but also setting a standard of having efficient meetings with his staff members and making sure that their input was not only acknowledged but used aswell making the department streamlined and working and a coefficient unit rather than it seeming slapdash and put together on the fly, he also improved the application for the department so it was simpler to understand and fill out and worked with his senior staff to come up with a set method of training any and all new staff members that wanted to help run events for the community, and most recently he has worked with .com to bring forth EK (ego killers) the more competitive side of the communities to not only branch out and build relations with .com but also giving the competitive player a place to show their skills, if it wasn’t for DropShot I believe that Events wouldn’t be as impactful as they are today

Yes Awards: Outstanding Service 1,2,3, Forums Staff of The Year, Forums Staff Of the Month, Die Hard, Triple Threat Testimony: Why does this member belong in your Department’s Hall of Fame? Please explain. I have had the privilege of working alongside Venum for most of my time as a member of Web Ops, and I can not think of anyone else more deserving to be inducted in the first class of Hall of Fame members for Web Ops. When you get into the position that Venum is in now, you have the opportunity to delegate most of the work and simply oversee the area, but Venum has no issue with rolling his sleeves up and doing the dirty work himself. Venum has always been someone that I relied on and knew I could trust with anything I needed done, even before my time as Head Administrator. Venum and I have worked hand-in-hand with each other to change many major things about the join area and how it operates, making the Join/Rejoin Area much more friendly for applicants, join moderators, and divisional staff. While he does still do the dirty work from time-to-time, Venum's main thing nowadays is staff management, and he does a fantastic job at making sure the right people are put in the right positions for this area to succeed. This man has constantly gone above and beyond in everything he has ever worked on in Web Ops, and is someone that I would trust to run Web Ops for a very long time if something were to ever happen to me. He has been a staple in Web Ops for quite some time now, and is definitely deserving of being inducted into the Web Ops Hall of Fame.

Information on Nominee: Department: News Gamertag: KSI Tea 7 Link to Profile: @KSI Tea 7 Qualifications: Nominee’s Current Rank: New co-head Has Nominee been in this department for at least six (6) months? yes Has Nominee been in KSI for at least one (1) year? yes Awards: News staff OTM Testimony: Tea has been a great help in the news area since i've been in this department. She was helping uppish since the very beginning and helped me when I first joined. I first started out with not much knowledge of the area at all, I was never intrested in news until I was told about it and gave it a shot. Now with her and the leader's help i've like the department more and more, i'm able to get my opnion out there and have met good people on the way. Tea has always brightened up the atmosphere. Now she can be serious when it comes down to it, but in all she helps make conversations enjoyable and it helps me put more effort into articles i'm writing. When I do make mistakes she does let me know, but i've never onced been talked down to by here and I think that's something not many people have the quality of doing. In all she has been an immense help to news and i'm look forward to working with her and putting out more articles for the site.

Head OTY, Forums Staff OTY Runner up Testimony: Dropshot is someone I didn't expect to meet in my time in KSI but I did. I joined the join area just in hopes of learning about it, and it became more due to dropshot and how he drives the join area. I first met I was able to work with him was with an app with some interesting history. He handled the situation well and I didn't feel like I needed to be uptight to him. He is welcoming in most cases and helps relax an environment when it's already tense. He's a great guy all in all and it's great to see him more active the more I go up the chain. His input helps out situations a lot and looks into apps more then people think, having that step up can really make or break a good area. I'm so glad I get to work with him and see him move up to where he wants to be.

Yes Awards: Outstanding Service, Divisional Hall of Fame, Dedicated, Department Staff of The Month, General OTM: Divisional, Master Recruiter Testimony: Why does this member belong in your Department’s Hall of Fame? Please explain. Over the last nearly 2 years that I have been Head of T&E, Akame has continued to be my right hand man when it comes to running this department, and I can't think of anyone better to do so with. Chris has been a staple in T&E for quite some time now, and I don't see that changing anytime soon. It doesn't matter if it is Weekend Warfares or Annual events, Akame is always the first to lend a hand, even when it means staying awake until 5 or 6 am his time. He has played a large part in creating many different hosting and training techniques for the staff, as well as helping Weekend Warfares and Annual Events change for the better. Chris constantly comes to me with amazing ideas for the department, and is always leading the charge in making events better for T&E staff as well as the members of this community. He is someone that I see running T&E for a long time, and doing it very effectively.

Department: AAP Gamertag: KSI DC 7 Link to Profile: @KSI DC 7 Qualifications: Nominee’s Current Rank: AAP Staff Member Has Nominee been in this department for at least six (6) months? Yes Has Nominee been in KSI for at least one (1) year? Yes Awards: OS 1-3, Department Staff OTM Testimony: DC has been through it all here in the AAP. He joined the AAP in January of 2020 and was firing out the gate as soon as he got here. He was always asking questions, answering questions from other staff members, and actively brushing up on his knowledge in the department. He played a big role in helping brainstorm ideas for the department with me and always made a conscious effort to improve not only himself but those around him. He worked his way up the ranks here until he made it up to being my Co-Head. He helped me day in and day out run the operations of the department and worked with me to create and roll the Department sides of DHOF and DOTM’s. He was the constant motivator in the department, and still is. Even though he stepped away from Co-Head to focus on a more vital role in the Education scene, he is still actively around in the AAP and performing his duties to the highest extent. DC has definitely made in impact here in the AAP and I feel he should definitely be apart of the inaugural induction to the AAP Hall of Fame.

Testimony: Why does this member belong in the Web Ops Hall of Fame? Please explain I've had the opportunity to work with VENUM in Web Ops for little over half a year and during that time I've seen him make several impacts in this area. VENUM is that leader who will help anybody in need and even those people who are hard to deal with it doesn't matter who you are or what rank you are he's gonna be there no matter what and he will ensure that you are understanding everything your being taught. Sometimes he finds himself having to make the hard choices that affect this area and some of those choices have him staring down an angry mob but no matter what, he does the best for this area, when I got into Web Ops last year I honestly hadn't got to really interact with him even though he was my former Division Leader and he had reputation of being scary but once I was in here he was one of the first people to reach out to me to make sure I was getting acclimated with the area I can recall going to VENUM about many thing join mod related and he was always there to help me and tell off all the assholes on the join apps and I realized that his reputation in Clan Ops wasn't the actual person. VENUM is a person who takes pride and passion in what he does. Venum has definitely always been there for me and helped me when others weren't available. He is a great leader in the area and is always looking to help. #ToxicMods
