Name: KSI December 77 Link to Forums: @December 77 Award-/-Achievement: Outstanding Service Level 1Reason-/-Evidence: As a fellow friend and squad member of KSI December 77, I whole heartedly feel that he deserves this award. As a 1st CPT of Trocity LS, December is one of, if not the hardest working member I have ever come across. Rising through the ranks, he has been selfless with his time. He has recruited constantly, explains how to do things, and if it's not understood, he re-explains. As a member of the Welcoming Committee and the Editor of the News and History Teams, he also likes to keep members well informed. Through all of his time with these, he has still made time to also start LS's Head Hunters team, be the Captain, and hold 1st chair, and make sure practices are held AT LEAST twice a week.He makes sure that the squad always comes first, even moving around his real life ordeals when something has to be done and there's no one else to do it. He pushes people to not just better themselves, but to exceed all expectations and go above and beyond. He makes members feel comfortable and wanted, and he is exactly what I strive to be, both in and out of KSI. Without December, and the time, effort, and extreme hard work he has put into his KSI career, I don't think that things would run the same. Thank you KSI December 77 for being the epitome of the leader we all want to be.

When anything breaks, he's right there to help mend it back together. The heart that Akame has when it comes to his members is never ending and overfilling. Workshops that he hosts are indepth, and if there is anything not understood, he never continues without explaining in detail. Akame works his rear off to make sure that LS is always running smoothly, never allowing for a minute of bad time. The amount of effort he puts into this division is unbelievable, and I'm happy to have someone so hard working to call my CoDIv Leader. He's all over the place making sure his squads and members are taken care of and well informed. He goes above and beyond the call of duty helping with security tasks as well as taking time out to attend gamenights within the division. Well respected, Odinn is the CoFo to be! Working from sun up to sun down, he makes sure that every aspect of squad life is handled before working on his real life. December is a go getter, always trying to better himself and make sure that no one in Trocity goes unnoticed. When he's not online, he's on Discord 24/7 helping members when in need. He takes time out of his daily life, whether he's in football practice, or at Church, to make sure that no one is missing anything. He actively recruits and always keeps members in the know. Lenoir works harder than most and never complains about what is handed to him.

When I first started doing big things in the Productions team was when I did The Tales From the Borderlands. Then I did the Arkham Series, which was all Batman Arkham Games. Now I’m coming back and I’m doing a series on the Guardians of the Galaxy TellTale game. All dates are already planned out and you can see them down below. FI for the win

Havoc has done many things for this community. His first time around Havoc went through the ranks in DM was Head of T&E for a while and made it all the way up to the Board of Directors. Now he’s been back for a few months and is the founder of DW. He goes above and beyond everyday for DW. He will always get in parties and play games but also he is always someone to look up to. For the past few months he has spread all his knowledge to officers and potential officers throughout DW. Now I can go on and on for hours and hours about why Havoc deserves this award. But I’m sure everyone already knows the outstanding leader he is. He deserved the first level, now it’s time to get him to level 2. Thanks @KSI Havoc 7 for your hard work and dedication to the community
