Kitty has taught me so much about being a good leader that it would take way to much time to type it all up. Every situation that comes up she uses as a teaching experience either for myself or for the 7's staff/general's. Her main concern day in and day out is making certain that DM is the best that it can be and she does that by leading by example. she’s always one of the first people to do the AAP’s or any div cup related things to make certain that DM continues to be one of the best divisions in KSI. He excelled at all of his responsibility’s as a co-fo and then some. Sometimes even sticking his nose into other squads business he wasn't over because he genuinely cares about everyone around him and always doing the right thing which is the KSI way. He kept looking for any and all ways to help out that we had no choice but to promote him up to founder a couple days ago he more than earned his promotion and with the amount of respect he has for DM and all of DM has for him he will continue to go above and beyond in helping DM grow and prosper. Every time he’s in the party hanging out with his squad he’s always asking how people are doing and how their day is going. Romeo goes above and beyond what is required of him as a General. Even though he is fairly new at the role of General it really doesn’t show this moth alone after his old squad split he took the new squad and they have been flourishing under his command he has done the best possible with the officers that are there when they can be it never phases him he says it is what it is and continues on he is there for the people in the squad and it truly shows. Romeo has one of the most important qualities that a leader can have and that is respect not only of everyone in his squad but also that of his fellow Generals and his entire 7's staff. Romeo truly deserves General of the month for all the effort he has poured into his squad and continues to do so. When he joins a party people naturally feel comfortable with him. He is a good example of someone that leads by example in everything that he does. His squad is getting ready for a split as I type this and he is the perfect choice to be General over the new squad. He has the respect of his peers and he obviously genuinely cares about all his fellow members. Over the last month especially it has been very stressful for him and his General having a few setbacks with the split but he Is finally ready to step into his own a become a General he has more than earned his promotion. Even though it took a little while for him to come out of his shell (it takes a bit to get to know the squad) this month alone he has really stepped it up getting to know his squad and hanging out with them to doing motivational quotes on discord to brighten up his fellow members days. I’m really happy to see all the progress he’s made as an officer this month and look forward to what he’s going to continue to do as he continues to excell. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI AWOL DM/DIscord/Sgt Link to forums account - @KSI AWOL Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI AWOL Awol is one of those laid back and chill members that everyone likes to hang out with. He always seems to have nothing but nice things to say about his fellow KSI members. As a member he always goes above and beyond to help out his fellow members and would make a really good officer ( wink wink) it’s his choice. But even without being an officer he helps out by being an all around great member hanging out with his fellow members and showing how much fun KSI is we could always use more members like Awol.

They went from speaking daily to not communicating for over a week and not intermingling in each others cliques This is a story of depression, sadness, gang warfare tears tobacco and a whole lot of drama. These two young lads recently had a little tiff which resulted in both of them going to their own corners and writing mean entries in their journals. after detailing what each other did they threw them away. What they didnt understand or even foresee was @go away was living in the trashcan (long story for a different time). Luci then made paper airplanes out of them and launched them into the world where @Raggard T. Bear found them in the parking lot of IHOP., he proceeded had an interesting read. Fast forward to the following weekend Rags had to come out of retirement as Dr Phill and talk to each of the youts separately. Rita discussed the sorrows and feels he had sitting next to an empty seat at a baseball game which had a piece of paper on it stating "Reserved for Gambit". Rita took a picture with his two seats, and a shirt that just said "Best". with Mascara running he boycotted the community while trying to "Find himself", Raggard stated he was to old for this Poop, and that rita needed to talk it out and end the drama, or Rags hypertension would be the death of him. In the end rita knew that maybe things gone blown out of proportions, and Beta to beta needed to have a talk with his pal. He took a photo with a Bobble head mascot, consumed some uber eats and stopped spamming the world with negativity meanwhile Gambit was found smoking Cigarettes in the girls room writing graffiti on the wall and burning his arm just to feel something. He didnt want to talk at first, rags tried stroking his ears to calm him but the only words gambit could muster were "PLEASE". Once rags convinced him to put down the Marley Smoke, gambit began to confess the truths. He didnt want to be petty, he just couldnt make it to the game, he had to be with family but rita just didnt understand. rags convinced him to talk it out. When gambit felt better he reached in the trashcan, which concerned Raggard, and he pulled out a shirt that read "Friends", Put it on despite the stains of garbage and began flapping his majestic ears on his way to find his fwiend. Gambit and Rita Met at a mutual location, shared some hugs some tears and a little bit of giggling, things were back to normal. They took a photo and it now read "Best Friends". In the end it was learned that talking it out and not talking it up was the best way to resolve issues and keep friends. Both came back to KSI activity and got their String/Cup set up going again so they could gossip once more.

