Mini has exactly that, I've never seen anyone so committed to our community. He loves it here and he wants nothing more than to share this place with others and that makes him an amazing recruiter. His recruiting numbers are amazing, but his recruits are also all a time within our community. Due to some personal issues Mini had to work twice as hard to get to his officers position, so he worked three times harder than that. Mini is such an outgoing person, everyone knows him, whether it's on discord or Xbox he's always wanting to do some friendly chatting. Category: LT Gamertag: KSI Taywick 77 Link: @KSI Taywick 77 Reason: As a lot of people know Taywick used to be a div leader. After a long break he has finally decided to start climbing up the ladder again. The drive it takes to start back from the bottom again is imeasurable to me. But most of all it's the fact that he is using his past knowledge to help keep others informed. Taywick does workshops and answers all kinds of questions to help others and spread his knowledge. The amount of time he spends online with his squad is another virtue, he's online all the time and always willing to g to jump into a party and help. Taywick is also a very selfless person, when one of our squads lost all of it's upper squad staff he was willing to transfer over and help them train some new squad staff before transferring back. Category: CPT Gamertag: KSI x Rogue Link: @KSI x Rogue Reason: Rogue is one of the most devoted people I've ever seen in our squad, she works hard day in and out to help move it forward. Although she has a rigorous work schedule she still puts in as much time as she can. Rogue is one of the friendliest people I've met in KSI, she's also the most open, she's always willing to tell you how she feels. Rogue is a big fan of gamenights, and always hosts for games that aren't as popular in order to include members that don't have the most popular games. Category: GEN Gamertag: KSI T1GER Link: @KSI T1GER Reason: T1GER is the perfect example of a leader in KSI, she follows the rules and the words of her leaders to a T, and when she doesn't know what to do she asks her higher ups. T1GER is always doing what's best not just for her squad, bit for her division and the rest of KSI. T1GER is a huge advocate for all squads being not just on friendly terms, but interworking, and helping each other for the better of the division. She is always going to Vanquish and abbadon and helping them with workshops, see urity checks, etc. She is also a great mentor, she is always online to answer questions, and she is always willing to talk, her friendly attitude makes her easy to work with. There were some very good candidates for this position and I felt bad choosing, but I would've felt worse not nominating either, because that wouldn't be fair. Unborn is just an all rounder, he's always there, not just for his squads, but his whole division. He's constantly in parties gaming or solving issues. In recent events Unborn has gone even farther beyond, he's been assisting Cyanide with a split, while also being the acting gen of a squad that is extremely understaffed. Even with this situation he's been thriving. Everyday he puts his best foot forward and sacrifices so much in order to give everyone the best help possible. He's been re-educating an entire squad staff due to some trouble we've had, and the squad is already starting to thrive again after two weeks. And he's always there to be on a real level with you, he's going to be honest about what he sees, and we need people like that in this world because how can you improve if you don't know what you're doing wrong? Category: Founder Gamertag: KSI Brunan 7 Link: @KSI BRUNAN 7 Reason: Brunan is the epitome of knowledge, he's the wid old man of WD, LoL. Brunan has been an excellent founder in the almost four months I've been in KSI, he's always willing to give you a few wise words of advice from his experience as a leader, and if you listen you're guaranteed to benefit. Brunan's greatest feature is that he let's people makes mistakes, he let's them fall, so that he can build them back up better than before. He knows that people learn best from their own mistakes, and he's always there to pick you up, and say "do it again, but this time try this".

Man, M3NTALIST is one of the first people I met when I joined, this man has ALWAYS been so involved with the community, he never shudders away from a challenge. Anyone who's ever had personal issues, and there he is man, doing what he can to make you smile! Anytime there's been issues that I assumed couldn't be salvaged or made better, here comes this guy with unwavering determination and commitment, not just to the community, but the individual people within in it, everyone is on equal terms in his eyes, when it comes to situations between members, M3NTALIST doesn't play favorites, he works to find the best possible solution for all parties involved. In my opinion and experience within this community, M3NTALIST is THE example of what members who are serious about investing their time into nurturing the growth of this community, should strive to be!

