It's very rare to see a Division Leader around the entire Division with all it's members, day in and day out. He takes the time to get to know all the members, best he can. ROMEO is there for the officers and others on the 7 staff, always. He will always get on his app at work to help out with any situation, practically at any time. He is the rock that holds up DM, plain and simple. From spreading his vast knowledge of KSI to others, to just showing the members in all of DM the fun, ROMEO is a well rounded individual that does it all, and gets the job done efficiently and effectively. Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Shockr 7 (Co-Founder) Link to forums account - @KSI Shockr 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Shockr is a guy that his truly come into his own as a Co-Founder. He is currently an acting General and Co-Founder of another squad, but always finds the time to make for anyone that has questions. If he doesn't know the answer, he'll actively seek it out till he gets it. Shockr has a no give up attitude, which gets things done. He trains up great officers and never asks anything of anyone, that he would not do himself. He truly cares about all the members in all the squads, and helps out wherever needed, always keeping a close eye on things. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI DntAsk 7 (Co-Founder) Link to forums account - @KSI DntAsk 7 Reasoning why they deserve this award: Where can I start about DntAsk. She is like the angel that watches over everyone in DM, figuratively speaking. She cares about KSI, DM and Venom, the squad she just came out of, like family. DntAsk helped mold Venom into the amazing squad it is today. With her taking on attention for members that have rough times and helping them with KSI related stuff, making them want to stay and feel at home, DntAsk is a prime example of what every Leader/General should be. She has trained so many up and coming great officers too, past and present. She not only taught them KSI knowledge, but is like a life coach to them as well. DntAsk will move mountains to help any member out. She is outstanding and amazing in all that she does. With her recent Promotion to the DM 7 staff, I'm looking forward to seeing all the great things to come. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI LadySatan (General-DM/Wrath) Link to forums account - @KSI LadySatan Reasoning why they deserve this award: I've had the honor to recently get to know this incredible woman recently. She is one of the main reasons her squad she just got recently promoted to General of, is still up and running today. With her never give up attitude, she has been the backbone of her perspective squad. She recruits, promotes and trains up new members, as well as trains up new and upcoming officers within her squad. LadySatan spends a lot of her time engaging and playing with the members. People in her squad look up to her and respect her a lot, as well as members from other squads as well. LadySatan is already an amazing General, and is doing the best she can to make her squad grow and flourish.

He ends up handling quite a bit behind the scenes to ensure all members are happy in DM. Romeo always knows what to say when dealing with a difficult situation and handles things in a very professional manner. DM has gone through many changes over the last couple months and none of those changes have stopped him yet. He's dedicated to DM and its members and he's not going anywhere. DM wouldn't be where it's at without him as Div Leader. Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Shockr 7 (Co-Founder - DM) Link to forums account - @KSI Shockr 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Shockr has done so much for the division since being promoted to Co-Founder. He is on top of clearing recruits in a timely fashion and is always on top of his KSI duties. He is an acting General over his previous squad and is constantly in the works with officer trainings. Shockr is always learning, he wants to learn as much as he can and isn't afraid to ask questions. If he doesn't have an answer to a question he will find the answer. Shockr is just a great leader and I'm proud of everything he's accomplished so far. I know he will go far in this community. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI DntAsk 7 (Co-Founder - DM) Link to forums account - @KSI DntAsk 7 Reasoning why the deserve this - DntAsk completely turned her previous squad around, Venom. Activity was slightly lacking when Venom didn't have a General. Once DntAsk was promoted to General that changed instantly. The squad is as active as it was almost a year ago before Venom split into Sinister because DntAsk is an amazing leader and was one of the best Generals around. Outside of gamenights she interacts with members 1 on 1, getting to know each one on a personal level. She cares so much about everyone and it truly shows. Due to all the hard work DntAsk has put in as being General she was promoted to Co-Founder of DM. I know she's going to be an awesome Co-Founder and will continue to spread her love and positivity with the rest of the division. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI LadySatan (General - DM/Wrath) Link to forums account - @KSI LadySatan Reasoning why they deserve this - LadySatan and I didn't really know each other until I became Co-Founder over her squad, Wrath. After getting to know LadySatan it is very clear that she is dedicated to her squad. Wrath went through a rough patch when the previous General and a few officers left KSI. LadySatan has kept the squad together and actively interacts with members in her squad. All of the members enjoy her company and even refer to her on a first name basis. Can't wait to see what she brings to the table as Wrath's new General! Keep it up girl!

