December, I haven't know December for the longest time but I know in the short time that I have known him hes done some pretty amazing things. December takes on many roles in the community, New Dept Head, PO Admin, Senior forums mod and more! December and myself haven't always been the best of friends and in fact we hated each other for quite some time before getting promoted to senior mods together. He hit me up and was actually hella chill about asking if we could leave the past behind us and start a new. December is a super dedicated member to this community and honestly working with him has been a huge eye opener to me. Hes helped me with alot since we became baby mods together. Even if we did hate each other for most of that. Definitely don't think this community or most of the people in it would be where they are without him. If anyone deserves this award its definitely November.. oops December sorry.

Name: KSI Harmony 7 Forums: @Nikki Cola Award/Achievement: OS1 Reason/Evidence: Sometimes we have to sit back and ask yourself how things are over looked. It has caught me by surprise on how this member isn't holding OS1 when I have it myself. This member is always putting her best foot forward when real life isn't blocking her path. I can't talk about her when she first came into KSI but I can tell you what I know best my own personal experience. She is a legend at video games as well also even though she will never admit it and willing to share her knowledge. This member is always in party's with members throwing game nights and trying to be a Mentor to those who are looking for the information to excel in KSI by hosting workshops. When DW was in its prime I worked side by side with her even though I wasn't even in her squad to figure out who needed which workshops so those members had the resources to succeed. I have always looked forward to the articles that she writes for the News Team. I truly believe she is one of the best writers that the department has. Always counted on to get information together for major events within the community. She has been a huge staple in helping DW to the divisional cup with pushing events and getting more people involved by leading by example. She also got the award on the forums for OTY Runner-Up 2018. This member also reaches out daily to members to make sure their day is going well. Awards and Accomplishments. Name: KSI Jynxie Forums: @KSI Jynxie Award/Achievement: OS1 Reason/Evidence: There are MANY members within our wonderful community. They come in, work their butts off, and sometimes seem to go unnoticed. Maybe not so much unnoticed, but not given the recognition they so dearly deserve. One of these members, in my eyes, would be KSI Jynxie. Recruited into Trocity LS on August 23, 2018 Jynx was hit with unwanted attention and hostility. This didn’t stop her from making a name for herself. She went out, hit up the forums and a handful of members, and started learning about KSI. Luckily enough, I was her General and had the pleasure of helping her with the things she needed. By October, Jynx had put on Captain and was my go to girl for help with restructuring Trocity LS. Whether it be recruiting, training, mentoring our younger officers, she was ALWAYS on top of everything. She always went out and did whatever was needed to help better things. When hardship hit, and transfers happened, Jynx was still there to help. Moving over to Banshee ES, we were hit again with a full restructure. Jynx worked so hard helping to organise the way things went. When hit with a lack of officers, she and I worked constantly bringing in members, training, and hoping to God what we were doing made the squad not die. The last thing we wanted was a merger. And when January came rolling around, so did Banshee. As a captain working under me again as Gen, Jynx was the go to for many things. Always trying to take a part of the workload off of myself, she worked never endlessly to accomplish the things we knew were capable. When it comes down to it, Banshee would NEVER have been where it is today without the help of KSI Jynxie. Her devotion to making things perfect is astounding. When the time called for it, she was there making sure I had everything needed, for whatever the occasion called for. Whether this be motivation to do community events, (SYTYCW, PO discussions, Weekend Warfares and our big events), joining departments, recruiting, training, and so, so much more. KSI Jynxie comes with an outstanding resume that will only continue to grow. Captain of the Month Captain of the Month: Divisional Twitch Sub Write Right Pro Recruiter Trainer All accomplishing these while being: General of Banshee ES AAP Staff PO Specialist Having known Jynx since before she joined KSI, I can say I honestly know her pretty well. She’s a fighter, an astoundingly hard worker, a mom, mentor to some, and a close friend to many. She is ALWAYS more concerned about what her members are doing and how they are feeling than about herself. She puts everyone above herself. She wants better for those around her. She goes out of her way to make sure her members understand anything and everything, and if she doesn’t have an answer, she finds it herself. Her squad is her lifeforce, coming first no matter the time or day. She is what makes this community work. She is what makes me work and strive to be better. With everything she has done, I am beyond grateful and can never say thank you enough. Without her, I know I wouldn’t be where I am today. Thank you Jynx. This, amongst other reasons that I will leave for others to witness, is why I feel KSI Jynxie deserves Outstanding Service lv 1.