From being harassed by outside communities, to having to take over when a previous leader backed out, no matter the issue she is always right there to step up to the plate. Eyonia is extremely organized, and never has to be asked twice to finish a task. She is efficient and manages her time between all squads within the division. The best thing about her, is that she is consistent in all of the qualities listed above. She pours her heart into ES and KSI, and supports her members and even members from other divisions to the best of her ability. She's always willing to listen and advise, help with gamertag changes, promote events, get teams together for the annuals, and she motivates her 7's staff to be the best they can be. Eyonia goes above and beyond for her division, not because she's asked or expected to, but because she wants to. Even when the odds are stacked against her, she still manages to come out on top! ROCKDOGG is an excellent motivator for his squad and division as a whole. Somehow on top of that, he manages to bring in recruit after recruit, not just for his squad, but in the past.. for other squads as well. If you happen to be in his squad, you have not only an amazing General, but you come out with a good friend. He cares deeply for his members, and will go above and beyond to help in any way that he can. He manages his squad and officers very well, as everything is always organized and scheduled in a timely manner. ROCKDOGG definitely pays attention to detail and this has trickled down through his officer staff, who are all well trained. As she has gone up through the ranks she has continually learned more and improved to become a personal inspiration, she continues to advise every day. She may not forgive people all the time but she is also willing to give them a chance depending on circumstances. Jynxie always goes above and beyond for people including spending her own money to get peoples tag changes and also games if they can’t get them themselves. I have always witnessed this hard work myself as Jynxie regularly party hops to make sure the members are trained and are comfortable in the squad, and Jynxie had also adjusted the time that certain gamenights were run to accommodate British members of the squad so that everybody felt included. He has recently been promoted to LT but in my eyes craggle has more than proved himself to be a superb Staff Sergeant who is mor than deserving of this award. Reasons they deserve this award - December deserves this award without a shadow of a doubt due to the fact that this guy doesn’t even have to be on the Xbox to do anything department related but he chooses to be on and answer any questions that any of the department staff or any member of this community may ask, I hold this man in high regard due to the fact he always has little bits of information that may pertain not just to me but the division I am in and also the community. Although a member of multiple departments December performs all of the duties that are needed and more as a department head. He is capped out I believe which goes to show that December is always in line to better this community by any means he can in whichever department Category: Department Memeber Gamertag; KSI Hatter 7 Forums Account Link / @Hatter 7 Reasons they deserve this award - Although I could of nominated hatter for multiple awards in this category I can safely say that this one is very fitting due to the fact that some people say it is not safe to take on to much or you will get run down but Hatter is the total opposite of this she takes on any department role with whole hearted ness and devotion, always jumping from party to party to sort out department duties and also may I say that 9 times out of 10 hatter is on the Xbox app while doing her daily duties as a mother so she can be fully informed on what is happening in the retrospective departments she is a part of. All in all hatter thoroughly deserves this award due to the fact of her devotion and drive also determination to do whatever she has to do within her departments. As the DEPT leader, Scotland is ALWAYS jumping in to make sure there’s nothing anyone doesn’t know or understand. He’s always around to lend a helping hand, sometimes even when you don’t ask. Also, side note, he’s an awesome stalker, keeping tabs on his dept members making sure everything is ok! She’s gone above and beyond when the time calls for it. Always willing to diffuse an issue, no matter the outcome, she looks out for her members. She always keeps it real, and wants what’s best for everyone making sure answers are always had. With her attention to detail, Tex will always make an amazing Director and always care about everyone’s well being. They have been hit by other communities, having SEVERAL members leave on that bandwagon. With 7’s stepping down, and not much help in sight, Eyo has given it her all and has started turning her div around. She’s gotten ES up and running again, and I dare say it will be a powerhouse not to be forgotten. She cares deeply for her members, is always online to help, and never leaves her guys stranded. As a Div leader, she is an outstanding role model for any member to lookup to. He goes above his job description, making sure that even the squads he isn't over has the right info, and answers that they could ever need. M3ntalist likes to make sure that no matter who you are, you feel welcome. He will do anything in his power to keep you informed of upcoming events, and always looks out for the best way to not only make our division flourish, but the community as well. He is always offering up knowledge (even if you feel you don't need it!!!), and even in his worst angry British times, is full of laughter and love for his people. The leaving of members over the summer, the closing of squads, and officers stepping down. But no matter what happened, Pritch stood like a pillar leading his squad as a 4th CPT. He took the reins as best as he could, trying to be the glue. Willing and ready, he was on at all times, whether discord of xbox, answering questions and keeping Banshee afloat. Not being an egotistical person, he has kept his workload hush hush and his head down. Thank you Pritch, for all the work you have put in! Category: Lieutenant Gamertag: KSI Jynxie Forums Account Link / @KSI Jynxie Reasons they deserve this award - As Jynxie's previous General, I have had the luxury of watching this young lady grow within our squad. From the very start she yearned for knowledge about our community. Learning everything she could, and questioning what she didn't know, she put all of her findings into making our squad a better, more family like place. As a single mom to an amazing little girl, Jynx always finds the time to take out of her busy schedule to get with people, whether it be via discord, the app, or online. She's always blowing people up with party invites, getting people active, and making sure no one feels left out. She downloads games to make sure everyone is included, and sometimes even goes the extra mile to gift games to others when she knows that they can't get them themselves. She's always willing to help out our members, whether it be to listen to them vent, answer questions, or to host anything I ask of her. As a member of several depts, December has a plate full. Taking over as the Head of News and HSI was a big milestone for him, and the staff that he presides over. He has completely revamped the way things are done, making everything run smoother. Everything that goes on in these departments are organized now, which makes it easier for staff to know exactly what to expect through the months. I really feel that without his helping hand and guidance to the depts, they wouldn’t be near as great as they are now. During this time, he’s been a part of News and HSI. For the News side, he’s been very instrumental in helping make the change for the better. He’s revamped the KSI Speaks side of article writing. He’s exceptionally reliable, active, and communicates greatly within his departments, which landed him the Senior Writer position. In HSI he has thrown his weight around too. He’s always super active with updating his div histories, and doing everything that is asked of him and more. He will always be a great asset to any department he’s a part of.
