I will also witness for @KSI M3NTALIST 7, this outstanding leader has really come up in leaps and bounds, when I first met MMentalist he was only a lieutenant in Legend LS but the brief encounters I did have with him definitely left an impression on me as a divisional 7, from that point on I kept having little encounters with him but all I would hear through the division was this leaders name, as he moved up the ranks he eventually got the Position of General of Legend LS and I actually had the pleasure of working with him and watching his growth as a leader, at this time LS itself had gone through a little rough patch with us being on a community wide lock down but that did not deter vinnie, he took it all in his stride and managed not only to keep his officers and his squad motivated but the entire division because that is the type of person and leader he is. Although there was at one point where he didn't believe he understood his role as general and he got extremely frustrated with that and he decided to take an LOA not just for personal reasons but to take that time to evaluate himself and expand his knowledge base, upon his return he almost quite literally took the bull by the horns and there was a dramatic change in how he handled not only the day to day running of his squad but how he held himself and his officers accountable and in turn it reflected in the growth of activity and members with in his squad. And upon witnessing this as his divisional 7 we had decided to reward all his efforts and his growth as a leader of this division and this community with a well earned promotion to Co-Founder of Last Strike. With his newly assigned position he took the time to pull myself and our Co-Division Leader at the time to one side to get to grips on what his new responsibilities as a COFo were and he has excelled every step of the way by literally being the backbone and the workhorse of the division and that in turn has earned this amazing leader his recent promotion to Founder of Last Strike and being my right hand man with it being only myself and M3NTALIST as the current divisional 7s of Last Strike and in my own personal opinion he has definitely earned not onle Outstanding service Level 1 but also Outstanding Service Level 2, and if he keeps going the way he is, in the future he will most likely Earn that OS level 3 and possibly even Most outstanding and it is a pleasure to work with such a fantastic leader, person and friend

He has a great time playing with people but he makes sure his duty isn't neglected. We had Squad that was left to fail and he wanted to give it a shot and try and resurrect life in it. He left his home squad with a little worry but thought it would be OK. He tried several ways without a lot support to Help them. We have had a lot of Challenges at this time and Focus had not been on this Squad. Eventually a decision was made to shut down the Squad an put efforts elsewhere . This would have put most people think they wasted there efforts and I'm sure it crossed his mind. He went back to his Home squad and noticed his worries came true and wanted this quad to get back to being active so it wouldn't end up like the other Squad. As a 1st CAP he jumped in there and got game nights going again. When all the other distractions calmed down it was realized there was ha need for change. He was offered a shot at GEN after Not just handed to him. He kept his Drive of making Squad active and tried to ask people in the squad what they was missing. Things have turned around but still needs some help and even with Health problems, he has puts the squad needs first. I got to know him and respect him more than he knows. He is an inspiration and has won CPT of the Month 2 times but I think he needs this OTY for GEN for more than one reason. I never thought she would be Interested in being an officer. I will never say that again because of her. Watching her over time, she had been doing what an officer does and more. She has been a force in her squad to activity and promote team work. She knows the feeling of helping has its own reward, just don't take advantage. She is Brutally honest and if you are a friend she will set you straight first to keep you from looking like an idiot. She sides with the truth even if you might not like it. That trait is necessary for my friendship. I would rather you tell me i'm wrong to help me than agree and let you look silly. I have seen her help people even when she had her own problems to deal with and I cant get into details but definitely not minor problems, she never turned her back on anyone that really needed help. She has my utmost respect and I hope shes not mad at me for putting her up for this.

He has never felt that the position he holds made him untouchable. The first response I recieved from him I was just a CPL, the second a SSGT, and the third a 3CPT. The first was encouraging words in a message that I have carried with me and used to start stepping out and working up the ranks. The second was when I was kicked off parts of forum's and because he had corresponded with me to get my group and emote picked I contacted him. It was in the middle of this mess that when my 7 asked me how it was going about getting back on so I could document gamenights, I told him who was helping me. His reaction was, "do you know who that is? That's the highest ranking person in all of KSI". I immediately contacted FuzzyMeep and explained I had no clue who he was and apologized for bothering him on such small matters. He reassured me it was no bother and the important thing was to get me back on forums. He then stayed up till almost 2 am till he got it fixed. I don't know of any other CEO's of companies that would care enough to help an entry level employee with IT problems lol. The third one is on a much more personal level,. He is helping me get through some RL stuff and this has truly let me know that he is there for me, anytime. When we say KSI is a family, fuzzymeep does not just say it, he lives it. He gets to know each member and never shows bias from one to the other. He always looks for the good in people and never over emphasizes the bad. He steps back and observes, learns the whole situation and does not jump in to make knee jerk decisions. I am looking forward to working and learning more from him as I step out to step up. Anytime something may start to go in a not so great direction on discord, whether it be divisional or squad level, he swoops in to defuse the situation. I'm serious, he never shrinks back hoping another officer will deal with it. I really don't know how he does it except that he makes DM a 24 hour priority. He sees and hears everything and knows exactly what's going on in DM. He never flexes his authority muscle to deal with the issues but always does it on a personal and caring level. I can only hope to learn how he does this and be half as good as he is at it some day. Even when I feel I let him down due to my own insecurities, and did not step up to be the officer that he knew I could be, he did not write me off or give up on me,. He still invested lots of time and "heartwork" to get me to come out of my shell. And I am so glad that he did. I still have lots of doubts about myself but he is always there to work them through with me. He goes way above and beyond to help his squad, for example, I know of 2 situations in which gamers have found themselves homeless and out of income and Romeo has jumped in both times and found them apartments and a job but the relocation was too much for these members to deal with. On a smaller side, Romeo knows I use my hotspot on my phone for my gaming internet due to being in a location were we dont get internet so if I get on my phone it will kick me off . During game nights, even if he works, he always jumps in and takes picks of party for me to help me with my attendance taking. Even as busy as he is as a Co-Fo now he still does so many caring things that may seem small but mean a lot to his squad. I am confident in saying that I am positive I could not have had a better General to mentor me through this year. If it had not been for Romeo I am not sure I would still be in KSI and I know I would never have moved up from SGT. We have 86 members in Venom and only 5 officers. He has jumped in and taken care of so much of the work load such as promotions and gamenights. And one of the best qualities about CasualTee is you can count on him. It is so refreshing to have a fellow officer that goes above and beyond eagerly to help. He cares about each member on an individual basis. They are not members to him but family. He does his work and pulls his weight in promoting and gamenights but then he also is a special friend to our members who are going through RL. He doesn't hesitate to reach out to one if there is a hint of sadness or hardship on discord or in a party. He shared with me yesterday that in one extreme case he didn't know for sure what to say he just knew he had to say something. This guy has a great work ethic and an even greater heart. When I first came into KSI he was my CoFo. Now that I understand the ranking system and all the responsibilities of the higher ranks it is totally unbelievable to me the depth that Joe got to know his members. He was always on and always making sure everyone was treated right and having a great time. He stepped down for the good of the div when RL took a real nasty turn for the worst for him. Yet he stayed on encouraging and helping anywhere and everywhere he could. Again RL has sucker punched him in the face and when he was talking to me about his RL his number one concern was still the members. Through tears, in my eyes I read his message back to me "please make sure the younger ones know that I care". In my opinion, he deserves OS lvl everything.

