Member KSI AWOL (SSGT/DM/Discord) @KSI AWOL Reason why he deserves this: KSI AWOL is very active in pretty much everything that has to do with our squad. Forums, game nights, our Discord chat, etc. He's been made a SSGT and he did an amazing job as a SGT, I can't wait to see what he brings to our squad and our division as a whole now that he is an officer. He throws out ideas on how to make our squad better and his involvement causes other members to be more active.

KSI COUNTDUKEU 3RD LT Insanity DM @KSI SIR ALUCARD Reasons: Duke really stepped it up this month. Our officer staff had a bunch of stuff come up last minute this month and he was able to step in and take over game nights. Really shows the team work mentality that being in a community is all about. In addition he has been seeking knowledge and seeking to spread knowledge by taking LEAD 101 classes and volunteering to host workshops.

Name: KSI Gambit 7/KSi Veriitas 7 Link to Forums Account: @KSI Gambit 7/ @VeRiiTaS 7 Award-/-Achievement: Drama Queen Reason-/-Evidence: There was a misunderstanding within the community and neither of these two handled it with out a level of drama warranting this award. They went from speaking daily to not communicating for over a week and not intermingling in each others cliques This is a story of depression, sadness, gang warfare tears tobacco and a whole lot of drama. These two young lads recently had a little tiff which resulted in both of them going to their own corners and writing mean entries in their journals. after detailing what each other did they threw them away. What they didnt understand or even foresee was @go away was living in the trashcan (long story for a different time). Luci then made paper airplanes out of them and launched them into the world where @Raggard T. Bear found them in the parking lot of IHOP., he proceeded had an interesting read. Fast forward to the following weekend Rags had to come out of retirement as Dr Phill and talk to each of the youts separately. Rita discussed the sorrows and feels he had sitting next to an empty seat at a baseball game which had a piece of paper on it stating "Reserved for Gambit". Rita took a picture with his two seats, and a shirt that just said "Best". with Mascara running he boycotted the community while trying to "Find himself", Raggard stated he was to old for this Poop, and that rita needed to talk it out and end the drama, or Rags hypertension would be the death of him. In the end rita knew that maybe things gone blown out of proportions, and Beta to beta needed to have a talk with his pal. He took a photo with a Bobble head mascot, consumed some uber eats and stopped spamming the world with negativity meanwhile Gambit was found smoking Cigarettes in the girls room writing graffiti on the wall and burning his arm just to feel something. He didnt want to talk at first, rags tried stroking his ears to calm him but the only words gambit could muster were "PLEASE". Once rags convinced him to put down the Marley Smoke, gambit began to confess the truths. He didnt want to be petty, he just couldnt make it to the game, he had to be with family but rita just didnt understand. rags convinced him to talk it out. When gambit felt better he reached in the trashcan, which concerned Raggard, and he pulled out a shirt that read "Friends", Put it on despite the stains of garbage and began flapping his majestic ears on his way to find his fwiend. Gambit and Rita Met at a mutual location, shared some hugs some tears and a little bit of giggling, things were back to normal. They took a photo and it now read "Best Friends". In the end it was learned that talking it out and not talking it up was the best way to resolve issues and keep friends. Both came back to KSI activity and got their String/Cup set up going again so they could gossip once more.

As expected the man, beyond the member, is present for all LS members, easy of approach and available to whoever needs him. His presence is overwhelming, he's always pushing us to achieve more, he comes with new goals to challenges us each and all to achieve to greater level, in a way that goes beyond what is required of us. And he does it in ways that don't tires us too much so that we can continue to achieve greatly weekly if not daily. Well for starter though he is now a Co-punder, he was General for the major part of April and has such remains eligible for nomination in tha category. Odin, aka Flaw, is and has always been a force of nature. He has a strong will, a determination that he can pass on to others easily, stamina to achieve greatly and to boost people morales all around him. He's always around to pressure our members into doing a little bit more than they are willing to. And the charismatic character that he is, or at least that he shows, in addition to the natural leadership skills that he brings to every gamenights, meetings, parties, workshops and all sorts of events day after day, inspires our guys and gals aim higher in their weekly achievements as KSI members or officers.

