You can find him all over the place though reaching out to the team of leaders here in the community and even down to the members. Position or rank hasn't disconnected him from what's most important which are the members here. He understands that we are here to serve them. Don’t let his easy-going demeanor fool you and think you can take advantage of it. He is a strong-willed leader. He has been doing a stellar job running his division. He has tackled any and every problem with respect and professionalism. He learns all he can then applies it with finesse. He has been handling any and all fluff in his division, he makes sure the squad are healthy, the officer corps are progressing, he makes sure the bar is set by leading by example and is not afraid to get in there and show others just how to do it right and the way that works. Proud to see how well he is doing in his rank. Keep up the great work brother. He has no problem handling the tough conversations and dealing with any issues. Strong-minded and opinionated, but his intention is for transparency, clarity, and accountability. He worked very hard in Dynasty during it’s and aftermath, then he took care of any issues in Prestige. N3WERA has a strong drive and can be viewed as abrasive. But he isn’t being that way. He is giving you the tough love needed to succeed. He will make a great Division Leader one day. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) – KSI Huntartt – Templar SL Link to forums account - @KSI Huntartt Reasoning why the deserve this – Huntartt hasn’t had the greatest hand in her hand but she keeps pushing forward and chugging on. From a troublesome officer who lied then just left the officer corps and trying hard to find future officers, she still walks on. She is very caring and tries hard to understand. She has been a wonderful General and I could see her moving up one day very soon because she leads her squad, she tries to do right by them, and continues to have some killer gamenights bringing in so many people. Fun personality and has been coming out of that shell that she first had as an officer. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) – KSI Drastic#1557 – Templar SL Link to forums account - @KSI Drastic#1557 Reasoning why they deserve this – This guy right here has been impressing me lately. He has been so eager to learn and grow as a Captain. He attended my Lead 101 class and did a great job. He is currently in my CT 201 class and is not afraid to voice his opinions and speak on the topic at hand. This guy even comes early to class lol. But on the Clan Ops side of things, he tries to engage with his members as often as possible. I even see him playing with some of the less active members to still make them feel at home. He stays accountable for his squad and doesn’t let much get him down. He is still growing as we all should be but he will make a fine General. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) – KSIGAARA2405 – Dynasty SL Link to forums account - @KSI GAARA2405 Reasoning why they deserve this – This guy knows retention, he is all over the place getting with members. He also constantly seeks out more training and getting as much information as he can to boost up his knowledge base. He has a great positive attitude and it shows when he is in parties with people. That positivity rubs off onto others. Very personable and will make a great leader one day if he stays the course. SSGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) – KSI Shrimp#6891 – Prestige SL Link to forums account - @KSI Shrimp Reasoning why they deserve this – This guy is a sponge. Openminded and seeks to learn all he can. Even through tough times, he is still kicking it as a SSGT. He is a great asset to his team and I believe in him that his future is bright if he continues to work hard and play hard for his squad. SGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) – KSI PandaLeafy – Dynasty SL Link to forums account - @Bootasious Reasoning why they deserve this – Panda is always around somewhere, whether it’s to give the members an update on a new upcoming game or hopping in the Casual Voice Chat to just chill and hang out with his cool Panda shirts or chitchat on Discord with anybody and everybody. He is the Official SL Mascot for sure as I am sure everyone knows who he is. Even with his desire to stream, he is Acting General of in Dynasty to make some big up and coming changes. He is down to earth, knows how to give others a great time, and will even help you land more WarZone dubs. He has become a great leader and I would love to see him continue moving down that path. For this last section I like to do this to show my appreciation to these members and recognize their hard work. Do not give up and keep pushing forward. You are doing great and you all have a bright future ahead. If he sees a member struggling he will go out of his way to put the effort in to helping such member to become a better person they were the day before. He is always reaching out to meet new members and getting to know them! I’ve recently been attending his CT101 class and with everything he says, gives out so many different views on situations, tons of knowledge in ever part. He wants every single member to be successful in the community and out! He is constantly helping the Templar squad any way possible and is always giving ideas to help better the squad he’s always pushing us to become better than we were the day before and is always giving us the motivation we need! Everyday she is pushing all of the members she oversees in her squad to do better! Within the community and out! She is always there for her members when needed. She always has an open ear for not only her squad members but anyone within the community! She wants too see best from everyone and is always willing to give a hand when the opportunity comes her way! He is constantly wanting too train anyone and everyone he can! I swear he’s obsessed with workshops lol. He puts his all in every thing he does for this community, from member retention to having a fun time at gamenight keeping members involved! He jumped right into learning about the community by doing workshops and meeting new members! He has a lot of potential from what I have saw from him so far and keeps his word to what he says. For example if he says he will be at a workshop he is there.

But for real Wutang is such an inspiration and one of the most notable 7’s I’ve come across since i’ve joined the community. Another person who knows how to make the party laugh and have a great time. On the other hand this guy can put in some mad hours into his duties. After working endlessly irl and having so much more responsibilities. He still finds time to get them duties done and then some. Also with him recently picking up Dynasty and becoming the acting gen he has gone above and beyond in my eyes. Huntartt is such an amazing leader, officer, & friend. She knows when is the right time to joke around or to take things seriously. Always checks in on the members and officers and cares about their wellbeing. She always strives the officers to do better & her members to stay active & motivated. Her gamenights are always packed full and she manages to keep it alive, fun, and under control. Since then and before then, I’ve been in templar I have always seen him doing his best and trying his heart out. Recruiting, promotions, gamenights, & workshops he tries and tries again. Through it all the ups and downs in KSI & out of KSI he doesn’t give up easily. Everyday he tries to make the squad grow & do better daily. Without huntartt and drastic especially who knows where templar would be today. Keep up the amazing work my guy! SGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -KSI Sawless (SGT - SL/Templar) Link to forums account - @KSI Sawless Reasoning why they deserve this - Ever since sawless joined KSI he has been active and involved as much as his schedule allows him to. From joining gamenights and even countless workshops I’ve hosted. He is a really good and honorable SGT, to me at least. I’ve never had a bad conversation and he always cracks jokes at most unexpected times. Definitely another life of the party and gamenights as well. He keeps at it and learning he will be a officer 1000% no doubt about it. Keep up the grind bro!
