Category: Division Leader Gamertag: KSI Rogue 7 Forums Link: @KSI Rogue 7 Reasons they deserve this award: I believe Rogue deserves this award because he is a consummate professional in all of his administrative duties and then goes above and beyond our expectations to support our division. He is always giving back to the community and helps us to do so as well. Part of his success is his keen ability to think through the best way to do things, the other part is his ability to build the trust and confidence amongst the leaders he mentors for him to assume accountability for stewarding this entire process. He’s always looking for opportunities to collaborate and streamline work, as well as help members grow personally and professionally in their roles through teachable moments. He’s not overbearing and allows us to make mistakes before stepping in and helping. Some noteworthy things he’s done while being a div lead are his creation of the KSI Community Server, becoming an Education Mentor hosting classes like LEAD 101, implemented the "State Of The Division" monthly Divisional Meeting held on Discord to better inform and educate the members, which I was told greatly helped during the Hydra peace talks to allow members to voice their opinions and concerns, and created a new awesome workshop called Character Development to better the leadership in the community. He is also extremely active in AAP and a major voice in the LC. For his hard work he has received the SL Hall of Fame, received 2 consecutive Division Leader of The Month awards for September and October, and got the Bright Idea award for his widely used Standardized Recruiting and Promoting Procedures. I hope you see fit to give him this award as he exemplifies what KSI stands for. Category: Co-Founder Gamertag: KSI Slick 7 Forums Link: @KSI Slick 7 Reasons they deserve this award: KSI Slick 7 is one of the best natured guys I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and he has done so much for the division. He always has a positive outlook and keeps calm and collected in trying situations. As a mentor, he had a hand in bringing KSI N3wera 7 and KSI WuTang 7 up from generals to 7’s. He was the acting Gen of Knights twice. During the first time, he only had one officer but within a few weeks he had four trained and skilled officers. He also helped create Dynasty as a rebirth of two of SL’s longest standing but struggling squads. For all his hard work, I believe KSI Slick 7 deserves the Co-Founder of the Year award. Category: Lieutenant Gamertag: KSI Bearded1 Forums Link: Reasons they deserve this award: KSI Bearded1 hit the ground running as soon as he became an officer. He has taken workshops multiple times to become more knowledgeable and isn’t afraid to ask questions if he needs clarification. When the Lead 101 class was announced he was like sign me up. He stepped up and did more than what was required of him since we had a small officer core which we greatly appreciated. As a Lieutenant, he is continuing to kill it by continuing to be proactive and executes his duties efficiently. Category: Staff Sergeant Gamertag: KSI Khosec Forums Link: @COD3SILVER Reasons they deserve this award: KSI KHOSEC has done an awesome job and upheld his officer responsibilities efficiently and with ease. He executes his workshops flawlessly, always with a great personal touch, and game nights have been a great time for all involved. Even his posts for game nights and workshops are fun and inviting. He’s been a great mentor to KSI Bearded1 and I have no doubt he’ll continue to do so with many others. I’m excited to see his future in KSI. #StrongSide Category: Sergeant Gamertag: KSI Sasuke08 Forums Link: @KSI Sasuke Uchi Reasons they deserve this award: KSI Sasuke08 has been an excellent member all around. From gaming with everyone to helping anyone who needs help, he’s been on top of it. Extremely active in discord and game nights even though he’s halfway around the world. His location is a big factor as to why he hasn’t moved up in the ranks but his lengthy experience in KSI has proved him to be a valuable asset to the division. For these reasons, he has received SL Hall of Fame and a unique position was created for him and he is now the official Training Officer for SL.