The award states that the div starting from a split (200-300) members needs to hit 450 members, so a growth of 150-250 members and we started at 5 so we achieved that growth.

Co-Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Gary 7 (Division Leader DW) Link to forums account - @KSI Gary 7 Reasoning why they deserve this- Gary has given his all in DW, He is a outstanding example of what a member, a Leader should be. He puts a lot of his time into the division to make sure that it is growing smoothly, Gary may not be the best Captain inside of Sea of Thieves, But He can get a boat and lead it on a Adventure, just like DW, We've had someone lead us into a great Year so far. Gary recently became a Division Leader yesterday, and he is probably the most deserving of the promotion. He also Works very hard for Productions which he is Head of, he takes hours of the day to sit down and think of ideas to improve it, and he through the Applications for the department, he recently got someone from all the divisions which was a huge goal and milestone for him. He may not be the best at games, for he shoots dead bodies, but he plays for his members above everything else. He doesn't care if he isn't doing amazing or not, he puts priority into his members and his staff! Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI HAVOC 7 (Founder DW) Link to forums account - @KSI Havoc 7 Reasoning why they deserve this- Havoc has been working very hard in PO, making sure multiple divisions and getting the education it needs to improve their leadership for the future, he has a planned workshop that is everyone week before the General Meeting in DW, and he isn't afraid to sit someone down and have a talk to them, whether training and mentoring them to be a better leader, or having a heart to heart with them and talking about their lives. Havoc is a very caring, compassionate, Leader within KSI, he works for the community to help members and leaders alike. He plays with all the squads and has days where he sits down and hangs with that specific squad. He doesn't let the fact that he used to be in KSI years ago and him being a Veteran, mean that he is better than everyone else, He doesn't brag that he used to be on the Board, He is a Leader that we all look up too, and a friend that we should all be happy to have. Havoc is a fantastic example of what someone see inside a leader. He is always up to sit down and help people with knowledge they are either lacking in, or needs retraining in. King also is a Join Area Mod, which he works a lot inside of that area of the forums, king gets on and immediately starts to be with his members. He is a great source of knowledge and I can't wait to see what more I can learn from this Mysterious creature. He is a refresher to what I can be, and what I used to be. He is a fantastic Role model to people inside his squad and the division, He doesn't let the fact that he is the general to make him higher than his officer staff, he is always looking for people to learn more from, he is never afraid to ask questions and is always improving himself and his squad. Hysteria is someone who came back as someone greater and wasn't afraid to give himself another chance at being a General, I'm Proud to call him my friend and another General inside of this Division. He works exceptionally hard inside this community. He is always helping people, inside his squad, Division, or just the community in General. He came back into the community and has brought himself back in a amazing manner, he always gives 200% to the community, He helps people who can't afford things, Mentors them, and is just there to talk to. She's always planning on having game nights and recently have been doing workshops. She recently got promoted to 3rd LT, and I want to say thank you for coming and helping us out! She has been working hard on pumping out articles in the News Team, and Participating inside of events within the community. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Finisher (Hannibal DW SSGT) Link to forums account - @KSI Finisher Reasoning why they deserve this- Finisher came to the squad with some of our friends, that were rejoins, he was really interested to be inside a community and move up the ranks. He has been inspired to improve himself and the squad, even when plagued by daily issues he got on and came to us wanting to recruit, and wanting to do gamenights and help people. his first week being cleared he got 5 recruits, which was really refreshing to see someone so motivated within the community again. Finisher is someone who can get along with basically anyone with ease, but he isn't afraid to talk to someone when they need it. He is a example I hope we all can appreciate to have within the community for someone just starting out, good job man, im glad you are here with us. Department Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Bane (4CPT Hannibal DW/ Productions Staff) Link to forums account - @KSI Bane Reasoning why they deserve this- Bane does a lot for productions, he is probably one of the most active streamers within the team. he is always coming up with new ideas within the department and welcoming people when they join the department for the first time! Bane has been one of the first members always up for streaming and helping around when no one else can, always answering questions. He is also active within T&E, he hosts events a lot and makes sure that people know what the events are and what exactly is happening with them. Bane is a great example of something we should look at inside of Departments. Forum Staff/Dept Head Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Jessii 77 (Marketing Co-Head/General of Talon EO) Link to forums account - @KSI Jessii 77 Reasoning why they deserve this- Recently Jessi has been in the hospital, but that hasn't stopped her from sending messages out in the chats and motivating her staff!, outside of being of the hospital she is very active daily with being inside the community, Improving people inside her squad and inside her Department. Jessi is a new department Head compared to the others, but she has really being taking names.

