Back in 2015, December was doing amazing things in KSI as a co-founder in WI. You can look up old shout-outs that can be used to describe his work ethic and drive today. This just shows his consistency when evaluating his track record with the community. As a current co-founder in LS, December climbed beck through the ranks in clan-ops through mentorship and showing great leadership quality. Before he became a current 7 in LS, members from all of the squads would go to him because they felt comfortable with him and trusted him. He makes sure to make himself available to anyone about anything no matter their rank. He upholds the KSI standards and makes sure that others do as well. On the web ops side of things, December has shown great initiative. He has a tendency to take on big projects/roles and juggles them pretty well. Besides his clan-ops responsibilities, he is also a Senior PO, Head of News and History, AAP member and forums mod. He reach has extended past his division and he has helped countless others in their endeavors in KSI. Besides all of the technical achievements, December embodies the KSI way of life. We have had countless discussions on ways to help the community and plans for future growth. We have collaborated on projects and discussed plans that all lead to the betterment of LS and KSI as a whole. I may have only known December for a few months but i have known of December for much longer. Im excited to see what goals he sets for himself and the positive changes the he plays a role in to better the community.

Name: KSI Hatter 7 Forums: @KSI Hatter 7 Award: Outstanding Service Level 1 Reason: Back in October of 2014, I got a mass recruiting message from Khaleesi. I thought hey, KSI couldn't be that bad. I'd had some negative experiences with gaming communities already so I figured I was just playing the odds at that point. I joined Crysis WI and was immediately welcomed into a new family. About a month later, Crysis split and KSI Hatter 7 founded Abaddon WI. (That's right WD, your Abaddon) I was one of the members who transitioned over to the baby squad with Hatter. Over the next year, this young lady became both a mentor to me and one of my best friends - in and out of the community. She was inspiring, fun and always ready to tackle a challenge. Rising up to the rank of Co-Founder, Hatter helped shape WI into an awesome division. She was heavily involved in recruiting, managed multiple competitive teams and trained and mentored countless officers across the division. She eventually stepped down and left KSI for a time to devote attention to her family and personal goals. A couple years down the road, I finally convinced Hatter to submit a rejoin app. She joined LS and started getting back in touch with the community. I'd been struggling for a while, indirectly forced to lead and manage a squad as a Lieutenant and Captain. Hatter, along with a supportive 7 staff, was the only reason I was able to hang in there and continue to work as an officer in Trocity. After I transferred to Midgard, Hatter immediately took the reigns in Trocity and continued to pour her efforts into the squad. Later on once the General spot was vacant, she assumed the role she'd already been fulfilling 100%. Hatter has contributed much as a former member of the History Department and a current member of the News Department. She's written numerous articles and covered many KSI community events. She is a member of the Community Development Committee, has participated in the LS Head Hunters Team and has been a cornerstone of wisdom and loyalty in Last Strike since she joined. She's done all of this while juggling an extremely busy personal life. Hatter is a multi-squad splitter, a Grifball junkie, a Warlock by trade and a rockstar Mom of 3. If you get a minute, add her to your friends list. There's no one who will ever have your back more or be a better friend when you need it. KSI Hatter 7 has been an invaluable member of the KSI community. She is a shining example of what I think we all strive to be as a person. There is no doubt in my mind that she more than deserves Outstanding Service Level 1.

Name: KSI RiiOT 7 Link to Forums Account: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/46-ksi-riiot-7/ Award-/-Achievement: Outstanding Service: Level 3 Reason-/-Evidence: I don't think there are many members, past or present, who haven't at least heard of KSI RiiOT 7. He has played a huge part throughout Clan-Ops, Web-Ops, and Department-Ops. Saying that, it's an amazing feat to earn your 7 in all of the ways currently possible. Some of you may know what you need to accomplish this, most probably don't. In order to earn your 7 three times you must have accomplished these three things: Become a Co-Founder within Clan-Ops Become a Head/Co-Head of a department Become a Senior Forums Moderator He has gone above and beyond all of those requirements, and has recently been promoted to User Support Admin on the forums that we all utilize on a daily basis. RiiOT has been a mentor to me, and countless others throughout his time within KSI. Whether that has been training new staff on the ins and outs of the forums, or just giving advice on how to better oneself as a leader. I must not fail to mention everything that he has done since becoming the Head of AAP. It is/was amazing to see how he brought new activity into the department. So far, some of the accomplishments you need to take note of are: Revitalizing the Outstanding Service Awards Bringing the DoTM's back to life Will be working with the News Department for the DHoF Divisional Milestones have made a comeback There are so many more things that I think need to be brought to your attention, but then I'd just be sitting here typing at you for the next four hours, so I'll just put in the highlights. Division Creator: Created a new division with Sir Luci: (LB) Former dedicated member of the GFX team Previous Co-Head of AAP Previously Awarded Forums Staff of the Year Previously awarded OS Lvl 1 and OS lvl 2 I believe I have tried to be as factual as possible, even though I want to go on and on of how great of a member I think RiiOT is. However, I really like inserting my own opinion into things so: RiiOT definitely deserves this award.

