Since then he has been a friendly, knowledgeable and approachable leader who enjoys not only just hanging out with the div, but when or if we need help he is always willing to help out to the best of his abilities and make sure it's resolved quickly. During some of our more trying times Riita was a hand that reached out to us quicker than we needed to reach out to him. He is well respected and has done a fantastic job trying to make this community better each endeavor. It's been great working with him and I will continue to enjoy working with him. Keep it up! In EO we have a history of sort of a revolving door for directors, but trendies was one that stuck around and was willing to put in work and help out. He was always around if/when we needed a tag pulled or if we had some sort of issue and would provide a great voice of reason when discussing ideas of how to benefit the division. He is also a well respected member of upper leadership that the whole division knows and enjoys working with. He is a strong leader who will only continue to get better. Keep on keepin' on trenders! Division Leader- KSI Gary 7 link- @KSI Gary 7 reason- Gary is currently the director over us here in EO, but while he was div leader of there in DW he was nothing but a positive influence and an extremely strong leader, as shown as to why he is a now Director. He always kept a level head, looked at more than one way to solve an issue and always looked out for the best interest in not only the members involved but also the best way to benefit his div. He provided a solid voice of reason and solidified a strong foundation for DW to further flourish since his departure. He will only continue to do great things. This guy here has been nothing short of a power house since his days as a captain, or a gen or just about any rank he has obtained. He maintained and created an entire discord server to better serve the officers of the division, he provides guidance and knowledge to anyone who asked for help and was always more than willing to help out or get involved. He has since been promoted and put in charge of a shiny new division of SL and has been doing a bang up job over there making sure that his newly appointed div is flourishing and has the tools needed so they can succeed as he has. Co - Founder- KSIxPapi77 link- @KSIxPapi77 reason- Primal has always been a guy in my corner since I started my career here in KSI. He is bar none one of the strongest leaders I have worked with in KSI and is well respected throughout the division. He does amazing work with his gen's and making sure they have what they need to succeed but further than that he makes sure the members are well taken care of as well. He is constantly looking for ways to improve the division as a whole and never backs down from a challenge. He will only continue to rise to the occasion and I thank him for his assistance along the way. General- KSI Galvanize 7 link- @KSI Galvanize 7 reason- Since galv has become Gen, he took on the challenge of converting his entire squad to a different game type, and a game that hadn't been doing super hot. However the gamble paid off greatly with the transition from r6 siege into a d2 squad. He takes quite a charge when ensuring his officers are well educated and understand how everything works. He make sure that issues are handled and people are having a good time.

An ever since Trendies came into DW as our director. He has been a definite leader to the members. He attends an participates in many of our events such as meetings, workshops, an game nights. Division Leader Gamertag: KSI Gary 7 Account Link @KSI Gary 7 Reason why they deserve this award- So for a long time it was only Gary who was the only 7 in LW before it became DW. But he never gave up on getting the division back on its feet. An eventually it happened under Gary's leadership we started to thrive an in his absence we are still thriving. But the success we found as a division wouldn't be possible if it wasnt for Gary laying the foundation. Co - Division Leader Gamertag KSI HAVOC 7 Account Link @KSI Havoc 7 Reason why they deserve the award Havoc has been to the top he has seen it all. But he is now here with us now. An ever since he's been here he has been one of the driving forces of the division. Although he does have his hand in a lot of cookie jars his first priority is DW an the members. He definitely does go above an beyond for the division. Founder Gamertag KSI xKing 77 Link @KSI xKing 77 Reason why they deserve I met king in 2014 in ES as the General of Wicked. An he eventually became my cofounder. But King is one of those special kind of leaders that can get you motivated take me for example when I joined LW last year I was definitely forgotten about but on his first day here he reached out to me an told me we we are going to get the ball rolling an we took over Samurai an the rest is history. But he has done the same thing for many squads an divisions an I definitely see him being a greater leader than he already is. Co - Founder Gamertag KSI Nebula 7 Link @Nebula 7 Reason why they deserve the award For the longest Nebula was one of my biggest competitors in DW to get the elusive CF spot. And I really didn't associate with him when I was Gen. But whenever I was his CF I had the opportunity to actually get to know him. An I was thoroughly surprised he was dedicated to his squad an the division as a whole. So when the day came for him to be promoted to CF it was definitely well deserved. An during his time as a CF he has the same drive he had as a Gen if not more. An I look forward to the day when its gonna be me an him running DW. General Gamertag KSI xKamikaze Link @KSI xKamikaze Reason why they deserve the award Kamikaze is the definition of KSI I have met many people in 4 years of KSI life but I havent met one like Kam. What can I say about my right hand man Kam that hasn't been said before. He took Paladin after the Samurai split an under his leadership its numbers rose tremendously. But growing squads isn't the only Kam does hes a excellent mentor to anybody who needs advice or guidance. I truly can see him being a 7 one day. Captain Gamertag KSI Bane 7 Link @King Bane Reason why they deserve the award Bane Bane Bane what can you say about Bane well is definitely one of the hardest working captains I have seen in a long time could have been Gen twice but in all seriousness he busts his ass everyday to make sure everyone is doing what there supposed to be doing an having fun all while managing his productions duties. Definitely a true leader in the Division an I feel he can do anything he sets his mind to. But ever since she joined she has worked her butt off to get to where she is. An she makes sure everyone is treated as a member an not a number. I look forward to what she can do in 2019. Gets on host workshops gamenights an just hangs out with anybody. Now mind you she lives on the other side of the world an she still is able to get this done effectively. Has all the potential to be leading her own squad one day an I can it in the near future. Before Trendies became our director we were a revolving door of directors. So naturally, as a 7s staff, we worked very closely with the seniors because we still needed tags advice etc. Rita was the main hand that reached out and helped us during this period. Even tho the fact we don't go thru directors as we did then Rita has continued working closely with us attending Gens meetings and simply making himself available to us. I know I personally have reached out to Rita a few times and has always approached everything with a calm demeanor and always respectful. Keep doing the thing Rita! Category: Director Gamertag: KSI Trendies 7 Link: @KSI Trendies 7 Reasoning: Good ole Chicken Tenders! As stated in my nomination for senior EO was a revolving door of directors prior to Trendies. Naturally, as a 7s staff, we were hesitant to accept Trendies as first because in our minds he would be gone in 2 weeks anyways wasn't sure of we knew we could ask Trendies and he would 100% have the answer to our question. Category: Co-Div Leader Gamertag: KSI Skarzx 77 Link: @Scarface 77 Reasoning: Although I was sad to see Skarzx go to SL what he did in EO left an impression. He was Admitted in the EO HoF. He created the EKAT Server in order to help our squads officers know what they should know and provided the knowledge that need to know. We actually continue to utilze the EKAT server to this day and have no current plans on changing it. Skarzx left an impression on many people and continue to help if any questions are brought along the way. Category: General Gamertag: KSI Galvanize 7 Link: @KSI Galvanize 7 Reasoning: When Galv came back to EO he knew he wanted to work his way up the ranks again. At the current time I was an acting general over vendetta and Galv quickly showed us he could take the squad . After his promotion to general, he wanted to change the squad gametype from R6 to Destiny 2. EO had bad luck with D2 but we trusted him to make it happen. He did not disappoint. He has completely changed the mentality of Vendetta. They have a full officer staff and a ton of potential!!! This is a direct reflection on Galvs personality nd the way he approaches his squad and makes himself available. But Galvs nomination goes beyond his own squad. He is one of the first people to stand up and reach out to anybody within the div thats just looking to hang out or needs help or advice. I cant be more proud to have him as a General and a future 7 (again lol!!).
