Whenever he is needed he's right there to take care of things. Also, he plays with everyone in the division. As a SGT in the division for the past year, there were plenty of upper leadership that I had never met. KSI Silence 7 is a major component of the strong foundation of FI. He's one of those people that is always a message away for those that need to talk, whether it be for KSI or personal issues. He takes a genuine interest in the members of this division and is a key component to helping foster the family type bond we are building in FI. He stepped into this position with the determination to continue to better our squad. This month has been difficult with the SR/BL issues going on and he's been ever-present to encourage a sense of stability and bonding, while monitoring to ensure our members are protected from attacks. I promise you won't find a more dedicated individual. Even being crazy busy in her personal life she is there for Velocity to keep things running smooth. She's also been instrumental in keeping everyone's spirits high as we have been constantly poached and harassed by other gaming communities. I'm sure he probably sleeps occasionally too, but regardless you can always get a pretty quick response from him if you need his help. He also manages to spend some time online visiting with people in parties and playing games every day. She's always on the ball about dispersing information to everyone, as well as responding when someone needs help finding something. She is a super cheery person when you are in a party with her, and she really hypes you up to get involved in everything! I don't think she gets anywhere near enough credit for the good she does, not just for FI, but this community as a whole. She truly represents Knowledge, Strength, and Integrity. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Krisis -(SGT-FI/Hellcat) Link to forums account - @KSI Krisis Reasoning why they deserve this - Krisis is a relatively new member of Hellcat and he's really jumped into being involved. He's always down to play with others in our division whenever he can and he's also very friendly and talkative to everyone! I look forward to seeing what he can bring to our squad as we all grow together. We are building a family in FI and he's a great addition!

I will witness for December back when I knew him in WI years ago as a captain he stopped at nothing got us and the division as a whole to push and grow now I can say he has grown tremendously as a person and a individual in the community he is deffinately a great asset to the news and history team with his writing skills and a people person to always make people feel welcome even doing cross divisional gamenights where everyone is welcome and I'm happy to have him helping me in the history team he doesn't show any harshness to members asking questions he always helps as best he can and he goes above and beyond for his Squad, Division, and the departments he's in!

General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSIXxDropShotxX Link to forums account - @Mr. DropShot Reasoning why the deserve this - DropShot has continued to succeed as a Gen week after week since he was promoted, his squad has grown into a fun active enviorment and is on the vurge of a split, DropShot continues to train and mentor his staff as well as junior leaders wanting to step up to the plate, Drop also is a marketing rep and Court judge and still finds time to play and stay active with his squad, this determination sets him apart from all others and makes him stand out as a great future leader of KSI. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI sniperclone Link to forums account - @KSIsniperclone Reasoning why they deserve this - Sniper stepped up to the plate when his gen couldnt be around, He is currently in training for the slot of GEN and i believe that he will do great as a GEN, he is a great learner and always wants to know more, he keeps active with his squad and does everything within his CPT power to help the acting gen keep up on RCT club numbers, promotions, and even runs weekly security checks. SniperClone is a future leader of KSI and he doesnt even know it

As always, he's willing to sit down and talk to anyone that needs advice or guidance. He's glad to take time out of his busy schedule to make sure his members are taken care of. It's hard to imagine KSI without Trendies. I can honestly say that he's impacted me in positive ways ever since our time in Wicked Intent together. There's no one in this community I have more respect for - his maturity, his drive, his knowledge and his humility should be role models for all. Co-Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Akame 7 (CoDiv Leader - LS) Link to forums account - @KSI Akame 7 Reason they deserve this - This guy is crazy. Akame has always reminded me of the squirrel from Hoodwinked - just with a British accent. He has UNLIMITED energy. He constantly goes above and beyond to make sure his Division runs smoothly and effectively. I've grown to truly admire his style of leadership over the past few months. It's hard to find a member of LS who doesn't respect KSI Akame 7 for his numerous contributions as a CoDivision Leader. Hosting certified workshops, welcoming new members into LS and mentoring officers to reach their greatest potential are just some of the things he does on a daily basis. Many leaders talk a big game and then never ACTUALLY do what they say. Not Akame. This man is the definition of "putting your money where your mouth is." Constantly leading by example, he's steered his Division down a path of positive growth ever since his promotion to CoDivision Leader. He's the leader everyone looks to when crap hits the fan. As a CoFounder, ODINN has consistently been a voice of reason and encouragement for all the officers in his Division. Working closely with the rest of the Division's Leadership, he has shown incredible amounts of dedication to ALL the members of LS. Maintaining the recruit club, constantly performing security checks, giving advice and guidance where needed - ODINN is a driving force. He combines mature leadership with a burning passion for the community. Far and above the best CoFounder I've ever had. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI M3NTALIST (1CPT - Legend LS) Link to forums account - @KSI M3NTALIST Reason they deserve this - M3NTALIST just recently assumed command of his squad as the General of Legend. Before that, he served as a First Captain - and may I add - one of the best. His no-nonsense attitude is complimented by his extreme loyalty to his Division. M3NTALIST always takes the time to make new members feel welcome. He's befriended and oriented new recruits across many of the squads in LS. Gradually assuming more and more responsibility as a Captain in his squad, M3NTALIST has developed into an awesome role model for up and coming officers. I'm very excited to see him lead his squad from a General's position. She juggles her officer duties with an extremely busy personal life and still manages to socialize with members and be a strong, positive influence in the community. Compassionate and friendly, Hatter is always concerned for her fellow members' well being. She goes to great lengths to make sure the health of her squad is a priority. I can't wait to see her progress further up the ranks as she continues to earn respect from old and new members alike. If only every squad was lucky enough to have a Lieutenant as loyal and caring as KSI Hatter 7. She is the perfect combination of leadership and support. Speaking from first hand experience, True is anything but selfish with her time. She mentors and trains department members, maintains the Global site with impeccable standards and still makes time to go above and beyond in her Clan Ops duties as a Lieutenant in EO. Anyone would be fortunate to have KSI True 77 as a Department Head and mentor. I hope that one day I can be half as effective and successful in Department Ops as she is. Her charismatic personality and depth of knowledge have been of tremendous benefit to all her fellow Department members. She makes people feel at home in Department Ops, and at the same time, encourages them to push themselves to a higher standard. Whether it's managing her Department members or giving feedback from a leader's perspective, Widow's friendliness and upbeat personality always have a positive effect on those around her.