We’re currently in a rebuilding phase and Grunt is helping us by brainstorming ideas to help grow and sustain the division. He is very knowledgeable and is willing to help out when and where needed. Recently, as a 7’s Staff, Venum encouraged everyone to be more hands on with each of the squads, helping out and truly showing the officers and members the ways of the community. Venum is extremely knowledgeable and executes his duties as a Div Leader like no other. He is truly someone I can call my mentor. She recently got nominated for DHoF for DW and was also awarded Outstanding Service LVL 1. Her drive and efforts towards the turnaround of Samurai are paying off. Samurai is now on the right pace thanks to her leadership and the officer staff she helped build up. Harley is truly a loving and caring person for not only Samurai but Elysium as well. She embodies the true family environment we strive for in DW. Recently receiving a CPT promotion for his efforts and hardwork. Blitz is a master at spread his time to where he is not overwhelmed. He juggles his family, ClanOps, WebOps, and DeptOps and executes them all well. In Elysium, Blitz has a reputation of being the first one to tackle any task given to him. He is truly an up and coming leader in this community and I can’t wait to see where his journey continues to. Weeaboo is a newer officer who recently got promoted to a LT. He has played a big role in the member retention in Elysium and pushes the others to do better. He doesn’t sugarcoat the problems, which is great when trying to fix an issue. Overall, he is a great officer and constantly picking up new knowledge on a daily basis. Always willing to go out of his way to host a workshop or talk with anyone in not only the squad, but the whole division. SGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI X SCORPIO - DW/Elysium Link to forums account - @BIGDOG18 Reasoning why they deserve this - Scorpio is one of the more quiet guys in Elysium. Although, in the past month or 2, he has been one of the key factors in the member retention and growth of the squad. He is actively in parties with members and throwing up looking for group post, attempting to bring new members in. Scorpio is leading by example and is showcasing what it means to truly be a member of the community. Department Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI xKami 77 - AAP Link to forums account - @KSI xKami 77 Reasoning why they deserve this - Kam aka Kami aka Kamikaze is one of the most knowledgeable people in the AAP. Whenever he has a task, he handles it perfectly and efficiently. When it comes to the department, he goes above and beyond, reaching out to members and helping them post up nominations. Even going as far as posting nominations for others so they can be recognized and awarded. He is always ready to help out when and where needed and strives to be the best staff member he can be.

Cody has been a prominent member of SL for a long time. He worked very hard despite not getting any formal training as a SSGT and having to watch the squad implode and close due to everyone around him. Rather than take his ball and go home he transferred to Knights. Grinding through the ranks despite having a bad general he showed he was a bright spot in that squad. He earned general and went on to become a co-founder after a successful tenure. Very professional and calm demeanor, well respected and just an all around great member and leader within SL. Solid Recruiter, great trainer combined with everything else makes me believe he fully deserves the OS level 1 award.

He is always there to help and to mentor. His values and directions among the squads has brought DM to new heights. His dedication and genuine care for the members is inspiring and a good example of “paying it forward”. Romeo is a solid leader in the KSI community and a strong advocate for the members on many different levels. Her thirst for knowledge is ever growing and her mastery of the forums is commendable. He is always willing to help those with questions and to lead packed game nights. As an officer, he is always willing to take on a large workload to help. His inquisitive nature leads him to expand on his KSI knowledge monthly, through workshops, classes and mentoring. His rapport with the squad makes it a pleasure to be a member of KSI. He games with fellow gamers across the division. He is always willing to help out members, whether it is in the form of answering questions or just getting another gamer through a mission. As a new officer, he is always front and center to help out in anyway he can. If there is a gaming question he can’t immediately answer he will take the time to go research it and return with a concise detailed answer. He is always willing to help out any member with any adventure. He has been a powerhouse as a member of the welcoming committee, in helping new members feel at home and finding game nights and meetings. He is present everyday and is always asking who he can help within games. His friendly nature is infectious among squad members, along with his down to earth attitude. He is very helpful to members that might be experiencing a bad time in rl, by encouraging them and engaging them in nightly party chats.

