Voice for Clan Ops and yet still on the battlefield helping revamp and lead divisions. Taking over so many hats due to a diminished Director team and still chugging forward. The level of stress that Senior Leadership experiences can make anyone want to run the other way. Her resilience has stood still through it all. Truly one of the best Senior leaders we have. Director: Gamertag: KSI Swag 77 Forums Account Link / @: @KSI Swag 77 Reasons they deserve this award: Swag has truly excelled in his position as a Director. He has been helping SO many divisions since his promotion. He never backs down from a challenge and is always willing and wanting to meet new members and play with anyone. His fun goofy Uncle vibe makes others smile and laugh. He has made positive changes to the community due to his leadership. Without Swag’s mentorship, there would not be as many incredible leaders here in KSI. ALL HAIL THE PICKLE KING! Co-Founder: Gamertag: KSI Slick 7 Forums Account Link / @: @KSI Slick 7 Reasons they deserve this award: 2020 has been the evolution year of KSI Slick 7. His successful progression up the ranks were a sight to see. So much unlocked potential building. I saw this “X factor” like none other in this man. Before he even made a name for himself in his squad, I had this deep pit in my stomach and I can remember vividly telling my fellow 7s, “This is the guy, this is the future leadership in KSI”. Sure enough he became a much deserved CoFounder. During his time as a CoFo, Slick has never backed down from a challenge to big or small. He is a logistical beast, on point in every situation, level-headed and extremely professional. He was acting General in Knights SL twice and each time he rebuilt and trained the officer corps, he grew the squad, keep it healthy and gave it his all. He wanted to give it one last hoorah and he generated a hell of an active and healthy squad. He is always on his tasks and is a beam of light in SL. Slick is highly respected in SL and his mentorship has built up 2 more CoFos and a General in Templar since they were CPTs and LTs. He plays with anyone and everyone, gives his super useful and wise counsel, and truly treats others as brothers and sisters. This guy can not only lead the horse to water, but he can also damn near make him drink too due to his positive and uplifting nature. From his incredible analogies that bring a comedic yet clear understanding, to his drive to better the community and create amazing leaders. I am extremely proud to have been and still be in his presence each day. The sky is the limit with this man. General: Gamertag: KSI N3WERA 7 Forums Account Link / @: @KSI N3WERA 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Out of every General I have experienced; being a General came naturally to N3WERA. There was NOTHING that this man didn’t do. He was always on time with Gen Check Ins, meeting notes, Omega, etc. Always training, always recruiting, and continued to build a badass and STRONG powerhouse squad. Templar needed NO micromanagement. It was a well oiled and fully running machine. N3WERA helped build one of SL’s strongest officer corps. You tell him “Hey I’d love to see 5 recruit this week” He would be like bet and he’d get his team to crank out more than you ever asked for. Templar was about 120 members strong at one point. The largest squad in 1.5 years of SL’s history. Logistically – God Tier. Potential – Unmatched. Loyal Friend – Like none other. Captain: Gamertag: KSI WuTang 7 Forums Account Link / @: @KSI Wu Tang 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Super Captain simple as that. Even with this man’s crazy 50+ hour work schedule he did not miss a single beat. He was always learning, always training, always growing into the A-MAIZE-ING leader he is today. True definition of Time Management as well. Heavy hitter in recruiting consistently and on point with every aspect a Captain does and then some. It was a no brainer that KSI WuTang 7 (formerly known as KSI WVUA11en) would be the upcoming leadership not only in his squad but in this division as well. This guy plays with anyone and will help any member catch a WarZone win. He is always there for the members and has an eagerness to do all he can for KSI. Lieutenant: Gamertag: KSI xATHENAx Forums Account Link / @: @KSI xATHENAx Reasons they deserve this award: Throughout my time in KSI, I have seen many Lieutenants. Some have come in, done well, and gone. Some have succeeded and become Gens and 7s. But… There is no one like KSI xATHENAx. The Mega Officer. I first met Athena when she was a CPL and I talked to her about the possibility of changing her name to reflect KSI. With her sort of on the fence about it, I challenged her to a night of 1v1 Gunfight to claim a $10 gift card for a name change. This is where I first experienced her positive and friendly demeanor. Even though it was close, she whooped my butt and claimed the name change. From that moment on, I encouraged her about possibly becoming an officer one day. Even though she was hesitant at first, eventually her colors and light started to shine as a SGT and she became an officer shortly afterward. As a lieutenant there was nothing that she could not do. Prestige was okay but just plateauing. Just kind of there. Not much really happening but not dead, just more or less stagnant and continuing. Now enters Athena. Suddenly this young woman revitalizes the squad in every area. No one matches her member retention, party-busting gamenights sometimes twice in a day with new members. She is welcoming to every member and her name has definitely been heard throughout the other