KSI is a community that has touched so many people’s hearts and bought so much joy to many. KSI is a big machine with a lot of moving parts and in a big machine things can get lost and you can find yourself stuck on a shelf or not being prioritized or feeling like your becoming someone else but remember having a community that is so prudent and kind as KSI is a great thing even if it comes with its challenges.

I can’t speak on Clan Ops or Dept Ops as far as this. But in Web Ops, Nyx is currently a Join Moderator. She is one of the more experienced Join Mods we have on the staff and is always working diligently to ensure her apps are running smoothly and as proper as possible. She also helps out the other Join Mods with any questions they may have. She brings an unique energy to the staff and I appreciate what she brings to the table. Someday, I can see her being a future Senior Join Mod. She’s destined to do big things and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes her. Thank you for everything you do Nyx, keep up the great work.

Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -KSI xTiger 77 (DIV-WD) Link to forums account - @KSI Tiger 77 Reasoning why they deserve this - Tiger, although scary sometimes, is a great divisional leader. She has helped this whole division and it's people through thick and thin and has taught me many things along the way, things I still use and most likely always will.She has some amazing time management skills and knows how to handle most situations thrown at her. She has helped out each squad she looks over and helps lighten up the mood when times are tough. Even when I became an officer the first officer meeting I went to she said "about damn time!" it made me feel welcomed for sure. She has been an amazing CoFo and I can't wait to see her be an even better Division Leader. You got this Rogue! General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -KSI xKami 77 (GEN-WD-Malice) Link to forums account - @KSI xKami 77 Reasoning why the deserve this - Kami has time again and again deserved this role for more reasons then fingers on my hands. He has helped me grow as a person and has helped me be a better officer. From the moment he recruited me in to the moment he has promoted me I look up to this man as a leader, and as a friend. He has helped everyone in his squad feel welcome and has done above and beyond for them, answering their smallest of questions to just being their for someone. He is a great leader and I can't wait for him to do more and more in this amazing community. Thank you for always being their man, hopefully I can one day I can do the same in return. SSGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI ALUSEAN (SSGT-WD-Malice) Link to forums account - @ALUSEAN Reasoning why they deserve this - Alusean, although being very new to the officer staff, has been a great person and officer. He is very social and has always been there for people and helps lift people's spirit up. Even as soon as he got recruit certified he tried to get recruits for the squad, he has showed great effort in being an officer and I can't wait to see what he has in store. SGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -KSI SixChart (SGT-WD-Malice) Link to forums account - @Sixchart24 Reasoning why they deserve this - Sixchart is a great persona and member, for the past few weeks he has been busy with helping his family but every time he is on he is active, mature, and a good guy. He always wants to learn something new and his member retention is amazing and I can't wait for him to be an officer one day.

The story all begins when she put in her rejoin application. I was running her application and she decided she wanted to come over to WD. This was one of those defining moments when I realized that I could still do my job as a join moderator and still earn the respect from someone. After she came into WD and the questions started on how to become a join moderator and I was ready to teach her. I explained to her to ropes of the area which lead to her putting in the application to join. This is where all the questions started. If she had a question she would ask to make herself stronger and stronger. She would never give up no matter what she was going through. As she started to get a better feel for the area is where she really started to take off. She knows when the share something with the team as a teachable moment so when it happens to them they will be ready. When the applications are pouring in she steps up to the plate and gets applications done in a timely matter. This member is also apart of Clan Ops and Department Ops. On the Clan Ops side of things she made it up the Captain position by sharing her past knowledge as a seven and hosted workshops like I’ve never seen before to give the knowledge to members coming up the chain of command. On the other side of things is the News Team where she can be seen on the news website for the great articles that are getting posted up. Once again with that never give up attitude. We all have ruff days but what defines us is where we are now. Thank You for everything you have done for KSI and trusting someone you really only knew as the person that made you cry on your rejoin application.
