Fadez... theres so much I can say about this gentleman. I got the pleasure of meeting FadeZ when he transferred over to DW from FI. Since then I got to see all that he brings to the table. Fadez is a very dedicated member of the community and balances so much at the same time and is still super successful In all aspects. Fadez is currently the department head of HSI & one of our most senior join mods and he does nothing but thrive in both. Fadez is also a SGT In clan ops but he doesn't let his current rank stop him from giving the best advice to the members around him and try to help better whoever he can. Personally I would say that even tho I've been in KSI for sometime now there are many things that I've learned from fadez and honestly hes a big part of my recent success, not only in clan ops but in HSI as well. If anyone deserves this award it's the hard working, dedicated always energetic KSI FadeZ 7. #AwardMyBrother

Dropping Vote To Witness Fadez an this award go together like PB &J as a fellow join/rejoin moderator Fadez goes above and beyond same thing with HSI. Always there to explain something to anybody who has questions no matter what it is. He is always doing something to benefit others a true definition of what a leader should strive to be. So definitely deserving of this recognition heres to buddy Kudos on all the hard work you do.

So, I definitely have to give my witness statement to this star of the community. There is nothing that this man can’t do. I am very new to the community and I understand he has been in a long time. I have heard of his amazing clan ops days and I wish I was there to witness them myself. But now what I believe puts him overboard is his dedication to departments. So the first time I met FadeZ was when he interviewed me for HSI and not going to lie I was very scared and shaking. He caught onto this and after the interview he messaged to check if I was okay. At that point I new he was a keeper. Since I have been in HSI I have really seen what Kacey does and it is incredible. He has this drive inside of him that I have not seen before. All he strives to do is make HSI the best department out there and I believe that he can lead us to victory. He is supportive of all his staff and will drop everything to come and help us out. HSI is not the only amazing thing he does, he also is a senior join mod. I am a new join mod and FadeZ will stop at nothing to help me when I need advice or help with an application. He is definitely a role model to me and I respect this. Another thing the FadeZ does is that he is in News and let me tell you now his articles are phenomenal and really bring the news department alive. He will always help any staff that need his help as he cares about everyone. I really believe that FadeZ shout get this award as I feel he is a perfect candidate and has true potential to keep shining and take this community by storm. #HSIFOREVER

So I'll throw my witness statement out there for the heck of it. When I first rejoined KSI back in February, Fadez was actually the Join Moderator who did my application. He was polite,professional,and got my application done in a timely manner. With that said,he was the inspiration of why I wanted to become a Join Moderator myself. He has done countless applications besides mine,and helped in making this a community become a better place because of the work he has put in. He has been a huge help with us newer moderators to make sure we are doing the applications correctly and giving us useful information along the way. I have not worked with Fadez on a clan-ops level,but from what I've heard...there's a reason he's earned that 7 in his name. Also just looking at his awards,there is some dedication to this community dating back to 2012 when I first came in. Props to him for sticking it out throughout the years! From a department ops perspective, I can say he has done an amazing job as the head of HSI and as a member of the News department. He has done some amazing articles in his time in News and keeps HSI running smoothly. I haven't really gotten to know him on a personal level yet,but let's go over some facts that we know of: He has been a leader in this community eventually reaching KSI Divisional Hall of Fame. He has been a mentor to many..not just in the form of an award here on the forums,but I'm sure you can ask quite a few people that he played a role in their KSI career. He is a friend,the people who he has chosen to let get to know him talk nothing but great things about him. Many people consider him family,which is something we strive to achieve in this community. Building bonds with others only helps better this community as a whole. I'm sure there are more people who could give a much better explanation as to why he deserves this award,but this is my little way of giving back to you. You helped me get me back in this community,and I can't thank you enough for that.