I can witness for this nomination, in my mind December is with out a doubt deserving of this award simply because he goes above and beyond for anyone and everything concerning KSI. He is always welcoming when you need to talk about KSI business or even just an ear to listen if you are having life problems in general. I could never say a bad word about this man, his tireless devotion to this community is unrivalled and second to none

I can witness for this. December I've noticed has done WELL PRETTY MUCH EVEERYTHING, he's been sticking his neck out for lots of people to help them and encourage them more to strive for success. He's also been working with myself trying to help me prepare to be one day a Co Head under him which I've never been in department ops like this so I'm still getting the hang of it, what I'm trying to say is he's been a huge help and super patient with me he's the main reason for history changing and why it will be successful!!! He is a great motivator even if he twists my arms to play pubg or sea of thieves jk. But I know for a fact he's put 200% into everywhere he is I'm sure performance ops, HSI and News, and AAP and Courts would all agree he's been a huge help oh and to LS one of the oldest divisions ^^ so keep it up december!!

I will be dropping my vote to witness for this wonderful lady. I have known Cherry for a long time now, at least back to before she was promoted to Co-Founder over WD a good 14 months ago. Ever since I've known her I have been nothing short of impressed with everything she's done for both WD and KSI as a whole. Cherry has proven time and time again that she is the epitome of leadership within KSI. Not only is she a wonderful person who is easy to get along and talk with, but she is also one of the most dedicated people I have ever met. She does everything in her power to make sure the division is running smoothly and everyone is having fun and staying active. She consistently makes appearances at meetings and game nights, hops in parties with members of all ranks to inform them of upcoming KSI events and help them to sign up if they're interested, makes herself available to anyone who wants or needs to speak with her, and spreads happiness and fun through her positive and upbeat personality. She is the kind of person who throws themselves headfirst into challenges, doing everything she can to conquer, learn, and grow from the experience. Through every new experience she comes out stronger and more motivated than ever. I could go on and on about every reason she deserves these awards and we would be here all day. She has touched countless lives throughout her time in KSI and those lives always end up better than they were before. Cherry is the kind of leader that I strive to be. It has been a privilege to work alongside her and an honor to call her my friend. There is no doubt in my mind that she deserves both Outstanding Service Level 1, Level 2, and many more accolades to come.

I haven't been in KSI long, but Cherry has been one of the more natable people I see in my div since I've been here. Once I met her for the second time I started to get this feeling when I'm around any of the gens or 7s in my div like cherry is there. I can feel it in the back of my head a piece of cherry in all of them, she is an amazing leader and all of them take a piece of her wisdom and use it every day in KSI. She's always a nice person but you can feel an undertone that commands a level of respect and civility from everyone. She has that perfect medium that gets the point across that she is your friend, but she doesn't want any bullPoop. If Cherry is online she's always willing to answer questions, or solve problems. She's always there when she can be if you need her. She's one of the most reliable leaders in KSI, and an over all great role model for everyone.

Cherry has been there from the start. She was my gen and helped me threw the ranks. She’s almost like a sister to me. She good at getting what she wants lol. She works her ass off so I can’t think of anyone that deserves this award more then her. #CherryForCEO

I've known her since I went to WD she's been an outstanding person outstanding leader in WD I've tried to mimic her not doing a very good job at it but she's done good for every division she's worked with she deserves these Awards and I would be honored to be as a witness to the statement for her