divisions. Members from all over have gamed with her or been a part of her Gunfight gamenights. Everyone always has a great time, and they feel included. She is the squad’s head recruiter meaning she can knock out weekly squad goals herself alone not including helping others learn to do recruiting. Because of her influence, she is the face of Prestige. With that, a few incredible individuals have been directly mentored by her. KSI KHOSEC, KSI Bearded1, KSI Shrimp not including the longest potential officer list I have seen in forever. She has successfully trained many officers and even officers in other squads during her workshops. Honestly, she not only revitalized her squad but the division as a whole. She is a sponge for more knowledge, she consistently reaches out to me and the other leaders for growth advice and is continuously trying to learn as much as she can to become a good, fair, and successful leader in KSI. She attended my LEAD101s and her responses were spot on. The notes she was taking proves the incredible student she is. Her communication amongst fellow officers is above any other LT. She became a part of the Leadership Council and is involved in so much. To put it plainly, KSI xATHENAx was CoFounder-capable as an LT. I know that is a huge stretch, but it is beyond truth. I have seen her more successful as an officer and LT when it comes to squad engagement, upholding example leadership, member retention, training, learning, squad management, officer delegation, event hosting etc then most Generals and even 7s Staff I have encountered in 2020. If she continues down this path she is on, I only imagine the wonders that she will create. She had far outreached the expectations, responsibilities, and duties as a LT 100 times over. As I stated in the beginning, there are many amazing Lieutenants in KSI and many are deserving of recognition for their various achievements. But when I think of Lieutenant of the YEAR for 2020, her name resounds 1 million miles left, right, up, down, and everywhere in between. Her achievements and work ethic speak volumes about her leadership and time as a LT but there is one more I want to point out. She is a great friend to all. She is there for everyone. In good times and in bad she can be called upon. She is an example of what it means to be a family in KSI. I could not be prouder of her and foresee greatness surrounding her name. SSGT: Gamertag: KSI KHOSEC Forums Account Link / @: @COD3SILVER Reasons they deserve this award: KSI KHOSEC is part of the next generation of leadership. He has a positive and friendly attitude, he trains others as if he has been doing it for years and makes workshops personable. Recruited and mentored by KSI xATHENAx, so the quality of this man is above reproof. As a SSGT he was tackling any challenge that came his way. He is always down to learn more and even asks the hard questions that most others would miss. I can’t wait to see his leadership dynamic continue. SGT: Gamertag: KSI Sasuke08 Forums Account Link / @: @Sasuke08 Reasons they deserve this award: KSI Sasuke08 is one of the most well rounded and knowledgeable SGTs I know. From his officer experience to his continual aide to almost anyone, he is the SGT Of The Year for 2020. Due to his expertise and dedication to keep training others, he is the SL Training Officer for the division. He is always around and even though he has a 13-hour time difference since he is stationed in Japan, you can still see him partaking in so much with all the members. He is a great trainer, funny, welcoming, and friendly to all. You see him in almost every major gamenight across the division and is out there most of the time doing better member retention than officers by 10 fold. No matter what his circumstances are, he still remains a strong SGT in SL. He also was awarded SL Hall of Fame this year. That alone should tell you his dedication to the community, his knowledge and experience, and his abilities. Department Head: Gamertag: KSI Starset 7 Forums Account Link / @: @KSI Starset 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Starset has been an amazing Department Head in AAP. He is accepting of everyone, know his way around everything and due to his overall experience as a Forums Mod, former CoFounder and a Department Head, he has to be one of the most well rounded heads currently. He is always open to suggestions and helps a lot with different questions. Even when AAP was down, he was doing all he could to get a fix and push AAP to the next level. I’m excited to see what plans are in store for AAP. Department Member: Gamertag: Loyalty Paradox Forums Account Link / @: @Loyalty Paradox Reasons they deserve this award: This man right here is ON POINT. He constantly encourages AAP involvement amongst the staff and he reaches out to members to help them obtain new awards. He is pushing announcements throughout the division, answers any questions about the Department and has been great at driving conversation and communication in AAP. Most recently became a Co-Head for his passion and dedication to the department. Forums Staff (Mods, Senior Mods, Admins): Gamertag: KSI DropShot 7 Forums Account Link / @: @Mr. DropShot Reasons they deserve this award: Extremely helpful anytime I've ever needed anything Forums based. From access requests, to profile and account issues, helping me create my forums group etc. He is always there and quite punctual too. Quick to respond and handle topics very efficiently. Thank you to all other Senior Leaders, 7s, Generals, Officers, Web Ops and Dept Ops staff. Each one of you continue to pave the way for the future of KSI.

