Akame has always reminded me of the squirrel from Hoodwinked - just with a British accent. He has UNLIMITED energy. He constantly goes above and beyond to make sure his Division runs smoothly and effectively. I've grown to truly admire his style of leadership over the past few months. It's hard to find a member of LS who doesn't respect KSI Akame 7 for his numerous contributions as a CoDivision Leader. Hosting certified workshops, welcoming new members into LS and mentoring officers to reach their greatest potential are just some of the things he does on a daily basis. Many leaders talk a big game and then never ACTUALLY do what they say. Not Akame. This man is the definition of "putting your money where your mouth is." Constantly leading by example, he's steered his Division down a path of positive growth ever since his promotion to CoDivision Leader. Before that, he served as a First Captain - and may I add - one of the best. His no-nonsense attitude is complimented by his extreme loyalty to his Division. M3NTALIST always takes the time to make new members feel welcome. He's befriended and oriented new recruits across many of the squads in LS. Gradually assuming more and more responsibility as a Captain in his squad, M3NTALIST has developed into an awesome role model for up and coming officers. Compassionate and friendly, Hatter is always concerned for her fellow members' well being. She goes to great lengths to make sure the health of her squad is a priority. I can't wait to see her progress further up the ranks as she continues to earn respect from old and new members alike. She is the perfect combination of leadership and support. Speaking from first hand experience, True is anything but selfish with her time. She mentors and trains department members, maintains the Global site with impeccable standards and still makes time to go above and beyond in her Clan Ops duties as a Lieutenant in EO. Anyone would be fortunate to have KSI True 77 as a Department Head and mentor. I hope that one day I can be half as effective and successful in Department Ops as she is. Since the beginning I knew he was destined to be great and do great things. When things got hard, he always had my back. He always made sure that he did what he could do and more. When i stepped down, i knew that the staff of sevens and generals were solid, but i had the most faith in silence. We lost MP, something that i never wanted to happen, but since he took the seven position he has worked tirelessly to protect and better this division and this community. He made my transition from codiv to sgt as smooth as possible and supported me every step of the way. When personal things came up, he was there for me and other members to talk to. He is the purest form of a leader you can find and a mentor to those around him. She receives some attention that she does not deserve. She is an amazing officer that continues to push herself to better the squad. She works closely to Kerfuffle to run meetings, gamenights and other events division wide. She has found the perfect balance of personal life and KSI life, one that those looking to move upward can inspire to have. She never ceases to amaze me with her strength and resilience and her drive to just better the division. She inspires on the daily and i wish she was one my captain's when i was general because man, this girl is pretty amazing.

If it wasn't for Silence's strong presence any time a member needs him this division would not run half as smoothly. He is always in parties with people of every squad and has been trying to set up gamenights on things outside of xbox just to have more interaction between the squads of the division. I have known silence since he was first recruited into KSI. I was his founder and i realized fairly quickly that i was going to have an interesting time with him. him, another member and I were kinda the three musketeers of just trolling people. One day, however, he went to troll one of his members (once he hit gen) and he said "I don't think we can no longer be friends" That double negative was the start of the downfall of his sanity. I don't find many who are on the same wavelength as i, but silence is defiantly on it and lets just say his sanity was like "Silence, i don't think we can no longer friends if you keep dealing with these KSI folk." And thus we are here, and he is still putting up with us however his sanity is not. He is perfect for this award because sometimes i worry about him. Thank you.
