He has played a huge part throughout Clan-Ops, Web-Ops, and Department-Ops. Saying that, it's an amazing feat to earn your 7 in all of the ways currently possible. Some of you may know what you need to accomplish this, most probably don't. In order to earn your 7 three times you must have accomplished these three things: Become a Co-Founder within Clan-Ops Become a Head/Co-Head of a department Become a Senior Forums Moderator He has gone above and beyond all of those requirements, and has recently been promoted to User Support Admin on the forums that we all utilize on a daily basis. RiiOT has been a mentor to me, and countless others throughout his time within KSI. Whether that has been training new staff on the ins and outs of the forums, or just giving advice on how to better oneself as a leader. I must not fail to mention everything that he has done since becoming the Head of AAP. It is/was amazing to see how he brought new activity into the department. So far, some of the accomplishments you need to take note of are: Revitalizing the Outstanding Service Awards Bringing the DoTM's back to life Will be working with the News Department for the DHoF Divisional Milestones have made a comeback There are so many more things that I think need to be brought to your attention, but then I'd just be sitting here typing at you for the next four hours, so I'll just put in the highlights. Division Creator: Created a new division with Sir Luci: (LB) Former dedicated member of the GFX team Previous Co-Head of AAP Previously Awarded Forums Staff of the Year Previously awarded OS Lvl 1 and OS lvl 2 I believe I have tried to be as factual as possible, even though I want to go on and on of how great of a member I think RiiOT is. However, I really like inserting my own opinion into things so: RiiOT definitely deserves this award.

Legion has been in KSI going on 6 years now and I've known him since I was first recruited in 2013. As long as I've known him he's always been an easy-going guy and gets along with literally everyone he meets. He loves having people around and people love to be around him. You can usually find him in an Xbox Live party almost or completely filled with people. Needless to say, Legion is well known and respected throughout WD and all of KSI. But I digress, his popularity is not the sole reason behind me nominating him for Outstanding Service. He is absolutely dedicated to KSI and its members. He is always helping out by answering questions, hyping game nights and other events, and just generally being there for others when they need someone. He has been up and down the officer ranks in Vanquish quite a bit and even took over as General for me the first time I was promoted to Co-Founder in 2013. His love for the community and its members knows no bounds and exemplify what it means to be a part of KSI. This is why I believe KSI LEGION is the perfect candidate for Outstanding Service.

What to say about @KSI LEGION ever since the merge of HD into WI was the first time i met him and 2 years and some change.this guy has been very outspoken and charismatic which makes him the shining light in his squad Vanquish WD.He is always willing to help member's out NO MATTER what squad they are from. He's been a ear for many and many more to come whether it be KSI related,personal,gaming, or even WWE.He has also helped me out in my journey of playing SMITE . He's even put on many tourneys in my time over WD with prizes that member's could win.He is not a selfish dude at all and always willing to help out even as a Sgt not just for himself or to better his "KSI career " but to help KSI as a whole to preserve the FUN.To take some words from this guy "He's the face that runs the place" in Vanquish. The squad looks up to this guy.He is well deserving of OS lvl 1 if not lvl 2