Senior leader Kakashii 77 @Kakashii 77 Throughout this whole year this man has literally done so much for the community he previously stepped down from co founder then went up the chain of command again to become a gen of prestige and later co founder to soon become and develop the leadership council as we know it today he is constantly improving this community in anyway he can never seen anyone put as much blood and sweat into KSI as this man does he truest loves this community and is always looking for ways to improve it with any way he can . Div lead KSI Rogue @KSI Rogue 7 He is also one of the best leaders I met always active with all the members of SL and KSI as a whole no matter if ur band new or not he is chill and will always be there for the members and always looking for ways to improve KSI like helping create the KSI server on discord like creating a workshop ... he even created a rank for me to help train people even though I have a 14 hour time zone difference Co founder KSI Dc 7 @KSI DC 7 Ok where do I start with dc that man is a recruiting god and also knows how to lead he has built SL so many ways mainly by recruiting a lot of members for both knights and imperial/Templar he doesn’t only recruit he’s also there for his members by constantly checking up on the members making sure they are good both professionally /and personally ok in there life he also is a natural born leader from the moment he has joined KSI he has taken the initiative to learn more and do more as much as he can. Even transferred divisions to help out another division this man is by far great Gen KSI Newera @KSI N3WERA 7 what to say about Newera from the time I met him he has always looked for improving the officers and KSI as a whole he always held his officers to a higher standard and that’s something I’ve always appreciated as a gen this man has stepped up the game for other gens and overall has inspired me when I become a gen LT Athena @KSI xATHENAx Athena as soon as she joined she has been the power house of prestige I recruited her and taught we her how to recruit and ever since she has recruited a lot done game nights all the time does workshops often and even is basically running the squad she has skyrocketed in the little time she has been in. She also doesn’t recruit anyone for her she wants the best people that are going help the community with there personality Ssgt KSI KHOSEC @COD3SILVER KHOSEC is an example of Athenas recruits he has also built prestige to were it is today the both of them are a tag team of officers and throughout whole year he is best I’ve seen and I’ve seen a lot and he has only been here a short time also from him constantly trying to train people to him always being there for people. Voice for Clan Ops and yet still on the battlefield helping revamp and lead divisions. Taking over so many hats due to a diminished Director team and still chugging forward. The level of stress that Senior Leadership experiences can make anyone want to run the other way. Her resilience has stood still through it all. Truly one of the best Senior leaders we have. He has been helping SO many divisions since his promotion. He never backs down from a challenge and is always willing and wanting to meet new members and play with anyone. His fun goofy Uncle vibe makes others smile and laugh. He has made positive changes to the community due to his leadership. His successful progression up the ranks were a sight to see. So much unlocked potential building. I saw this “X factor” like none other in this man. Before he even made a name for himself in his squad, I had this deep pit in my stomach and I can remember vividly telling my fellow 7s, “This is the guy, this is the future leadership in KSI”. Sure enough he became a much deserved CoFounder. During his time as a CoFo, Slick has never backed down from a challenge to big or small. He is a logistical beast, on point in every situation, level-headed and extremely professional. He was acting General in Knights SL twice and each time he rebuilt and trained the officer corps, he grew the squad, keep it healthy and gave it his all. He wanted to give it one last hoorah and he generated a hell of an active and healthy squad. He is always on his tasks and is a beam of light in SL. Slick is highly respected in SL and his mentorship has built up 2 more CoFos and a General in Templar since they were CPTs and LTs. He plays with anyone and everyone, gives his super useful and wise counsel, and truly treats others as brothers and sisters. This guy can not only lead the horse to water, but he can also damn near make him drink too due to his positive and uplifting nature. From his incredible analogies that bring a comedic yet clear understanding, to his drive to better the community and create amazing leaders. I am extremely proud to have been and still be in his presence each day. The sky is the limit with this man. General: Gamertag: KSI N3WERA 7 Forums Account Link / @: @KSI N3WERA 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Out of every General I have experienced; being a General came naturally to N3WERA. There was NOTHING that this man didn’t do. He was always on time with Gen Check Ins, meeting notes, Omega, etc. Always training, always recruiting, and continued to build a badass and STRONG powerhouse squad. Templar needed NO micromanagement. It was a well oiled and fully running machine. N3WERA helped build one of SL’s strongest officer corps. You tell him “Hey I’d love to see 5 recruit this week” He would be like bet and he’d get his team to crank out more than you ever asked for. Templar was about 120 members strong at one point. The largest squad in 1.5 years of SL’s history. Logistically – God Tier. Potential – Unmatched. Loyal Friend – Like none other. Even with this man’s crazy 50+ hour work schedule he did not miss a single beat. He was always learning, always training, always growing into the A-MAIZE-ING leader he is today. True definition of Time Management as well. Heavy hitter in recruiting consistently and on point with every aspect a Captain does and then some. It was a no brainer that KSI WuTang 7 (formerly known as KSI WVUA11en) would be the upcoming leadership not only in his squad but in this division as well. This guy plays with anyone and will help any member catch a WarZone win. He is always there for the members and has an eagerness to do all he can for KSI. Lieutenant: Gamertag: KSI xATHENAx Forums Account Link / @: @KSI xATHENAx Reasons they deserve this award: Throughout my time in KSI, I have seen many Lieutenants. Some have come in, done well, and gone. Some have succeeded and become Gens and 7s. But… There is no one like KSI xATHENAx. The Mega Officer. I first met Athena when she was a CPL and I talked to her about the possibility of changing her name to reflect KSI. With her sort of on the fence about it, I challenged her to a night of 1v1 Gunfight to claim a $10 gift card for a name change. This is where I first experienced her positive and friendly demeanor. Even though it was close, she whooped my butt and claimed the name change. From that moment on, I encouraged her about possibly becoming an officer one day. Even though she was hesitant at first, eventually her colors and light started to shine as a SGT and she became an officer shortly afterward. As a lieutenant there was nothing that she could not do. Prestige was okay but just