She goes out of her way to contact people who need to talk or be talked to. She constantly participates/hosts game nights. On top of all of her Gen. responsibilities, she also took up the role of News Editor. She stacked so much up on her plate, even whilst being a mother of her children. Yet she manages yo do it all like it's nothing and has fun playing with everybody. For her selfless service, I believe that she should be a top candidate for General Of The Year.

Category: Director of the Year Gamertag: KSI BadKitty 7 Link: @KSI BadKitty 7 Reasons Why they deserve this award- BadKitty came into FI during a rocky time. She listened to our members and their concerns and did what needed to be done. The amount of time she spent making sure all issues were addressed is remarkable. She completely understands that being a leader is more than just a title and made some hard choices for the betterment of the division as a whole all while making sure to stay professional and as unbiased as possible. She always made me feel comfortable when having to speak with her and never made me feel like her position meant that she was better than me. Part of the reason people don’t speak out when something wrong is because some leadership act entitled but that is not the case with BadKitty. Category: General Of the Year Gamertag: KSI Rockdogg Link: @KSI ROCKDOGG Reasons they deserve the award: Full disclosure Rockdogg is my brother so he will need more witnesses but I wanted to get the nomination in because I have seen first hand how devoted to KSI he is. Rockdogg takes a personal investment in ALL of his squad members. He makes sure they are introduced to people and engaged within the community. He has recruited probably the most for our division. He is always willing to talk to our members if they have questions or concerns and is fair when it is time to reprimand people. He is one our greatest assets in SL. He games with our members daily all while running a squad and recruiting on a regular basis. He trains his officers well. Category: Captain of the Year Gamertag: KSI GreendayFox Link: @KSI GreendayFox Reasons they deserve this award- Greenday goes above and beyond for our members on top of being in marketing, forums mod and now on the courts. Not only does she gift people games but she’s always willing to hang out and/or game with people and stands up for our members if she feels they have been treated unfairly. She has been instrumental in helping run our current Squad by hosting squad meetings and never hesitated to host a gamenight or workshop or answer any questions I or our members have. She’s always active in forums and helps us find information we need. He is always on top of training and always in parties with our members, socializing or answering questions, despite being homeless for awhile and only able to get online via the app on his phone he still was the top officer in his squad and never complained or made excuses just did his job exceptionally. I can’t wait to see what he does now that he is back on Xbox! He is the brunt of a lot of inside jokes and always jokes back and is just an excellent example of the kind of person we want in KSI. Loyal and dependable and fun to chill with. He is super passionate about KSI and always willing to help where he can. He genuinely cares about our members as people and is always trying to cheer them up when they are down. I remember back when he was my general in FI and my division leader. This guy when he made senior director has been working his butt off from day one. I always see him online in parties with new people and in meetings. He’s always putting in work and motivating everyone around him to do better in KSI. He always gives me advice when I need it and is always willing to help me no matter what I need. He is the perfect example of what a senior LEADER should be. He doesn’t slack around, he’s not comfortable with his rank. He’s always working harder and is always aspiring to be more than what he already is. And what he already is? Well he’s the best damn leader this community has right now and it would be an insult for him to not win senior leader of the year. If there was ever a member to deserve an of the year award, I’d think it’d be the guy who has a KSI tattoo. If you think you’ve ever seen anyone enthusiast about KSI, and swagg doesn’t come to mind, then you never met him. This dude is always positive and hyping up his members. He puts in more work than anyone in his squad and he’s a contender for most work put in for the division. This veteran has been through so much in KSI. And I would not like to be lead by anyone else. This guy is my brother. And no that’s not why I’m nominating him. I’m nominating him because he has busted his butt for 5 years in this community and I think he needs the recognition he deserves. I love this guy like family and I’d do anything for him. And I know for a fact he’d do anything for not only me. But for anyone in this community. That’s just simply how much me loves this community.
