Where to start with December. Man when I first met this guy my initial thoughts were something along the lines of wondering why this guy seemed to think he could tell me how to play PUBG lol. Over the last year I've gotten to work with December and really get a feel for who this guy is and am thankful to be able to call this guy a good friend. He has got to be one of the most dedicated and innovative leaders I have ever seen in this community hands down. We we're both writers together in News and watching this guy come in and earn the role of Head of the team while constantly improving the team around him was truly inspiring, I mean this guy literally worked with everyone of the active members of the team and worked hard to build the News department into the powerhouse it is now. It truly improved in content, activity, and variety and it's all thanks to this guy. He also was a huge factor and player in the revamping and transition of the history team into HSI. Building the foundation for HSI was no easy feat and it could not have succeeded how it has without him. I'm forever thankful for that. He's also been heavily involved in so many other departments and has had his hand in so many innovative ideas that it's almost easier to talk about what this guy doesn't Do. He is one of those leaders that really show a bright future of KSI and doing all this stuff while continuously being there for the members around him and working in real life without letting any of it get in the way is truly inspiring. He will continue to set an amazing example for the members of this community and in my opinion has shown what it takes to be considered outstanding. Thank you for the awesome ride Mr winter months I look forward to the future with you my brother.

KSI December 77, the official CDM note taker. April 12th 2018 - News team I have known December since 2014 and was present when he was dealing with the multitude of issues which was formerly known as WI. With a high level of commitment and perseverance, he managed to make Co-Founder, which was, and still is no small feat! However outstanding December was during that time period, that is not what I wish to attest to. In April 2018, I was the Head Department Manager, and received an application for a News Writer from KSI December 77. Funnily enough, I had referred him to the section to try to generate some interest in the Department side of KSI. In my party he showed interest, sass and a desire to further both himself and the community as a whole. I saw potential in this one which I knew I could grow and mold into a future leader of Department Ops, and perhaps KSI as a whole. Given that, it still look me 10 days to get him in the news team, however from there he took off! Three articles were out within a week and I recall pushing the previous Department head to let him get more on the calendar. Slowly but surely, his number of articles went up. Currently he has 93 articles on KSIGlobal.org, which is the equivalent of almost 8 articles per month since he joined the news team! This is only topped by Imppy, but he is another story altogether! By May 2018, I was approached by the previous News Head to bring December up to a News Editor - a position which is not easily obtained but due to Decembers drive and ambition, I granted this promotion. I knew that it was a very rapid ascent, however his writing style, mentoring and peer to peer article review made it a no-brainer. On the 7th of July 2018, December was promoted to News Co-Head. This is where he took over the hiring for the Department and the editing of all articles - effectively taking control of the entire Department. He started to do what many others in News leadership had since then failed to do. Build a team around him, persons that loved to write, people who wish to advance and those who wanted to learn. That gained him the News Department head position by the end of August. That is a 4 month rise, from hiring to Department Head - which I can best describe as a success story. Another achievement which December has made happen is managing to facilitate the creation of HSI (History, Statistics and Information). This was something that numerous previous News Department Heads had tried to accomplish but failed to do. He made this happen through calculated decisions and the development of a team which was able to take on the tasks created for them. I can only testify to what I see, and this gentleman has been outstanding in each position which he takes on, and exceeds all expectations. December has, beyond News, also been through most departments within KSI, to experience them and to gain a better understanding of how Department Operations operates. He was a member of the AAP since early 2018, and was continually active and ensuring that nominations were moving swiftly in the right direction. He was also a member of our prestigious courts, as a court judge he helped ensure that DNH/ Blacklist appeals were processed without Bias and upheld the high standards to which our court staff are held to. He is currently a member of our Graphics team as a Trial Artist, with his specialty being Discord/Xbox profile pictures. However if you refer to his early art to now, he has made improvements in leaps and bounds! He is constantly finding tutorials for himself and the rest of the team to try and bring their knowledge level up with his! December was the Performance Operations Administrator from December 2018, helping Havoc organize and execute the duties of PO. (I'm almost there) Senior Mod - This is a position that few persons will ever achieve. December helps Riiot (our CAO) manage the forums day to day running and has recently gotten involved in the rejoin section, helping vet returning members to rejoin into clan ops, another task that has been accepted with fervour and care. Lastly KSI December was promoted recently to our Social Media Manager, he is tasked with taking on our Social medias including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. He has been itching for awhile to do this and has blasted forwards with it, one more task which he has taken on with a burning passion which will enable him to succeed. All in all, I want to above to show is the December has a desire to further this community and to look after its members, to make things easier for them and to ensure that their KSI experience is the best it can be! He is an inspiration for anyone who wishes to achieve something in this community, and is willing to put in some hard graff to get there.