Gamertag: KSI Refined, @KSI refined Rank: General Refined is the modern day prodigal son of Sinister. He has endeavored from day one to make the squad his own. I have personally witnessed numerous obstacles he has overcome in his journey, Always taking the time out of his day to assist his members with ANY issues they have personal or otherwise. Anything that arises he takes in stride and does his best to resolve it with the utmost sense of professionalism and fairness for all involved. As a well respected member of DM, He truly has taken his squad to the next level. Gamertag: KSI LadySatan, @KSI LadySatan Rank: Capt LadySatan is one of the most underappreciated officers in DM. What she lacks in experience, she makes up for in unmatched motivation. Shes always striving to improve the quality of her member's lives within KSI, devoting many hours to doing so. Shes been working closely with her Cofounder to overcome the challenge of reviving the squad she was given, never wavering in the resolve to do so. Wrath has gone from dying to thriving under her leadership. I look forward to witnessing her future successes with DM and KSI as a whole. OS3 is a tough feat. I will witness though and hopefully describe him well. To start, Swag has a KSI tattoo on his right arm. (That's LIFELONG COMMITMENT) Swag goes above and beyond for this community and his division every damn day. Everyday Swag is party hopping even with our casual SGT's, just to get to know them. He knows every soul within SL, and vice versa. KSI is the first thing on his mind when he wakes up, and its the last thing he thinks about before going to sleep. He is on top of his Omega, his divisional history, his magnitude of meetings (even squad meetings), he handles the recruits accepted responsibility (typically this is tasked out to the junior Co-Founder.) he has even invented an "Audit System" for our Co-Founders within SL. The "Audit System" is this. An SL Co-Founder has routinely maintained the relationship between their respective Omegas and Squad Clubs. Swag will go through the Omega and Club alphabetically and will ensure 100% accuracy of all personal within SL. An SL Co-Founder is also expected to host a workshop once a month. I'm bringing this up because I want to point out the school of thought that Swag is using to gauge the best route for his division. Swag has identified that SL is extremely high op temped, and the only way to slow down the train is the rails wearing dull over a long course of use. So, Swag routinely charges the rails of his train (being the Co-Founders) by assigning his Co-Founders responsibilities that affect the division in real-time. The Co-Founders now feel like they have a direct impact on their division. He also has recognized that he cant burn his 7's, because they are typically not easy to find. So he makes the goals convenient and easy to obtain. The Audit system serves a dual purpose for the division. The Audit System is a self-pacing tool our Co-Founders use to answer their own questions when it comes to what they should work on next within their respective squads. Because the Co-Founder will know exactly how many people they have, therefore they will know how many Officers they should have. It also tells the Co-Founder a rough estimation of fluff and what the overall activity looks like within their squads. It serves as a benchmark for their performance as a Co-Founder, its an accountability tool. If "KSI CoolGuy" has not gotten his SGT promotion, even though he has KSI in the gamer tag, that is recorded and if the errors persists after two more weeks, then its a warning to the Co-Founder in charge. With that, the 7 can access the best route to take the squad on that matches the current General's leadership style. But, that's what makes Swag the leader he is. That forward-thinking is not common, and often found in the board of directors. But, here he is as a Division Leader using everything he can within his arsenal to uphold and routinely exceed the standard that I have personally given him. I met Swag when he was a Co-Founder, just transferring from LS to SL. I have personally seen his attitude shift to a more deliberate, capable, component, and a deeper sense of thinking. I can tell when Swag speaks that he has started to forecast positive and negative events that will alter his division's current atmosphere and performance. Like right now for example, right now he's planning to split Templar. ANY normal Division Leader would see this as an easy opportunity to claim a nice victory to make their own squad so that they will always have a direct tie to the division. But, not Swag. Swag has identified his true potential and how far he can really go within the community and he instead decided to use this awesome momentum that Templar has generated and is using it to retain and grow more life into another squad within SL. He's doing that because he has identified that if he uses all of his squads to their maximum but effectiveness, that is going to be the final route to obtain every Division Leader's wet dream, a sustainable, self-independent division that will only have one course of action to release the stacking momentum this would provide. A DIVISION SPLIT. Swag makes my job as his director incredibly easy. The incident reports are always done on time, there is minimal drama or emotionally charged incidents within the division, his Generals and 7's Staff are phenomenal and charged with incredible morale and knowledge. All I have to do is just watch the chats and attend their meetings. In the 7's Meetings, I am typically silent, because there is nothing for me to say. Swag knows what he is doing, and it's incredibly obvious. Again, please don't forget Swag has a KSI tattoo on his right arm. I'm, sure he will give you a picture if you ask for it. This man is more than qualified to wear the OS3 award in my book. Give it to him already. Swag and Leaders like him are the future of this community.

