She is currently General of Talon which at the time she got it , lacked direction . She even had to run the squad in a gametype she was unfamiliar with but instead of freaking out and trying to change it, she rolled with it and has kept her numbers up and has always been consistently the biggest squad in EO. Despite all the officers who would step down and the consistent struggles that every general faces and few survive , she has persevered. She has brought out the best in several officers who are currently in her squad like KSI Yuna 4321 and one who is now in another squad , KSIxRaziel. She also is the Head of Marketing which was something she fought her butt off for and above anyone else in the community she was the one awarded the position and the shiny 77s she currently has in her gamertag. She devotes a lot of time to this community through clan ops and dept ops as well as being heavily involved in the KNN news show. She is the leader in EO in terms of ensuring members are notified and informed all KSI news and events through xbox and discord and has come to be someone I respect and I think after you see some other witness statements you would understand that she deserves OS level 1!!!

I can attest that this member deserves recognition, so I will be stepping away from voting on this one. Blicky has been a major component of this division for a very lengthy time. He was the man I entrusted my squad Hellcat to when it came time for me to move on. Blicky turned Hellcat into more of a well-oiled machine than it was under my supervision, being a major contributor to the fact activity rose in the squad and in the division. He is never too busy to help anyone, and this is huge considering he just had his first child. Another huge thing about Blicky is the extent to which he cares about the community. If you only have a couple of conversations with him, you would see that he does truly and deeply care for the well being of the members here in FI, and in the community as a whole. This guy is nowhere near his limit as a leader, I am sure that he will continue to rise through his high level of dedication and hard work.

I don't have as much of a personal or long experience with venum but I can say this. Since I've met this gentleman his dedication to KSI has been without question. Everytime I see him he is in parties assisting and involving members to the best of his ability. He goes out of his way to make sure your involved and that you know regardless if your a raw new recruit or someone who has been around for awhile that you matter. He assists his squads and generals aswell as his entire division without question or even an expectation of recognition. He just is KSI and at least in my opinion that is outstanding.

I've known venum since back in 2014 I've gotten to watch venum grow as a leader & see his ups & his downs in KSI. When I first met Venum we were generals together in ES, it wasnt long before I got promoted to cofo and I was over venum for several months getting to see him grow and his dedication to his squad. Fast forward 3 years I transferred over a to a struggling LW and was Gen over a very dead Samurai squad with 0 officers I reached out to venum who at the time was a CPL just kinda hanging out I will say that he was the first guy to step up and start helping samurai grow. Venum sleep eats and breathes KSI he is by far one of the best leaders that I've ever seen in this community his dedication, his courage, his passion its what makes him the great leader that he is. Making his way up to cofo for the first time in his career and hes done amazing things ever since. Someday I'm gonna run DW and I wouldn't want anyone else to be my right hand man. I could honestly say that anyone else deserves this award more then this man. Keep up all of your amazing work my friend! @VENUM 7

Every time i'm with DW I always see venum either in the party when i join, or shortly in it after. He is extremely dedicated to his members and DW, doing all that he can to be supportive of them. He's knowledgeable, loyal, and focused on one goal which is to improve DW. I don't always see nominations when they go up but I have no doubt in my mind that he deserves this award for all that he does. I'm not able to attest to specifics because I don't work with DW or any division enough at my current rank to know specifics so I guess this is more of a character/what I've seen from my perspective (as far away as it might be lol) but Venum is for sure one of the bright leaders of this community and I'm anticipating great things from him. I know this witness isn't super fact-based but I hope you all take what you can from the nomination to use for his OS, he's a great leader I just cant do him the justice that his director or division could.

Blicky is one of the most dedicated people I have met in KSI when it comes to helping out members of any rank/squad/div or not even in KSI but looking to join. He has countless times sacrificed sleep to stay and help a member in need. While working Graveyard shifts, AND having a Newborn he still manages to finds times (somehow still sleeping) in the day to play games with members. His friendship and loyalty only feeds the people around him to be better and do better. He brings the Moral of anyone near up. He strives to be a great example to all members by exemplifying the KNOWLEDGE aspect of ksi as much as he can. His constant support of all members new and old only shows and exemplifies the STRENGTH aspect of KSI. Many times has Blicky been faced with adversity, he has always prevailed stronger than he started, Being a key example of the STRENGTH in KSI. He’s always strives to help build others up with the STRENGTH he has built in himself, not necessarily just KSI related but life related in general. He has been a support system for all members in FI including myself. Blicky is one person I can always count on to uphold the rules in KSI and is always striving to show outstanding INTEGRITY and teach other members how to properly show the KSI pride we all have. He is an outstanding teacher to all the newer members and even returning veteran ones who are out of the loop with some of the newer aspects of KSI. He prides himself in keeping all information to be readily available to all members. He is going to go places here in KSI. I don’t know of any other person more deserving of these awards than Blicky.

I’d like to witness for this award. I’ve been in KSI a little under a month, but anytime you invite Venum to a party or join a party he is in, he is very accepting and doesn’t exclude anyone. He is very dedicated to all memebers. He personally gave me advice when it came to something I was passionate about. He took the time out of his day to always allow me to do a “mock” recruit on him. He was sincere in making sure I hit all the key points and also made sure that I, a future officer, was comfortable in the recruiting process.

I would like to witness for this award... VENUM has been one of the stronger members of this division since day one! With his work as a General, managing Samurai into a squad that splits and then bringing his A game when it comes to his Co Founder responsibility! He is an incredibly reliable member of my 7 staff and if I need something doing and doing well he is always at the top of my list ! He is always going out of his way to ensure members have people to play with and I consistantly see him in party's with other members ! I am very excited to see what he can do further up the ranks ! Thanks for all you do VENUM ! I appreciate it all!

I would like to witness for KSI Blicky 7 KSI Blicky 7 goes above and beyond. His dedication to FI and KSI as a whole is apparent daily. He is always available to our members for any questions or issues, wether it be getting a recruit cleared or mediating a misunderstanding or conflict. He has stepped up to the plate again and again, going to bat for our members for nominations and promotions, helping educate our officers and organize our squads. He maintains a professional and non biased attitude and genuinely cares about each member. I have gone to him on several occasions for questions, concerns or clearing a recruit and not once has he turned me down or made me feel like I was bothering him.