plateauing. Just kind of there. Not much really happening but not dead, just more or less stagnant and continuing. Now enters Athena. Suddenly this young woman revitalizes the squad in every area. No one matches her member retention, party-busting gamenights sometimes twice in a day with new members. She is welcoming to every member and her name has definitely been heard throughout the other divisions. Members from all over have gamed with her or been a part of her Gunfight gamenights. Everyone always has a great time, and they feel included. She is the squad’s head recruiter meaning she can knock out weekly squad goals herself alone not including helping others learn to do recruiting. Because of her influence, she is the face of Prestige. With that, a few incredible individuals have been directly mentored by her. KSI KHOSEC, KSI Bearded1, KSI Shrimp not including the longest potential officer list I have seen in forever. She has successfully trained many officers and even officers in other squads during her workshops. Honestly, she not only revitalized her squad but the division as a whole. She is a sponge for more knowledge, she consistently reaches out to me and the other leaders for growth advice and is continuously trying to learn as much as she can to become a good, fair, and successful leader in KSI. She attended my LEAD101s and her responses were spot on. The notes she was taking proves the incredible student she is. Her communication amongst fellow officers is above any other LT. She became a part of the Leadership Council and is involved in so much. To put it plainly, KSI xATHENAx was CoFounder-capable as an LT. I know that is a huge stretch, but it is beyond truth. I have seen her more successful as an officer and LT when it comes to squad engagement, upholding example leadership, member retention, training, learning, squad management, officer delegation, event hosting etc then most Generals and even 7s Staff I have encountered in 2020. If she continues down this path she is on, I only imagine the wonders that she will create. She had far outreached the expectations, responsibilities, and duties as a LT 100 times over. As I stated in the beginning, there are many amazing Lieutenants in KSI and many are deserving of recognition for their various achievements. But when I think of Lieutenant of the YEAR for 2020, her name resounds 1 million miles left, right, up, down, and everywhere in between. Her achievements and work ethic speak volumes about her leadership and time as a LT but there is one more I want to point out. She is a great friend to all. She is there for everyone. In good times and in bad she can be called upon. She is an example of what it means to be a family in KSI. I could not be prouder of her and foresee greatness surrounding her name. He has a positive and friendly attitude, he trains others as if he has been doing it for years and makes workshops personable. Recruited and mentored by KSI xATHENAx, so the quality of this man is above reproof. As a SSGT he was tackling any challenge that came his way. He is always down to learn more and even asks the hard questions that most others would miss. I can’t wait to see his leadership dynamic continue. SGT: Gamertag: KSI Sasuke08 Forums Account Link / @: @Sasuke08 Reasons they deserve this award: KSI Sasuke08 is one of the most well rounded and knowledgeable SGTs I know. From his officer experience to his continual aide to almost anyone, he is the SGT Of The Year for 2020. Due to his expertise and dedication to keep training others, he is the SL Training Officer for the division. He is always around and even though he has a 13-hour time difference since he is stationed in Japan, you can still see him partaking in so much with all the members. He is a great trainer, funny, welcoming, and friendly to all. You see him in almost every major gamenight across the division and is out there most of the time doing better member retention than officers by 10 fold. No matter what his circumstances are, he still remains a strong SGT in SL. He also was awarded SL Hall of Fame this year. That alone should tell you his dedication to the community, his knowledge and experience, and his abilities. Department Head: Gamertag: KSI Starset 7 Forums Account Link / @: @KSI Starset 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Starset has been an amazing Department Head in AAP. He is accepting of everyone, know his way around everything and due to his overall experience as a Forums Mod, former CoFounder and a Department Head, he has to be one of the most well rounded heads currently. He is always open to suggestions and helps a lot with different questions. Even when AAP was down, he was doing all he could to get a fix and push AAP to the next level. I’m excited to see what plans are in store for AAP. Department Member: Gamertag: Loyalty Paradox Forums Account Link / @: @Loyalty Paradox Reasons they deserve this award: This man right here is ON POINT. He constantly encourages AAP involvement amongst the staff and he reaches out to members to help them obtain new awards. He is pushing announcements throughout the division, answers any questions about the Department and has been great at driving conversation and communication in AAP. Most recently became a Co-Head for his passion and dedication to the department. From access requests, to profile and account issues, helping me create my forums group etc. He is always there and quite punctual too. Quick to respond and handle topics very efficiently. Division Leader: KSI Rogue 7 @KSI Rogue 7 Reasons: Rogue has been an inspirational leader since I joined KSI. With all the his Div Lead duties he still finds time to game with members and attend game nights and workshops to support the officers of SL. He has been there whenever I needed help and led an amazing Lead 101 class. I have learned so much about being a leader from Rogue, not just from the class, but by seeing how he conducts himself within KSI. His dedication to KSI is contagious. General: KSIxAsuma 77 @KSIxAsuma 77 Reasons: Asuma has built an awesome officer core that I am honored to be apart of. He has the most active squad in our division and his leadership is a big part of why. He has been able to find the balance of going to school and still finding time to fulfill his officer duties and work on member retention! He does a great job of ensuring everyone gets to talk during the squad meetings which helps with getting people acquainted with one another. Lieutenant: KSI xATHENAx @KSI xATHENAx Reasons: ATHENA has shown me so much of what is means to be an effective officer within KSI. She goes out of her way to ensure people who want to be trained get trained and getting anything that needs to be done gets done. She has done an excellent job growing our squad(PRESTIGE) and member retention. She loves what she does and challenges others to always do more. Her excitement for KSI duties is contagious. SSGT: KSI KHOSEC @COD3SILVER Reasons: I’ve known KHOSEC within KSI and before he was in KSI. Seeing his dedication to KSI convinced me to join because it seemed like a fun group to become apart of. Since joining I’ve been trained by him and this man runs incredibly engaging workshops, and always ensures those he plays with are having a good time. He has filled every duty he has been asked and always goes a step beyond. An excellent example of an officer.