Category: Senior Leader (CEO) Gamertag: KSI xKing77 Forums Account Link: @KSI xKing 77 Reasons they deserve this award: King has been a very crucial part in helping rebuild DM since DM took a major hit back in late September. He's been there every step of the way, helping guide the 7 and officer staff in all the squads to pure success. King has been a solid rock foundation as DM's acting Director, pushing through for us and being there whenever needed. He answers within minutes and helps out with anything. It's refreshing for all of us in DM to finally have contact with upper leadership in KSI, and DM is really lucky to have a hard worker like King with us. He not only is helping and making things great again in DM, but helping KSI out as a whole. This member is outstanding, through and through. Category: Co-Founder Gamertag: KSI DntAsk 7 Forums Account Link: @KSI DntAsk 7 Reasons they deserve this award: DntAsk, better known as Pam to most, has been one of the best leaders I've ever had the pleasure in working with during my entire time here in KSI. When so many other people would have just given up, she stood her ground and fought through a very tough time here in DM, and shined like a true champion through it. Her in real life experience with counseling helps us all out in DM, and in KSI too. Everyone in KSI knows who DntAsk is. From her ways of doing member retention and helping members out in and out of KSI situations, her mere presence is so important to DM. She is currently holding up a squad with limited officers and just doing amazing with it. She is the rock in DM that likes to try to remain invisible, but members know how important and wonderful she truly is. DM wouldn't be where it's at right now if not for this incredible, selfless woman with a pure heart of gold. Category: General Gamertag: KSI Lilith 7 Forums Account Link: @KSI Lilith 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Lilith, also known as Amanda has really done wonders for DM and especially Wrath this year. When things got tough in there and Wrath basically lost a it's officers and General, she stepped up and saved Wrath. From training up new officers, to recruiting and promoting new members, Lilith has done wonders for Wrath, which is now flourishing with an amazing well trained General, Thanks to her. Lilith has a great presence throughout all of DM, as many people flock to her and enjoy playing and hanging out in parties with her. She is an amazing asset now to the 7 staff and DM overall. Category: Captain Gamertag: KSI T StackG Forums Account Link: @KSI T StackG Reasons they deserve this award: Stack is one of the most solid Captains DM has seen in quite some time. He is/was literally the backbone of Wrath. He is an extremely hard worker and cares about the members very much so. Stack recruits, trains and promotes members daily. He is currently doing amazing as a new General in Wrath, which you wouldn't know if you came across him. He always is on top of everything. If someone has a question, he'll answer them within minutes. If he doesn't know the answer, he'll seek it out immediately. He's always wanting to improve and better himself. He loves learning as much KSI knowledge as he can, and uses it to help out his perspective squad on a daily basis. Stack is kind, warm and compassionate. I'm looking forward to seeing all he will do in the new year. Category: Sergeant Gamertag: KSI Ocean Power Forums Account Link: @KSI Ocean Power Reasons they deserve this award: Ocean is the epitome of what every Sergeant in KSI should be. He attends all game nights and squad meetings that he can. He has a warm heart and helps out members like an unofficial counselor within all the squads. He is basically like an officer without being an officer. He stays online with some members just to talk to them and help them through difficult times, even staying on longer than he should. Sometimes we have to remind him that his family needs his attention too. He truly cares and loves to play anything with anyone. He is Welcoming and friendly to any new member he meets. Ocean is a member that all leaders could truly learn from. He was previously an officer this past year, mainly stepping up with his busy schedule to help out his perspective squad, just because they needed it. He had to step down, but did an amazing job as an officer, and does just as an amazing job as a member. He helps people in games so much, taking hours at a time when he's available, to show newer players what to do. He is patient, kind and makes each and every member he comes across feel important. He knows at the end of the day it's just a game, and prefers to surround himself with good company, than just getting the task at hand done in any game. He's persistent and tries his hardest to help out, even in other situations that are KSI related. He is truly an amazing and awesome member that many other members flock to, because of his friendly and positive demeanor.

