This Div Leader has grown so much as a Leader in KSI. When Firemomma started her climb in the 7s rank she was delet a crap hand, but in Firemomma form she wasn’t letting anyone kick her down and from there she went to work. She has learned to not only to communicate with her Dir but also the 7 staff. She has learned to work as a team with her CoDiv and GENs. Includes them in a lot of discions regarding rejoins and join apps. She has always been a positive force for her division and has always fought for the little guy. Her members adore her and would walk thru a fire for her. There is not a day or night that you can’t find momma in a party chat with just members of her division. She games with just about anyone that wants to play and works so very hard to keep up on the games. It’s been a crazy bumpy ride watching her learn from positive leaders and become the leader she is becoming.

This little lady came in full of energy. When she transferred to CD I put her in a dead squad that needed that energy let me tell you they got it. Every since she started there she moved up the ranks fast and helped bring the dead squad back to life. There was a time that I was just having a bad time with my life in general. Even though I didn't open up to her. I have to give her an A for effort. She also made sure to stay in the party with me just to make sure I was okay. She's a really great officer and she's a really great friend. Don't know what we would do without her. One in a million this one is.

I will witness for this award. I can indeed confirm during Kams time with KSI he has recruited in excess of 90 members within KSI ! He is one of the strongest recruiters DW has and without him we wouldn't be close him the numbers we have achieved!

Back in 2014, Venom joined ES. Over the course of his time in that division, he worked his way up to General. Ultimately, after being in just position for a while, he decided to step down. For many people, going this far, and then stepping down, is the end of their career, and they don’t try to climb up the ranks again. However, this is not the case with Venom. He returned to KSI in late 2015 where he began to climb the ranks again, helping a squad in ES split. Ultimately, Venom would leave KSI after doing this. Thankfully, Venom made his return to KSI in 2017. Since the creation DW in January 2018, Venom has been one of the key components of its success. He takes advantage of every opportunity presented to him, whether it be LEAD classes or PO workshops, always working to better himself, and the community as a whole. While at the rank of captain, in Samurai DW, Venom approached me. He asked me what he needed to do to be a good leader, this is a day I will not forget, because this is the day I began to see Venom as a future leader of this division. It is easy to become complacent and comfortable when you are successful, but it takes a true leader to realize that there is always more to learn. To this day, Venom continues to go above and beyond, in everything he is involved in within KSI. His presence in the division has been vital to its success. Venom is a kind and compassionate leader, who always puts his members first. His outstanding service in DW, is something every leader can learn from.