KSI Harmony 7 is a fun person to be in partys with but i also look at her as mentor n very good friend she makes feel i can be a better officer in KSI as well as be a better person in life as well. Everyone meets different people in life and in games that don't stand out to much but KSI Harmony is not one of those people at all she is very special person to who makes people excel in everything they do n she helps many people in this clan n goes out of her way to say hello. To everyone she can n makes everyone's day better. That is y i think she deserves this award. I have alot of respect for her

I would like to witness for December! This man always goes above and beyond. I never understand how he is able to juggle so many hats at one time but, he really makes a stupendous Cat In the Hat performance each and every day. December is always available when you need something. He will answer your questions and is very good at being professional without making you feel like he is tearing you to shreds. Constructive criticism can be a difficult pill to swallow. December is a stupendous leader, he is a master at delivering the good with the bad. I had the pleasure of joining the News Department around the same time as him. I watched him raise to Editor and he really took the reigns. Not only did he throw in ideas but, he really got to work implementing his creative ways of thinking into motion. This man had a vision and he watched it come to fruition. It can be a scary thing when a new Head of a Department is appointed. In the case of December becoming head over News and History(at the time) it was a smooth and easy transition. In fact, this was what the department truly needed to get a fresh start! December has created a solid foundation for the writers on the team to feel comfortable. He has implemented a writing workshop with the right amount of information and humor to keep you chuckling while intensely informing you that you in fact use way. too. many. commas! It is always a sight to see when December gets a new idea. He got the notion to make the History Department more than it initially was ever thought to be. When he came up with the idea he ran it across me and I knew it was a real winner. We now have the Department that came from his plan. HSI(History, Statistics and Information). December is outstanding and deserves to be recognized to the utmost capacity!

Well i’ve only known him for about 4 months now since I joined the News team. Right from the get go, he has been an amazing mentor and department head. December is understanding and extremely tolerant and although he strives to build this bad boy persona, he’s actually a really genuine and charismatic guy. He teaches you how to do things and explains them in a way that doesn’t make you feel like you’re getting a lecture or being told and helps you understand things in a way that doesn’t make you feel stupid. He is very “about the community” and does a lot to help maintain a healthy working environment for all members. He is very ‘by the people for the people’ and doesn’t hesitate to throw himself into organising and marketing events for everyone. December is undeniably one of the most reliable department heads i know. He is innovative, disciplined and exceptionally hard-working. Loyalty and open mindedness are traits that nobody will argue he possesses. Ideas are always listened to and he doesn’t just listen, he hears. He’s a highly intelligent individual and isn’t afraid to point out and correct you when your grammar isn’t as it should be. For all the reasons listed above, this is why I believe KSI December 77 deserves his OS Level 3 award.

Where to start with this witness statement for a such a wonderful member of this community hmmmmmmmmm well when I first encountered Jynxie in a party I could instantly tell that there was a demeanour about her (a good one obviously), and that she would fit in to the fold so to speak. When Jynxie first joined in to Trocity LS she hit the ground running and made a lot of friends not just in her squad but in the division as well, rising the ranks at a fast pace due to the fact of her unyielding determination to better the squad, division and community also with a work ethic to rival very few in clan ops ranks. Getting to the rank of CPT in Trocity LS with a multitude of recruits under her belt wasn’t an easy task but was made to look easy by Jynxie as she takes everything in her stride, and then the division transfer happened and my god what an impact Jynxie made once the transfer was complete, hitting the ground running and then rising the ranks again in a new division to inevitably become general of Banshee ES and show everyone that she is a fantastic leader and to this day still runs her squad with a firm hand and yet 9 times out of 10 all of Jynxie’s parties are always full and funny. I am without a doubt proud to see someone like Jynxie be nominated for this award to show the recognition that is deserved for all her hard work and determination in both of the divisions that she has been part of and will no doubt be a superb “7” when the time comes to pass the squad on to someone else. And to end this statement with - I can’t think of anyone more deserving for OS1 than Jynxie NUFF SAID

Ima throw in my vote as well. I never thought I would join KSI again because of why I left the first time. Then Hatter came to me talking about the good 'ol days and asked if I would like to join again.... I really wasnt sure about it, but on a whim I said yes and put in my rejoin app. Hatter was the ONLY reason I joined and Jynxie is one of the VERY FEW reasons that I stay. She has been an irreplaceable friend to me, something I don't have alot of. She has made being in KSI very worthwhile and hella fun. She is an amazing general with a very high resistance to stupid ( I would know because I test that resistance everyday) which is why she very rarely gets angry with people even though they do some dumb s***. Even when I became an officer she gave me all the rules and pointers I needed, and if I had a question she would take the time to answer me and make sure I understood it. She makes sure this squad runs perfectly with her amazingly hard work.( now if only she could apply all this hard work to her gaming and she would be perfect) She makes everyday in KSI fun and interactive and I couldn't see this squad improving without her.

Let me see where to start with this guy. I met December through PO and from the start i was impressed with his knowledge and how he held the room. One thing about December is he talks to a person and not at a person. He is always willing to get out there and help a person with whatever. After a lot of talking maybe even a little begging lol he finally got me to join the News Team. He and his team made me feel welcomed and were very encouraging to my crazy nervousness. He is a great leader and mentor but best of all friend. He gives so much to KSI and the people that are around him. He takes time to “dumb” things down for me. I look forward to the great things he does for KSI and anything he is involved in.