I personally have learned a ton about how to be an effective leader from him. He conducts himself as a leader in everything that he does, and His passion for our community impacts everyone around him. She has devoted her time and efforts into members and leaders alike and regardless of the impacts her personal life took, she never abandoned the community or members within. She worked hard with whatever tools and strength she could find to suck it up and make it work. She makes time to be around for officer or gen promotions, she games with members outside of her responsibilities and keeps the bond with them, and she is always aware of what's going on in the divisions she is over. A great leader, mentor, and member of KSI this community recognizes her as an asset and key player in the atmosphere of KSI. Category: Division Leader Gamertag: KSI Shadow007 Forums Account Link / @KSI Shadow007 Reasons they deserve this award: Shadow is very professional however still allows his personality to show in everything that he does. The way he articulates the ideals of the community astounds me. He has mastered what most struggle with and that is knowing which role to play at what time. He is knowledgeable and can answer most of your questions before you get a chance to ask them. Shadow did a fantastic job of coming to ES with no idea of what Div Lead meant and took the bull by the horns and ran ES well. He made time to still plays with the members and be there if anyone needed a question answered when their co-founders were unavailable. You can always reach him if it is important or just to say hello. He thrives in Clan Ops and he is passionate about his roles in Web Ops. I am proud of the leader he has become and excited to see the many things he achieves on his way to the Board. Category: Co-Founder Gamertag: KSI Barb 7 Forums Account Link / @KSI Barb 7 Reasons they deserve this award: Barb has been a soldier in this battle of change in KSI. In the beginning of the year, she made her way back to Gen of Succubus after dealing with many hardships that would have made anyone quit. Now, she has become our co-founder and has made the position her own. Barb took the ground running and not only implemented and enforced the changes put in place by her Div Lead, she was always available to help anyone in need and made sure they understood who was in their chain of command and how to properly handle issues accordingly. Barb has promoted squad activity, boosted the morale of those below her, and has been a helper to anyone who needed it. She has brought new ideas and ways of looking at things to the community and is the definition of a dedicated member here to serve others around her. Furthermore, she is an active Information Head and on the LLC and her only thought is how to improve KSI, make it more efficient, while still understanding that members and leaders should have fun with it.

Senior Leader: KSI TexAngel 7 @KSI TexAngel 77 Tex has been crucial to the work we are doing to bring ES back from the brink. She made the hard decisions and constantly encouraging us to communicate and be the leaders she knew we could be. When we messed up she would admonish and correct us but always with the intent to make us better leaders. She set the Division up to succeed, because it was more important that we were on the right path than we had symptoms of being on the right path. So the growth was slow and steady but it came because of her leadership as director and senior director over ES Division Leader: KSI Shadow007 @KSI Shadow007 Shadow is a quiet leader, who will lay down the law when necessary, and listens to the other leaders in the div. He was instrumental in melding leaders from 3 divisions together to help form "the New ES". He lets the leaders run with their strengths and also encourages them to step out in areas they are not comfortable in. He has on more than one occasion call me out as his "memory" in div leaders meetings. That no only build me up in my own eyes but also gave me a good rep among other leaders. To me that is one of the most important thing a leader does is bolster the confidence of those around them. Co-Founder: KSI Death 77 @KSI DEATH 77 DEATH never let our division forget how important it is to recruit, recruit, recruit. It's been a long haul to change our wishy washy attitude about recruiting to where, now, every one in ES knows this is important to whatever goals we have. I am not sure we would have gotten here without him constantly pushing it at 7s meetings and gens meetings. We might have gotten there eventually but his presence never let us forget it and it is one of the reasons ES has has the growth it now enjoys. General: Captain: KSI Nightgunner @KSI NightGunner For a guy who didn't want t o be an officer again, Nightgunner has shown himself to be a consistent officer presence in his squad. He supports his Gen, knows his members and can tell me anything I want to know about the squad. He has a no nonsense attitude that his squad members and officers respect him for. CPL DemonicDragon00 @DemonicDragon00 IN the past year demonic has been deployed to both South Korea and now Germany, but he has never failed to get with members of the community and hang out. He has been one of the most consistent members playing and communicating with the division. I am so glad to have him in this division and Succubus is lucky to have him

General: @KSI Huntartt Reason: I’ve been in KSI for around 5 months now and met a lot of KSI members and one of the many amazing people that stood out to me was huntartt, she’s one of the nicest and most kindhearted person I’ve ever met. She is always checking up on people and making sure there doing okay, always lending out a helping hand to anyone in need as well. she is an awesome person to game with or even just sit in party chat with, always a fun time. But apart of all that she’s also willing to take charge where its needed, one of the things that stands out to me most is that she’s not just a leader she’s a good role model too, instead of telling people to go do stuff shell go out with them and help them do it too. LT: @KSI xATHENAx Reason: Ever since Athena joined our squad she’s been working her butt off and helping things get changed for the better, since her arrival our squad grew massively in members. Her game nights are always consistent with being fun and having a crowd. She’s always an outgoing person as well doing things that need to be done rather waiting around for someone else to do it, she’s also another person who’s always asking everyone how they are and making sure there good, making KSI feel more like a family then it is a gaming community, a few examples of this are when she’s not playing the same games as you shell hop into the party’s just to say hi and how you’re doing, she’s always the first person to introduce herself to anyone new or even if they’ve just never met before, she's climbing the ranks working her way up super fast and I believe she will continue to get higher as time goes on.

