Gamertag: KSI VENUM 7 Link: @VENUM 7 Award: Gold Outstanding (OS Lvl 3) Reason/Evidence: Venum is fully deserving of this award. To start off, he is a Division Leader, Forums Mod, and the Head of Performance Operations. As a division leader, he is pushing towards success and encouraging all of his members to get up and be the change. With two thriving squads in Samurai and Elysium, the division is pushing towards being as great as it once was. Next, as a Forums Mod, he uses his ability to navigate and know the site like the back of his hand. He uses that to help members with forums related problems and guide them in the right direction. Finally, as the Head of Performance Operations, he is the driving force of the new turn around of the whole department. After the former head went MIA, Venum stepped up to the plate and took on the department. He has reworked the STP program as well as some of the CEP workshops that are used today by mostly everyone in the community. He has an amazing staff below him that bounces ideas off him to get the best out of PO. So with all of this, Venum is impacting the community in many ways and truly expresses what a true leader is like.

Gamertag: KSI VENUM 7 Link: @VENUM 7 Award: Gold Outstanding (OS Lvl 3) Reason/Evidence: Ive known Venum for a few months now, and without a doubt its easy to say what a Leader we have here. Ive been around in parties with him quite often and to the extent he goes for his Division is beyond amazing. He has shown his great leadership skills in every situation that had come up, put use to his vast knowledge to be able to help anyone and everyone in any instance. While I dont really know the role Venum plays outside of our Division, DW, I can say seeing the role he plays inside, I cant imagine why it wouldnt be more than elligable for the OS Lvl 3 he is going up for. In my opinion, Venum has produced such an environment here for not only me, but every member he hold in DW, that has really come to show Venum for who he is. While he can go by the book and do what he needs to do, he also has shown himself not just being a leader but a great peer as well. He attends game nights, meetings, often enough ive been invited to random parties by him and play games or just talk for hours. Which in this, I believe can be one of the best strengths anyone can have in his position. I truely believe DW would not be what it is today without the influence and prespective Venum has given us. And I surely think I wouldnt be here posting this if it wasnt for him either. To come to the conclusion, while I know I can touch more on other topics, this is all in all why i believe Venum 7 is the best candidate for the Oustanding Service Award.

When i rejoined KSI I was not shore about going up the ranks. I was also not shore about joining a department. But when started to talk with Venum about raking up and joining a department. He helped me realize that this current KSI is not the old KSI and after that I started to enjoy. The idea of ranking up again and I realized that it was time I stop thinking of being apart of a department and join a department and you know what it turns out I love being apart of productions. Sorry if i repeated myself to much. This is the first time I have opened up like this.