Dis bish. King has been around the community since 2013. Didn't know him then. Definitely know him now. I've had the awesome opportunity to work with King in both Performance Operations and in Web Operations. While we haven't always been the best of friends, but I HAVE always had a great deal of respect for his work in DR and DW, and now also in ES. His dedication to KSI has earned the respect of many others besides myself. Now I am thankful to call him a good friend. I'm excited to work with him and see where his career in KSI goes. King deserves OS3. He is a Divisional Hall of Fame inductee twice over. He's a Senior Moderator. He's an "Of The Year" winner. He's a Division Leader now, for a second time. And he's Department Operations staff. King continues to grind, to mentor and to be a friend to those around him. He is leading the way for Eternal Souls to re-grow and re-build. There aren't many people in the community that I can say I would support and admire regardless of my personal feelings. King happens to be one of those. His service in all four branches of the community, as well as his continued loyalty and strong work ethic, have more than earned him this nomination. I'm stoked to recognize the guy as one of the more influential members of this community. And I'm even more stoked to call him a friend. King deserves Outstanding Service Level 3.

I'd like to be a witness to this as well. So when I was starting to think about getting back into KSI,I hopped back onto my account to see if I could find some old friends and whatnot,but everybody has kind of been long gone by this point. As I was looking I saw this 2019 donor,KSI Jynxie,literally blowing up the forums. I was like "Dang,this captain has some serious dedication to this." Little did I know that literally a month later that I would be recruited into not only the same division,but into the same squad under her. For the past couple of months,I've worked with Jynxie on a daily basis as one of her officers. She has put just about everything she's got into Banshee,and it definitely shows. I was not present for the almost death of this squad,but I have been here for the resurrection,and it would not have happened without her help. I remember telling her and Hatter that I would be eventually be trying to be gunning for the GEN spot again,and without her efforts of getting me trained up,I wouldn't be where I am now. For a while actually,her and Hatter were only two people who were doing the train ups. Now that's she be my GEN for the last month and some change,she has been nothing but supportive the whole time. She is an amazing friend to the whole division,and a great leader to be around. She brings in a crowd no matter what party she's in. On a given night,you can catch her trying play just one last game with another member,and she still wants to help out more. I think she feels like there's always more to be done,and while she's right,she is the hardest worker in this division because of it. Thank you for everything you do Jynxie. Please give this woman her much deserved award.

Jynx.. Honestly when I hear the name I instantly think warrior. When I first met Jynxie it was when I transferred to ES as the Founder, not many people we very happy about my transfer or the way it went down but Jynxie gave me that chance to prove that even tho I was transfering over as a higher up that I was here to make a difference and help bring ES to new heights. As a captain jynx worked her ass off to help bring in multiple recruits and make sure they were all getting trained in a timely manner. Being basically the only officer under Hatter she was out to try and make a name for herself and try to do whatever she can to get banshee to the top and get an officer staff that could help her do just that & that I can definitely say she did.. since day once I've gotten to watch jynx battle her way to the top of ES and right now she's standing tall as the Banshee general and since she got the position shes worked harder then most and shes making huge moves. I'm proud of everything jynx has accomplished in KSI, clan ops or web ops it's all been amazing and I can't wait to see what she does in the future! Thank you for everything!!

Dropping My Vote To Witness KSI Jynxie is one of those members who come around once in a blue moon. I got to know her during her transfer to ES an I had the opportunity to work with her in Performance Operations. She is one of the OG Specialist for the department, an you wanna know why? Jynxie was highly recommended to me for the same reason she's up for this award an simply put. The service she does for the community is outstanding. Now as a leader in ES she is outstanding she runs the squad Banshee an she has been a crucial factor in the revitalization of the squad. I've had many long conversations with her about her aspirations for the squad an the things she tells me are absolutely wonderful. The journey for greatness is only just starting for her an I definitely am interested to see where it goes but with her drive I'm sure it'll be a great journey.

Dropping my vote to witness Outstanding Service and KSI xKing 77 are something that go hand in hand. A man of many talents who has done outstanding service for the community and the members. I've said this many times about him an I will continue to say that he has the Midas touch to him meaning that everything he touches turns to gold. He puts his heart an soul in KSI and I've heard numerous times I'm gonna retire but he doesn't. He just pushes through an keeps going the only way he knows which is up. I've witnessed him do so many things for the members of DW during his time there. He is one of the reasons I am where I am today if it weren't for his words back then I probably wouldn't be here still. I believe those words were "b**** change your gamertag were taking over Samurai an the division one day" now it's been a year an some change. An those words turned into the DW and ES takeover. So when you look at this statement always refer back to the saying W.W.K.D. or What Would King Do. He'd witness for you an get your damn award.