KSI Legion should be considered for his outstanding service with his dedication and friendliness among all of our members. He has always treated everyone equally with respect. He has hosted many and ‘more to come’ game nights, setting the rules straightforward and keeping the environment positive, friendly and most importantly fun for everyone to enjoy. I find that overall his time and dedication that he’s put into the community should most definitely be recognized. Considering how many successful game nights he has hosted, shared gift cards for name changes to new members and most helpful with answering any KSI Related comments questions or concerns any member(including myself) may have. Yet here we are again asking for the blood of one's first born for an OS lvl 1. Well mr. Speaker, since we have to take this to Congress, I yield my time to elaborate if not filibuster a 'No vote. For far to long people in KSI Legion's circle has hesitated to bring this up for consideration, due to an insurmountable effort to prove that, beyond a reasonable doubt, this man not only deserves OS LvL 1, but is the definition of what it should be considered truly outstanding. As has been presented KSI Legion has been here for quiet some time; and in that time has stayed true to his very roots vanquish. When I met KSI Legion, back when I joined some five years ago, I was a corporal, he was the General of Vanquish HD. In between that time and now he remains in that very same squad. A man of conviction, he saw many of his own superiors climb the ranks and fall out or struggle, and knew he'd never want that for himself. KSI Legion knew he would be better served to not only the community but vanquish by remaining in place. Of course, this goes without saying, that a person can't retain such a leadership position forever, so KSI Legion recycles his way through the squad. I can't even count how many times this has happened, but rest assured he's selflessly trained, mentored, and guided many great leaders, offering his wisdom and help through, HD, WD, and KSI. KSI Legion is well versed in dealing with change and holding the line in the face of adversity. Whether we discuss the day to day dramas or large scale challenges, such as squad merges and even division merges losing his original home. KSI Legion has seen so many people come and go, and I can't put in to words how many or what kind of affect that has on a person. I can tell you this, that in five plus years you will have friends and sometimes family, blacklisted or security risked, from that you will have others that refuse to remove presumed individuals and thereby become blacklisted or security risked by association. This is to say through and through, tough decisions have to be made, especially when something you've invested in falls apart all around you. If that's not enough, then I don't know what is, and I know he at some point has been included and apart of a few of those decisions, putting the squad and communities best interest before himself and his peers that brought negativity to the same. Acting with integrity he's transparent and done the right thing time and time again. Furthermore, knowing the implications and damage to be done by opposing forces he brings those left behind together remind g them what KSI is supposed to be about. This leads me to his ability to bring people together in the good times as well. As folks have said before KSI Legion is notorious for hosting parties for various reason, and I'd also like to let the evidence show, any time of day or night as well. KSI Legion is well known for his all nighters on Call of Duty Black Ops II. KSI Legion is also a big fan of WWE wrestling and shares his passion with those who also enjoy watching it. KSI Legion has been know to host Netflix watch parties from time to time as well. KSI Legion is good at what he does and is the life of the party. I can go on and on, but then what would I have for OS level two, when with what I've presented is damn near an OS level three statement. What the panel needs to know is this man is dedicated, motivated, and outstanding at what he does, doing so without expecting this sort of recognition, but what a slap and spit in the face to say none of this is good enough. KSI Legion has spent countless hours training and workshops and out his life experience and training offered through KSI to use so successfully. KSI Legion a selfless leader, training those above and below him to standard. The glue the holds the ceramic vase from falling apart again, while maintaining the same energy bringing members together in the good time as well. Exemplifying integrity with due regard to the community over the personal interest of his family and his friends. KSI Legion is a legend in his own right, and if this is the only way in which he goes down in history for KSI, let the record show a legacy of extraordinary dedication from a man with motivation to match some of the best of the best, who wanted nothing more in clan ops than to be surrounded by his peers and have fun, and that is truly outstanding.

I will be dropping my vote to witness for this award. When it comes to Dept Ops , the one name that come to my mind is Riiot (*Sorry Scotland*). This man has been nothing short of a mentor to me since taking the reigns of AAP and showing me exactly how a Department head runs a department. Lets break down the list of things this man has done mind you BY HIMSELF as the co-head then Head of AAP. (Scotty & Emmy helped as well but this isn't about them :D) - He revamped the Outstanding Service awards, so the process is now completely different then its previous incarnations. More thought is put into how we as AAP staff members under him tackle each and every OS level award and is always there to provide feedback or his insight which is always helpful. If you look at the past 2-3 months under him you will see an increase in nominations for awards that were at one point, rare to see nominations for. Overall AAP hasn't ever seen this much activity and excitement towards the section since I became a member of KSI back in April of 2017 and I think that is 100% due to Riiot. - DOTM's are around now because of Riiot (and Airborne). This allows people to go and apply for awards not for themselves or someone they know, but for their division. Awards like KSI Tags , or Full 7's staffs are just a few of the award brought to us all because leader's like Riiot recognize the need to remember all the hard work we put into our divisions and gave us something to show it off to the rest of the community. - Divisional HOF while it was an idea originally crafted by myself, it wouldn't be where it is right now , being one of the newest KSI programs with Riiot. He helped in every single aspect of the process from requirements down to how the nomination/voting process would work. He did this knowing it would increase the workload of not just himself , but his staff and like any good leader he knows he surrounds himself with people who will back his play and complete any assignment given because you know he is working his butt off too on his end. - New Awards like Take the Plunge or Approachable wouldn't even be an award had he not of pushed for us to brainstorm ideas and give his insight on them. Now fast forward a couple of weeks and you see SOO many new posts in the AAP section applying for these things. Any good department head brings ideas to the table that will not only increase traffic in their respective sections but will help inspire people to delve deeper into AAP and enjoy helping others get awards they deserve or receiving hard earned awards themselves. - As a moderator , he is quick to update on all department access and removals. He ensures his sections are cleaned up of any locked topics and is just on top of his game all the time which lead to him getting promoted I believe from Senior Mod to User Forum Moderator. I firmly believe the work he has done in AAP has been nothing short of Outstanding. This along with his former track record in Clan ops, His current title as User Forum Mod shows that no matter what facet of KSI he is apart of (i.e Clan , Web or Dept Ops) he is a leader and makes those around him want to be better and work harder to match his stride. It is my pleasure to witness for this award as I firmly believe if anyone deserves Outstanding Service Level 3 it would be Riiot.