If there is one person in our whole community who deserves this OS3 award, it would be December: The man, the myth, the legend… When ANYONE mentions the name December, everyone pipes up “Yeah, we know that guy!” This is because he’s everywhere, even when he’s nowhere. When you look at our community as a whole, he has had a major influence in where we are today and comes with a rock solid resume. This includes, but isn’t limited to: Was originally recruited into Crysis WI on 8/19/14 while Hatter was splitting it to form Abaddon. Split Abaddon WI into Tartarus WI. Worked up to the rank of Co-Founder before stepping away from KSI due to personal reasons. Rejoined KSI and was instrumental in the rebuild of Trocity LS. Handed Trocity over to Hatter, then transferred and rebuilt Midgard LS. Team Captain and First Seat of the Last Strike Head Hunters Team (Went UNDEFEATED during the 2018 Destiny 2 season) Promoted to Co-Founder a second time, stepped down and transferred out of LS. During this time December became... Department Operations: Became a News Writer, Editor of News & History, Co-Head of News, Head of News. He created the History, Statistics & Information Department, split HSI from News (which had been attempted twice before and never successfully done). Re-organized and formatted KSIGlobal.org. Assisted in the development of the KSI Gaming area. Helped conceptualize, and currently manages, the Game Journalist Project. Also promoted to AAP Staff as well as Court Judge. Performance Operations: Performance Officer, Senior Performance Officer, Performance Operations Administrator, Human Resources Staff. Wrote the current Performance Officer Guidelines. Helped develop the 2019 Specialist Training Program. Web Operations: Forums Moderator, now a Senior Forums Moderator Other: Social Media Manager. Re-created the KSI Instagram. Revitalized the KSI Twitter. Divisions December has been been a part of: Wicked Intent, Last Strike, Dark Legions, Divine Warriors Current Ranks: • Senior Forums Moderator • Chief Editor & Head of News • Performance Operations Administrator • Human Resources Staff • Social Media Manager • Global Site Administrator • Samurai DW SGT • Former Court Judge • Former AAP Staff Now, off of December’s ridiculous resume and onto the feels. Having known December since he originally joined, I’ve been able to have a first hand experience in everything he’s accomplished here. I’ve also been able to grow a personal relationship with him that I wouldn’t trade for all of the jewels in England. He is a friend, mentor, brother, and an annoying voice of reason. Without him, I would have never rejoined. I still fondly remember the day he BLEW ME UP telling me to come back… December is a selfless individual in all aspects of his life. If he’s not at his IRL job, he’s somewhere working hard for KSI. Whether it be mentoring our newer crews, making sure our Social Media sites are updated, or just making sure people feel welcome, he’s always pushing for the betterment of KSI. He’s always making sure things here come first, even before gaming.(which we all know is his TRUE passion lolol). December is always pushing people to better themselves. Something about him, he always knows the right things to say. He doesn’t just tell people what they should do, he makes them believe in themselves again. He gets them to lose all self doubt and builds their confidence up. I can speak from self experience here. He makes you feel comfortable, wanted, and important. I could go on and on about December and the things that he does, but I think this speaks volumes as it is. The bottom line is without December, and the time, effort, and exceptionally hard amount of work that he puts in to KSI, things here wouldn’t be the same. He is the epitome of the leader we all want to be, and continue to push to be. At least that’s how it is for me. Thank you Zach. For everything. For being here for me in my greatest times of need, for treating my kids amazingly when they are online and want to play with the community, for being my mentor and continuously pushing me to go above and beyond, knowing that I can do things. I will forever be grateful to you for all that you do for not just myself, but to better our community. You will forever be an important part of my life. I can’t wait to see where you will be here in 6 months with the way you do things!

Havoc plays a fundamental role in KSI. He has his finger in so many department pies he may as well be a baker. Havoc is genuinely one of the most down to earth people i’ve had the privilege of meeting since joining KSI back in May 2018. He is honest, caring, hard working and above all else super respectful. Havoc is extremely gentle and has a magical way of resolving issues so when all is said and done it didn’t even seem like there was an issue to begin with. He does a hell of a lot for the community and is always looking to help members better themselves and the community along with it. Havoc constantly encourages others to reach the potential they can’t see in themselves. He will always make time for members regardless of what he has going on in his personal life, whether it’s to discuss hands on business or to just chill in a party and watch a film with you. Havoc is extremely considerate in the sense that he is the kind of person that sees the good in everyone. He refuses to give up on someone even if they seem to have given up on themselves. He is always willing to give people chances and advice on how to improve on things when many others wouldn’t and he guides them on their way to be better more effective versions of themselves. He won’t hesitate to host a workshop, game night or meeting and doesn’t act like he’s above everyone. He treats everybody equally and doesn’t show favouritism amongst members. Havoc is a fearless individual with an incredible kind heart and his leadership is incredible. Havoc deserves his OS3 without a shadow of a doubt.