I'm honestly surprised Cody does not already have this award. Cody is a pillar that SL uses to support itself. Really, without Cody, we would not have at least a third of what SL is now. Cody is responsible for probably 33%+ for the leadership that SL uses to manage our squads. Zakrasil, Kakashii, Tuggory, NOT BATMAN, etc. The list just goes on. Then, we also need to consider the domino effect that Cody has installed while going about and further mentoring our established leaders. Again, he is one of the main pillars that SL uses to routinely grow itself out. Cody has had his entire career within SL. He has seen it as an infant when we were at 120 in November of 2018. Now, he's here to see the infant become a beast at 390 in the present time. With that being said, Cody has defined over and over with his achievements what kind of quality in leadership SL demands routinely to keep itself above water. Throughout all of the squads that he has Co-Founded, none had complaints, and typically complimented him in private when it came to his relaxed style of interaction, and how that comforted the situation at hand. Like I said earlier, Cody has seen the worst of SL. Thankfully, he has learned tremendously from that failed experiment. And because of that, he knows how to build a squad and manage a squad to keep it united and growing from the same cultural atmosphere. He always has plans on the back burner, failed SSG's or potential candidates do not slow does the squad he's over, he always knows how to keep the ball rolling even without the most opportune route at hand. This guy does not deserve OS1, he genuinely deserves at least OS2. This community needs more 7's like this Cody.

Cody The Man I been overseeing Codyo since I came to SL. Cody has always been one of my favorite upcoming leaders, he is not afraid to speak his mind. Cody is so passionate for SL and the KSI community. Is always wanting to help anybody he can to help build the education within the next generation of leader in SL.He does not shy away from the hard conversations and will call out anything he feels is unjust or unproductive. The members and what is best for them is his main focus.Cody definitely deserves this award, and the future is bright for him

He has helped the squad grow and prosper. At one time ABADDON was virtually an in-active squad but now it is active and bringing new faces and has good member retention. Demon has great leadership abilities and knows a lot about KSI rules. Without him the squad would fall apart, he makes sure that doesn't happen. One day I will see him as Gen or higher. Senior Leader KSI RiiOT 7 (CAO) Link to forums account - @KSI RiiOT 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - This Shoutout goes out to the person that is always answering my questions in Web Ops and Clan Ops. From questions I may have about divisions in the past or just bringing something back that once was. He always has a open mind when I bring ideas to the table and gives me good criticism that puts my mind to work even harder. When it comes to communication skills he blows it out of the water. We always have a new goal to work towards and he points us into the right direction. My hat is off to you Sir. Director KSI xKing 77 (Director - WD) Link to forums account - @KSI xKing 77 Reasoning why they deserve this - King has done so much for WD from the moment he stepped into the division. Ironically King and myself came over to WD on the same day and I've seen the difference he has made. Just like everywhere else this member goes it turns to gold. He gave everyone the tools to succeed and let everyone utilize the open door policy. This is one of the true ways to make everyone feel like their voice matters. Making sure everyone is on top of their daily duties and at the same time playing with the lower ranking members. He has a reach throughout the division with great member retention and just talking to the members that are having a bad day. He truly makes you want to achieve great things by keeping the morale in the division up and giving shoutouts to the members that truly deserve it. I don't get to hear about everything this member puts into play for the community but I do know that the members love him in the community. He is truly one of my Mentors. He is always trying to do the right thing for the squad with his member retention and gamenights. Every time I need something done he is always there to make sure it is handled. It doesn't matter if it is 2:00am in the morning. He also reaches out when he any questions. As a LT he made sure all promotions were done on time with communication with the officers. I have worked very closely with Venum in the past in Clan Ops but I truly believe we work the best together in Web Ops. This member is always trying to keep the community safe by continuing to educate himself. When he notices a issue that needs attention he is quick to communicate and keeps everyone updated. He helps keep the join area clean, well organized and is really stepping up his game lately. I can't wait to see what he has up his sleeve next. Could we do division awards? Like an award for each div that if a member has been a part of that division for a set amount of time like 6 months they would qualify for their divisions award?
