I will happily be a witness for this amazing person Throughout my time rising the ranks in Legend LS I always had a counterpart in Trocity LS to compete with for the highest rank, but sure enough I was always beaten to the next promotion by December but by the the time he had settled in to the rank I got a promotion and changed the game lol sorry. If it weren’t for Decembers “friendly” competition rising through the ranks I would have not got to the position of founder in LS before stepping away without his constant knowledge and always pushing for me to be better and to join a department to broaden my horizons in the community. I will hold my hands up and say that December is one of my mentors in the community and I am sure there will be many more that claim December as there mentor to. I am not going to list all of the departments that this man has been in let’s just say a finger in every KSI pie and that should be enough lol, now without this mans brilliance and determination to make this community better for everyone not just in the departments but in web operations as well, this community would most likely be in a different state (not saying nobody else contributes though lol because they do). This man is held in high regard by a multitude of people in this community and is more than deserving of this prestigious award to ad to his already extensive collection in my mind there are very few that are currently better qualified for this NUFF SAID

Im here to witness, Well well well, I known December since I join back to KSI last year in 2018, While December was in LS he was a force for this Division, he stepped out his way to improve the divison . He also doing amazing things also over on the Web Ops side also. December continue to impress me with his growth as a leader, and I can say that I honor to have him as a fellow Leader in this amazing community , he definitely deserves this award @December 77

I'm glad to see King being recognized and would like to be a witness. From the beginning of my time back in KSI,King has had an active role in just about every part of it. From my rejoin app being in the wrong place to my promotions over the course of the last several months,he has helped out every step of the way. When our Div Lead stepped down for personal reasons,King didn't hesitate to step up and get stuff done. When one of squads needed someone to step in as a General,he did that too. He didn't try and change them like past leaders have,he encouraged them to do better and it definitely shows. ES would not be where we are without his leadership here. I can say that just about every member is very thankful to have him around. He is mentor to many,giving guidance on a daily basis. He is a friend when you need one,giving an open ear and truly being an active listener to your problems. He is the type of person that I would not be surprised to see on the Board of Directors in a couple of years,and I most definitely see him making Hall of Fame one day. This award is just a stepping stone of what he deserves for his hard work,but without a shadow of a doubt...he deserves his OS3. I'll fight for my homie whoever says otherwise.

December is one of my newly promoted Senior Mods on these here forums which already is a testament to his work ethic and leadership skills, its rare a member will become a forums mod let alone make it to Smod. Ive had the opportunity to work with December on a number of projects and hes an endless fountain of ideas, hes always looking for new ways to improve KSI and make every aspect appealing and relevant to all of our members. His drive and work ethic are second to none and its one of the things I admire about him. If there's a project going on you can guarantee December has a hand in it or hes learning about it to see if he can add anything to the process or even just help it along any way he can. Leaders like December are what make KSI great, there's no doubt in my mind he fully deserves this award.

Havoc plays a fundamental role in KSI. He has his finger in so many department pies he may as well be a baker. Havoc is genuinely one of the most down to earth people i’ve had the privilege of meeting since joining KSI back in May 2018. He is honest, caring, hard working and above all else super respectful. Havoc is extremely gentle and has a magical way of resolving issues so when all is said and done it didn’t even seem like there was an issue to begin with. He does a hell of a lot for the community and is always looking to help members better themselves and the community along with it. Havoc constantly encourages others to reach the potential they can’t see in themselves. He will always make time for members regardless of what he has going on in his personal life, whether it’s to discuss hands on business or to just chill in a party and watch a film with you. Havoc is extremely considerate in the sense that he is the kind of person that sees the good in everyone. He refuses to give up on someone even if they seem to have given up on themselves. He is always willing to give people chances and advice on how to improve on things when many others wouldn’t and he guides them on their way to be better more effective versions of themselves. He won’t hesitate to host a workshop, game night or meeting and doesn’t act like he’s above everyone. He treats everybody equally and doesn’t show favouritism amongst members. Havoc is a fearless individual with an incredible kind heart and his leadership is incredible. Havoc deserves his OS3 without a shadow of a doubt.