She didn’t have to do this she chose to. When she came to WD I was a very young very green cofounder. I told her in our first meeting that I was just there and because I was new I didn’t feel like I had much of a voice. She very politely made it clear that I most definitely did have a voice. She has made it known to me multiple times that once I found my voice I haven’t shut up. She has also taught me more about being a cofounder and a better leader than I ever thought I could be. I have earned her respect as a leader and she truly makes me proud to part of KSI every day. I know that when she says she will get this division across the finish line with our support I truly believe that she will. She is truly a great person and leader that everyone can learn from. She wears a lot of different hats and takes every one of them seriously, and she wears each one with pride. So thank you for everything you have taught and will teach me Tex, I follow you with pride. He came over here help show WD what they were made of. He is passionate about what he does in KSI. He’s a true leader that an abundance of people including myself look up to. He’s a cofounder a teacher a mentor who wants the future of KSI to be bigger and brighter and better than ever. I as well as many of the current leaders in KSI have learned a lot from DC, and I’m sure we will continue to learn from him as the HEAD OF EDUCATION. She wears several hats and has the respect of her squad as well as the Web Ops Department and the Education department too. The year of 2020 has seen Kakashii go from being a SGT all the way to the current LCC. That in itself should be enough. He is continually making the time to be with the members of the community to train the current and future leaders of the community. There was a time when Kakakshii felt that he would not be able to do what was needed to help the squad that he was over, but with determination, he was able to rebuild a squad that was struggling. Kakashii has taken his time to work with the leaders of the community on shaping the future of it. He has been involved with the peace talks with the Hydra Alliance and helping to mend that bond. When we first met, this guy was a chip of the ole block. He was the life of the party and understood how to have fun. He spent 5 months as an officer. During that time he was dealing with so many things in his personal life. This man has no quit in him and would not let things stop him from being the best that he could be. This man not just as an officer, but as a member as well took the time to break down barriers and be a friend to everyone that he came into contact with. It may seem like a difficult task, but GHIDORAH worked hard to help the members spread their wings and meet new people. He did not do any of this to make himself look better or because he was an officer. He did it because he understood his "Why". GHIDORAH's "Why" for being in this community, is to bring people together and make sure they are having a good time. I can speak for what he has done for me and my department. He has been here my whole journey in AAP. When he promoted me to Department Head, it was clear that we’d always have a line of communication whenever I needed it. He was readily available for myself and the other department heads to help out when and where needed. He is always trying to think outside the box and is open to new ideas throughout the departments. This man is the prime example of how a leader should be in the community. Swag is very keen on ensuring everyone is accounted for and talked to, even goes out of his way to make time for members who want to talk and game. Rogue played a big part in pushing through education of materials to the Generals, Officers, and 7’s Staff to keep everyone informed and prepared for anything they may have to do or come across. He always made time for the members and was the Voice of Reason during the peace talks in with Hydra in SL, getting all the members input on the situation. He was a Captain in Elysium DW before the merge and then Elysium SL. He was actively teaching lower ranking members how to recruit and sat in on a plethora of recruitments to make sure it was done correctly. He used his personality to his advantage when it came to inactive members, approaching them, messaging them, trying to get them back involved and informed. He was always clean with his work and never had any issues. When he was promoted to Senior Staff, he used the position to help the department and others.
