Name: KSI Skarzx 77 Link to Forums Account: @Scarface 77 Award-/-Achievement: Outstanding Service lvl 2 Reason-/-Evidence: Before I start rambling ill start with the facts: Skarzx is: A Co-Div Leader for EO Co-Head of productions Rejoin Mod Senior AAP Member Recently created the DHoF Community Development Committee Staff Member Awards: Outstanding service 1 LT OTM Editor Of The Year Rebounder Squad Splitter Resurrection Helping Hand Member Assistance Divisional Hall of Fame and Most Importantly I Love RiiOT I first met and started working with Skarz when I joined the AAP, even since we've worked together alot on different projects such as the new awards we put in for the AAP and the DHoF (Although that was all him I just chipped in where I could) Skarz always has like 101 ideas loaded and ready to go to improve KSI in any way he can, E.G during the process of making new awards he kept firing idea after idea at me - Stuff I wouldn't have even considered. As an AAP Senior Member he is a driving force for activity and encouraging our members to get out there and make sure we are rewarding all our hard working members. His worth ethic has on many occasions inspired myself to work harder on days where I think eeeeh maybe ill do it later. His continued support makes running the AAP a much smoother process which means we are able to pull of such big projects such as the Divisional Hall of Fame. Lets take a second to bare in mind all that Ive said on the above and that his does this on top of all his over roles within KSI - That is no easy feat! His hard work and passion embodies what all KSI Leaders should strive to be and I have no doubt soon enough ill be preparing my Most Outstanding witness statement for him

Luci and Riiot These two gentlemen were both seasoned vets by the times 2012 rolled around (Riiot here for 7 years off and on and luci for 2, but those two years involved restructuring and rebuilding the entire community). During the year of 2012 it was becoming apparent that many of people were trying to come into the community from the other KSI's and other communities alike, also some within the community who didnt fully grasp how we were trying to evolve and become a newer better version of ourselves. So we had to do something in order to build up those members to the level of knowledge and training that all other divisions had. So Light Bringers was born, With Riiot and Luci at the helm it became KSI's first retraining division, all members from outside communities were recruited into LB and those who were "trouble makers" as well. In the first year the division grew substantially from 5 or so members to 300ish, Under the leadership of these two members the structure, education and division was set up to meet and exceed the standards within KSI. IT was not an easy division to run, nor was it easy to manage both old members, new and outside com's people but through dedication and strong work ethic both riiot and luci made it become and thrive on what it was designed to do. They placed well amongst all others in member growth and spirit week. And many of the members can all point a finger to them two brits for making it happen. It is a testament to their success that the division still survives today, under a new banner but still the same roots. WD is the grandchild of LB. They were the beginning, middle but def not the end of this division. First inductees of the HoF is a no brainer.

For this particular nomination, we will need to see several factual and detailed witness statements!

Both Riiot and Luci came together to play a huge role in creating LB. It was the first of its kind re-training division that allowed a better re-entry process for members who left the community under poor circumstances. It allowed for rigorous training standards and gave several hundred members a second chance at being in KSI. That knowledge, tolerance, and determination eventually lead LB into becoming WI and WD, and without Riiot and Luci's contributions to creating a brand new division *from scratch,* it would have never been. Their work is an example of what leaders can achieve when they work hard and execute their vision properly. LB could not have been without them, so their place in its DHoF has been earned several times over.