Back in 2014, Venom joined ES. Over the course of his time in that division, he worked his way up to General. Ultimately, after being in just position for a while, he decided to step down. For many people, going this far, and then stepping down, is the end of their career, and they don’t try to climb up the ranks again. However, this is not the case with Venom. He returned to KSI in late 2015 where he began to climb the ranks again, helping a squad in ES split. Ultimately, Venom would leave KSI after doing this. Thankfully, Venom made his return to KSI in 2017. Since the creation DW in January 2018, Venom has been one of the key components of its success. He takes advantage of every opportunity presented to him, whether it be LEAD classes or PO workshops, always working to better himself, and the community as a whole. While at the rank of captain, in Samurai DW, Venom approached me. He asked me what he needed to do to be a good leader, this is a day I will not forget, because this is the day I began to see Venom as a future leader of this division. It is easy to become complacent and comfortable when you are successful, but it takes a true leader to realize that there is always more to learn. To this day, Venom continues to go above and beyond, in everything he is involved in within KSI. His presence in the division has been vital to its success. Venom is a kind and compassionate leader, who always puts his members first. His outstanding service in DW, is something every leader can learn from.

I will witness for @VENUM 7. He is a strong and knowledgeable leader. He has proven himself to be a helpful, trustworthy and motivated individual. As a co-founder he has helped numerous squads build and grow and flourish. I haven't worked with Venum directly but he has helped me in numerous occasions and would like to think we have become good friends over the past months. In DW he has constantly helped other on a range of topics including recruiting, training and hosting various events. Venum doesn't let his Co-Founder rank get in the way of him getting his hands dirty and getting into the nitty-grity of jobs - As an active D2 player he is always willing to help new members and officers with games and grinding which is just as important as his roles as a 7. Venum is a friend to alot of members, and he is also a shoulder that people often go to when they need motivation, questions or even a talk about their personal lives. He constantly makes sure all members and staff are in peak condition and will help at any cost to see that his division is the best. I personally hope that KSI Venum is awarded this as the individual is constantly giving his 100%, no matter what!

Venum is truly an outstanding member and leader of this community. He’s is a big influence on a lot of the up and coming leaders in DW. Venum will always be there for all of his members when they need him. He lives by and preaches that he is no different than anyone below him, he says we all started in the same spot as recruits. Honestly one of the many reasons I respect him as a leader is that saying. He’s worked so hard in this community his whole time here. When king became confounder Venum became General, and venum continued where king left off and a few months later Samurai split. Now venum is a co founder and he does an outstanding job where he is, with all his accomplishments I see this guy running a division one day. He deserves the outstanding Service level 2 award. No doubt about it.

i would also like to witness for Venum.. since joining KSI, Venum has been nothing but kind and supportive. he is always there to offer advice and assistance whenever you need him and regardless of the time of day if he can help you he does.. he is a genuinely kind person and cares for everyone in the community equally regardless of rank. He has helped me out on many occasions and is always there to listen to any problem you have whether it be personal or within the community. You can always find him mixing with members of the community and having a laugh and joke and he makes sure that every member feels included and accepted. in my opinion, this award should be his 100%

Mr. Venum, along with some other 7's and officers has definitely helped me out when it came to improving as an officer and was a big support system for me. Then again, not just me/ I've noticed that he's been helping some recruits and also some that wish to rank up in KSI. I would definitely say that Venum is a really good nomination. He's a great officer, leader, and is very dependable when it comes to getting work done.

I’d like to witness for this award. I’ve been in KSI a little under a month, but anytime you invite Venum to a party or join a party he is in, he is very accepting and doesn’t exclude anyone. He is very dedicated to all memebers. He personally gave me advice when it came to something I was passionate about. He took the time out of his day to always allow me to do a “mock” recruit on him. He was sincere in making sure I hit all the key points and also made sure that I, a future officer, was comfortable in the recruiting process.

I would like to witness for this award... VENUM has been one of the stronger members of this division since day one! With his work as a General, managing Samurai into a squad that splits and then bringing his A game when it comes to his Co Founder responsibility! He is an incredibly reliable member of my 7 staff and if I need something doing and doing well he is always at the top of my list ! He is always going out of his way to ensure members have people to play with and I consistantly see him in party's with other members ! I am very excited to see what he can do further up the ranks ! Thanks for all you do VENUM ! I appreciate it all!