The year of 2020 has seen Kakashii go from being a SGT all the way to the current LCC. That in itself should be enough. He is continually making the time to be with the members of the community to train the current and future leaders of the community. There was a time when Kakakshii felt that he would not be able to do what was needed to help the squad that he was over, but with determination, he was able to rebuild a squad that was struggling. Kakashii has taken his time to work with the leaders of the community on shaping the future of it. He has been involved with the peace talks with the Hydra Alliance and helping to mend that bond. The list goes on and on. This year, Swag has help shape two divisions and worked his way from being a division leader to now being a Senior Director. Swag is the man you go to when you are feeling down or need someone to talk to. He will always be there! Swag has put hours upon hours to help grow the divisions that he has been over. Rogue is a down to earth, fun going, charismatic man. When you think of an effective leader within KSI, KSI Rogue 7 is that man. He has gone from being a Co-Founder, to now being a Director. He has devoted endless hours to perfecting the betterment of the community and his division. There is no time that Rogue has not been available to talk and get things done. Rogue has continued to shine in the community by being inducted into the SL Hall of Fame, being in Education, and apart of the LC. The list goes on and on with this man. He deserves to be recognized and a pillar of this community and Sovereign Legacy. Slick has shown resilience as a Co-Founder in his duties and time he has spent with the members of his division. As Acting General, he worked very hard to get a squad that was struggling, back on its feet. He has been able to make an impact and mentor many people. He how now taken on the role of Division Leader in SL and is continuing to work hard to build this community stronger. This man deserves this award. She joined the community only a few months ago. Since day one, she was a superstar in the squad. She has continued to exceed expectations that have been set for her. Her time as a Lieutenant was amazing! She stepped up to the plate and got work done. At the time I had no CPTs and she stepped into her role and her and the other LT helped with doing Captain duties as well. Athena would and continues to spend time with the members of the squad and provide amazing concepts to help better the squad. She has taken the time to revamp how things are done within the department and it has done wonders. Department Member: Gamertag: KSI Gosuko Forums Account Link / @: @KSI Gosuko Reasons they deserve this award: In the time that Gosuko has been in the productions department, he has been a rock star! He streams multiple times a week, engages with his fellow streamers, and brings up moral for the team. Gosuko takes the time to help out his fellow streamers when they have questions and has continued to work hard to be the best he can for the productions department. Even though he is at BMT for the military, I know that when he returns, he will be as solid as he was when he left. Member (Overall best member of the community for the year): Gamertag: KSI GHIDORAH Forums Account Link / @: @KSI HIDAN Reasons they deserve this award: Let us start with the first time that I met GHIDORAH over 6 months ago. When we first met, this guy was a chip of the ole block. He was the life of the party and understood how to have fun. He spent 5 months as an officer. During that time he was dealing with so many things in his personal life. This man has no quit in him and would not let things stop him from being the best that he could be. This man not just as an officer, but as a member as well took the time to break down barriers and be a friend to everyone that he came into contact with. It may seem like a difficult task, but GHIDORAH worked hard to help the members spread their wings and meet new people. He did not do any of this to make himself look better or because he was an officer. He did it because he understood his "Why". GHIDORAH's "Why" for being in this community, is to bring people together and make sure they are having a good time. Even when he personally was struggling and not having a great day, he would still put a smile in that voice and be there to cheer up the family(KSI).
