This man definently needs a padded room. He also looses a lot of sleep over a lot of the stuff he is put through. If in his place I don't know why he hasn't lost his sanity before now.

This man has gone through a lot the last couple of months. Actually both he and his wife, but I am here today to speak for this man's sanity. This guy doesn't sleep much, I know because I don't sleep much. Somehow he goes to sleep later and gets up at same time or earlier, meaning a couple hours, yet he makes sure to make time for his division's members and problems. However, the last couple weeks have been even more insane as hes been dealing with all of the xdg stuff, and trying to keep the squads strong. He has had to deal with a lot of highly active people leaving, making sure spirit week rosters are set, and ensuring everything is running as smoothly as it can be.The only time he has to sleep is a couple hours a night, and possibly during his lunch break at work. Luckily for him, his wife puts up with him, otherwise he would be in the loony bin by now. After the last couple weeks, actually the last week mostly, I question if someone else poses at him, but then I hear him laugh at the stupidest stuff and realize yes, it has been him the entire time. He has just gone insane.

I haven't been in KSI long enough to meet him more than a handful of times but ive seen him on all the time most likely dealing with stuff and I've heard some of the stuff he deals with and see how he doesn't get much sleep because of everything he deals with and if possibe is even crazier than my own gen.

We didn’t forget the Day 4 scoreboard, but because the competition is SO CLOSE, we’re going to keep it secret until the final results are announced on the 6 pm EST stream and posted in here tonight. See you are there!

In the short time i have been in KSI, she has made me feel very welcomed and is always down to talk and play. She’s very loyal and honest and is a great asset to the community.

During Spirit Week he has assured everyone is informed of the events they signed up for. Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -KSI Havoc 7 Link to forums account - Reasoning why they deserve this - Havoc has really been representing our division in a good light. He placed in the top for WW2 ffa and brought us home a win For Halo. He is always in parties with members, always willing to assist a member from a potential recruit to someone in a division, to one of the officers in his squads. Havoc also knows when to put on his business hat and have those serious conversations, even if they are painful for him to have. He has also been assisting members with spirit week and the forums. Meanwhile still finding time for his duties as Head of PO. Also, he is very reachable and approachable, Venum is even going recruiting in his spare time to help out his squads. He has been helping to ensure the teams for Spirit Week are set up and ready to play, assisting people with voting. King also runs the Welcoming committee for DW and he provides a good support system for all of the committee. All while facing obstacles in his personal life.

As everyone will tell you silence has done a lot for us even taking time out of his day to participate with us while he's at work which most saine people won't do. He also has been up most hours of the night recently trying to help with the squads getting hit by other communities or even troubled members causing a fuss he also laughs at the controller at night because it looked at him funny. But he has for sure lost his mind being a leader over all of us in the crazy division!

Witness; Silence has gone through so much within KSI that he should require daily solitary confinement with a straight jacket on in his own padded cell. With all the situations that have arose he loses sleep over the shenanigans KSI brings upon him and still manages to go through every situation almost-perfect and in a timely matter. He’s been losing his sanity over the last few weeks and honestly deserves to have his own padded cell.

When anything breaks, he's right there to help mend it back together. The heart that Akame has when it comes to his members is never ending and overfilling. Workshops that he hosts are indepth, and if there is anything not understood, he never continues without explaining in detail. Akame works his rear off to make sure that LS is always running smoothly, never allowing for a minute of bad time. The amount of effort he puts into this division is unbelievable, and I'm happy to have someone so hard working to call my CoDIv Leader. He makes sure that gamenights happen, that members are welcomed, and that all needs are met. KSI December 77 is a Captain above all others! When he's not online, he's on Discord 24/7 helping members when in need. He takes time out of his daily life, whether he's in football practice, or at Church, to make sure that no one is missing anything. He actively recruits and always keeps members in the know. Lenoir works harder than most and never complains about what is handed to him.

Havoc has done many things for this community. His first time around Havoc went through the ranks in DM was Head of T&E for a while and made it all the way up to the Board of Directors. Now he’s been back for a few months and is the founder of DW. He goes above and beyond everyday for DW. He will always get in parties and play games but also he is always someone to look up to. For the past few months he has spread all his knowledge to officers and potential officers throughout DW. Now I can go on and on for hours and hours about why Havoc deserves this award. But I’m sure everyone already knows the outstanding leader he is. He deserved the first level, now it’s time to get him to level 2. Announcing: KSI Spirit Week 2018 The past year has been a wild ride for KSI, but we are growing and improving each and every day. As we've done since 2011, we are throwing our annual KSI celebration at Spirit Week! We are happy to report to you that the schedule and events have been set, so mark your calendars for June 20-24, 2018! Details are outlined in the divisional sign-up thread in the Spirit Week section that can be found here: --- **Event Sign Ups** All sign-ups will be posted in the Spirit Week section with details on the events. A Co-Founder or higher in the division is responsible for posting the sign-ups. No other members should be posting the sign ups. The rosters can be changed up until the sign-ups close thirty minutes before the event begins. All members who compete must be registered on the forums and/or documented on G14/Omega before 21 May 2018. Any member recruited into KSI and entered into the CMS after 21 May will not be eligible to compete in the games on the consoles. They will be eligible for the Forums Poll, Minecraft build-off, Donor FFA, and Social Media events. --- **Donor Free-For-All** There will be a Donor-only Free-For-All event on Sunday, June 24 at 2 p.m. EST. To be eligible, you must donate at least $5 to the Donation Drive through our PayPal, a Twitch Subscription to KSILive, or Bit Donations in the stream between now and June 20, 2018 -- the start of Spirit Week. The Free-For-All will be a UNO tournament at https://play.unofreak.com/. Those who play UNO will be eligible to get one (1) participation point per division, and winners of the event will be eligible for individual prizes. --- **Prizes** Individual prizes must be redeemed by contacting KSI's CFO, KSI Ace 7. If a prize is not claimed by 1 August 2018, you will forfeit your right to them and they will be recycled for future use. In total, more than $300 in prizes will be up for grabs between individual winners and the top-3 divisions at the end of the weekend. --- **Divisional Cup** As with all of our major events -- Spring Break, Spirit Week, and Fall Classic -- the final standings of the event will contribute to the Divisional Cup standings. --- **Scoring Guide** Each event will be graded as follows. The Forums Challenge Poll will open in the Spirit Week section of the forums on the first night. For a division to get a participation point for the Challenge, they must garner 20 votes in the poll. For the rest of the events, they must have one team show up and compete. If they field two teams, they will not gain a second participation point. 1st = +3 points 2nd = +2 points 3rd = +1 point Participate = 1 point --- **Social Media** If you don't know, we have a Facebook and Twitter!