Working with Gary has been amazing, and I feel like I have learned a lot from him. When Performance Operations was looking to see which DW 7 should step up to the plate to implement the new PO workshops, King volunteered without hesitation and has brought these new training materials to the entire division. I couldn’t be more proud to see how King has grown over the past month and can’t wait to see where he brings us in the future. Nebula has not had the easiest or the smoothest run as General, it’s been a long bumpy round filled with obstacles around every turn. I would have expected most to have quit by now had they been on the path that Nebula has been on, but he has not. The past month has seen Hannibal DW do a 180, going from stagnation to success story. Nebula has been the catalyst of this change, which began with changes he made to his own leadership. Nebula still has a long road ahead of him, but now it’s a lot smoother. Not only is he a model captain & Member, but he is also a great advocate for his members, a mentor to anyone who seeks knowledge, and a resource to anyone who needs help. When i imagine what the future holds for DW, the picture always includes Kamikaze as a pillar of leadership. Since her return to KSI she has made a huge impact here in DW, and not just in her own squad. She has become a strong voice within the division when it comes to supporting members and boosting activity. She constantly talks to new members and makes them feel welcome, no matter the time of day. I’m glad to have her in DW. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Teufel (SSGT/Elysium DW) Link to forums account - @KSI Teufel Reasoning why they deserve this - When your quiet in KSI it’s easy to get overlooked and forgotten. Teufel is not loud, he is not outspoken, but he is someone who is always willing to learn, and always willing to help. Teufel is kind, patient, polite, and friendly, but most importantly he is highly adaptive. Work schedules and KSI life don’t always mix well, but Teufel has found a way to make it work. I have seen him take the knowledge he has learned lately and used it to help other members of his squad, without having to be told, he had the initiative to help others. I know he will go far in this division.

Senior Leader KSI FuzzyMeep 7 (CEO of KSI) @I am FuzzyMeep™ Reasoning why they deserves this- Fuzzy Meep 7 deserves rhis because of his continued diligence with KSI as a whole. He is always quick to answer any questions that are bought before him and always makes everybody feel great about themselves. My last time through KSI he even sat down with me and let me talk about everything I was going through and gave me great advice on how to make things better. Thank You Sir for all of your assistance. Director KSI Ronin 77 (Director - FI & DW) - @Mr. Conversation Era Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI Ronin 77 deserves this award because of his never give up attitude. He has helped DW grow in so many different ways. He has also made me a better leader within the community because of all the advice he has shared with me. He just recently got promoted to Senior Director and I cant wait to see what he helps to implement into KSI next. Thank You Sir for your help and Assistance. KSI Gary 7 is a very active member within the division. He is always available to take care of anything that is going on in the division or answer any questions members might have about the community. He has worked very hard to get where he is today. He is making goals for members to achieve on a weekly basis. He just recently got promoted to Div Leader and I cant think of one better person for that Position. Keep up the great work bro.. Founder KSI Havoc 7 - Founder/ DW) @KSI Havoc 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Havoc 7 is a great leader within the community. Everyone knows if you are having a bad day or just have any questions, he is the go to person in the chain of command. He is always coming to game nights and hanging out with members in the division. When it comes to Member Retention this guy knocks it out of the park. He is always thinking of new ways to get more members involved in the community. Keep up the great work. General KSIxNebula (Gen - DW/Hannibal) @Nebula~ Reasoning why the deserve this - Like a small boat on the ocean, This is my fight song. This is just a example of the memories I have had with Nebula. He is a great leader and doing a great job at building his squad from the ground up. This guy deserves more credit then he is given. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and also answers questions for everyone in the community. Just recently he has started hosting motivational workshops in our division and is doing a great job at rising our divisions morale. Keep up the great work bro. Captain KSI Bane (4CPT - DW/Hannibal) @KSI Bane Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI Bane deserves this award for the activity in his squad. He is always streaming and trying to get members involved in KSI events. Bane was promoted to CPT last month and since then has really stepped up to the plate. He is also becoming more active on the forums and with Marketing. He is always available to help in his dept with Weekend Warfare as well. Keep up the great work bro. LT KSI LeedlelLee16 (4CPT - DW/Samurai) @LeedleLee 16 Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI LeedleLee16 has done a lot of things since she has come into KSI to make Samurai a better place for everyone. She is always throwing game nights and getting members together to meet new people within the community. She just got promoted this last Friday to 4CPT and has gone above and beyond when she was a LT. I can't wait to see her next move in KSI and see nothing but a bright future for her. She wrote one on the Pubg and I truly enjoyed reading it. I cant wait to see what she writes about next. I see nothing but good things in the future with her on the News Team. Member KSI RENAlto (SSGT - DW/Samurai) @KSI RENAlto Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI RENAlto has done a great job on stepping up to the plate the last couple of weeks. He has been recruiting, training and focusing on member retention in Samurai. On Friday RENAlto got promoted to SSGT and I cant wait to see his next move in KSI. Keep up the great work bro.
