He is always helping until while on a tight schedule with real. He actively help us out and active teaches us what it means to be a leader within KSI and that not everything is about rank in KSI. He is someone who I would love to see move up. This man works and and night to better his squad will living out of the states. He is actively training potential officers and is Ala available to play anygame with. He is one person this year who will do better and make better of KSI. He is always hosting workshops what seems like everyday and actively doing his duties. Just recently he held all the workshop Back to back to back and ect. These isn't a day where he isn't striving to do better in this divison. He is also one of many members who is currently trying to rank up just to help thr community as much as he can. He is an active listener and active learner who strive to do better. @Fennyishere Member assistance fenny is usually the one I go to if I need any questions or help she’s a chilled and relaxed person which makes problem solving easy for her. Definitely the all around person I wanna talk to if I need anything.

Shatner is one amazing dude he is a person that wants you to reach your potential and is quick to get in a party with you if you were in need of help also be the guy that if your hosting a game night he try's to make sure he gets as many members to join he also believes in his members good listener do whatever he has to to make sure your having a good time in KSI don't get me started on his PM'S he lets you know how worthy of a member you are to him and much more

You have a question, go to him. He has a whole lot of knowledge I'm not sure even he knows he has. His potential is limitless. It shows in the way he portrays himself. You want to discuss something about a video game, he has played it and he knows this stuff inside and out. If you want to just chill with him on NFS Heat while he thrashes you till your hearts content (not salty about that btw) then so be it. This guy has saved my ass a whole lot since joining KSI and I'm sure I dont have to say this but to everyone here in SL it's like having a Second dad. He stays calm under pressure and is cool headed. This guy is one to watch Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Slick 7 Link to forums account - @KSI Slick 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - I'm sure I dont have to say anything about this guy but the way he runs this division cannot simply be put into words. Anyone who talks to him knows he is a great guy and never looks down on any member. Despite his high rank, it's like we have an older brother. This person is an open book and encourages people to perform at their optimum. He pushes you past your limits toward the great leaders you can be. Every time I am in a party with him, he makes sure the party feels like a family gathering. Nothing holds him back from a challenge. Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Wu-Tang 7 - SL Link to forums account - @KSI Wu Tang 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - here is a guy that knows his stuff, it may sound biased as he is our current acting gen but he is making our officer core a whole hell of a lot better. He brings organisation, consistency and knowledge to the squad. Although he has other work to be doing, he drops it to help his members. Great guy, great attitude and of course has a great sense of humor. Hes posted up everywhere literally. Swag is always and i mean always trying to improove everything around him whether its a struggling officer or squad or division hes there hands on. Swag continuously sheds light on things most run from and cares deeply for the success of KSI as a whole. I always learn something when talking to him and hes also one whos always open to listen and hear you out as well. Hes working hard as possible to help improve some things in Es it seems as hes always over there engaging and leading by example. He works hard where ever he is and doesnt let a damn thing stop him. Hes a man of great integrity and wears it proudly. Hes a beacon of light for many in dark times and is always willing to go more then the extra mile for those around him hurting or struggling with duties and even someone to play with. The man is thorough and i mean fine tooth comb thorough. He sleeps on nothing and is always ready to jump in and fix issues and dilemmas. Hes a over flowing fountain of knowledge and is not scared to pass it down to those willing to learn it. This guy has been my right hand man for many many months now and i wouldnt have it any other way. New is simply an all around great leader, firm when needed, yet can lead 100 men to greatness through just his words. This guy whether he believes it or not has made SIGNIFICANT impacts on all around him. I know he has for me and SL. General Gamertag - KSI HUNTARTT / GEN / SL / TEMPLAR Link to forums account - @KSI Huntartt Reasoning why the deserve this - Huntartt has ben through some tough times as general. From officers lying to her face to plain out rage quitting the officer core. She has a kind easy going way about her that some mistakenly take advantage of but shes no fool. She is quick to find problems and corrects them proficiently. She doesnt take excuses and i always pushing her officers to do better. Shes recently moved into a new place and is still on her A game for her squad with dealing with real life. She is a Gen i can for sure see coming into the 7s staff in the near future. Shes selfless and caring and best of all understanding. Hes always working with his general and officers to improve the squad. He host's bomb game nights and tournaments for the members as well. The guy is always willing to learn and help at any given second. Hes been great at taking constructive critisism as well which seems very hard these days for the younger crowds. He fulfills his duties to the fullest and brings new light and ideas weekly. LT Gamertag - KSI GAARA2405 / LT / SL / DYNASTY Link to forums account- @KSI GAARA2405 Reasoning why they deserve this - This man is a powerhouse LT. absolutely SLAYS member retention, constantly recruits and promotes and is always engaging with members and officers. Hes an easy going guy whos very optimistic and positive and it flows throughout his parties etc. Hes just been an absolute beast at his duties and is always improoving his techniques. He will go far with out a doubt if he stays on his path. NO ONE hosts more workshops then this guy on a daily or weekly basis. Best part? theyre not a snore fest. This guys workshops are fun, interactive and comical while providing legit knowledge and fundamentals. Hes a solid recruiter and DAMN GOOD at member retention. Tinc has a good aura around him and can make anyone laugh and smile. Hes all around a great asset to his squad and is a major helper in moral and camraderie. This man will go far if he wishes easily. Hes hung around me and several other 7's since we were all newbs in Templar. Hes a fountain of knowledge in KSI fundementals and techniques. He can just about train a Gen if needed. Hes actually now after all this time trying to become and officer and hes damn close just needing one last recruit. Hes been apart of mulitple Gen meetings as well as even sitting in on a couple private non official 7s meetings and usually has some good input. Hes a friendly good hearted guy who you can always find hanging out with his squadmates. Director Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Rogue 7 Link to forums account - @KSI Rogue 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy has so much potential, KSI is his life! If he sees a member struggling he will go out of his way to put the effort in to helping such member to become a better person they were the day before. He is always reaching out to meet new members and getting to know them! I’ve recently been attending his CT101 class and with everything he says, gives out so many different views on situations, tons of knowledge in ever part. He wants every single member to be successful in the community and out! He is constantly helping the Templar squad any way possible and is always giving ideas to help better the squad he’s always pushing us to become better than we were the day before and is always giving us the motivation we need! Everyday she is pushing all of the members she oversees in her squad to do better! Within the community and out! She is always there for her members when needed. She always has an open ear for not only her squad members but anyone within the community! She wants too see best from everyone and is always willing to give a hand when the opportunity comes her way! He is constantly wanting too train anyone and everyone he can! I swear he’s obsessed with workshops lol. He puts his all in every thing he does for this community, from member retention to having a fun time at gamenight keeping members involved! He jumped right into learning about the community by doing workshops and meeting new members! He has a lot of potential from what I have saw from him so far and keeps his word to what he says. For example if he says he will be at a workshop he is there.