I can vouch for this, Luci and Riot ran the insane asylum quite efficiently. LB nor its leaders got the credit they deserved for not only running a "re-education" division but also simply running a very successful division overall, i dont know the specific numbers but if there is pic proof, then rock on. i know they grew rather large from humble beginnings

Director Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI GAMBIT 7 Link to forums account - @KSI Gambit 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - This is the first director that DL has had in awhile that actually lets us be a Division, instead of telling us how to do things he sat back and let us learn and make decisions while giving us advice along the way. I have learned so much from him and could not have asked for a better Director. He always has answered the call for help and handles issues out of our hands with haste. i look forward to our continued teamwork to make DL great again. She is a great leader and has always put the welfare of DL before hers even with hardships she has dealt with personally she still managed to do her duties as a DIV LDR. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI SourPeaches Link to forums account - @KSI SourPeaches Reasoning why the deserve this -Peaches was given a almost dead squad with roughly 30 members and most were not active, over the past months i have seen her squad flourish into a squad that has become the powerhouse of DL. the squad now has 60 active members and game nights are held weekly to keep players active and having fun, She makes sure her officers fully understand their duties and she never lets anyone slack. She has the determination and positive attitude that DL needs and we hope to see more officers like her. I assume that you are referring to the Graduate 101 award, as it has the text officer on it. That one is given out to graduates of the 101 education program. Typically it has been an award that you could purchase (when there was an economy system), or given for a donation to KSI upon request. Hope this helps

Department member KSI xKamikaze 2CPT @KSI xKamikaze reason he deserves this award: Kamikaze works non stop with keeping member retention high and is always posting up links and advertisements for marketing to make DW very active. In fact, DW has the highest participation points because of his non stop work! General KSI Nebula @Nebula~ reason he deserves this award: Nebs has been working really hard on growing his squad (Hannibal) and making it the best it can be. He has also been inspiring others by hosting Motivational workshops to help the morale in DW.

He makes himself available as soon as he can& he always has my back no matter what. During my time leading DR it was a stressful point for me taking a divison that was near merging conditions & bringing it back to a divison split, but fuzzy was there to listen to me vent & to help me come up with ideas & keep my motivation alive. Fuzzy has always seen the best in me & has always pushed me for more & has always made sure I set myself up for success. When I left clan ops after all my hard work in DR fuzzy personally messaged me thanking me for everything that I've done for DR & setting the bar in the community & that mean't more to me then anything. Even to this day fuzzy answers my questions, puts up with my venting & has my back no matter. Thank you fuzzy for everything! Back when I was div leader of DR ronin was div leader in EO & we didn't really know each other, we came other through different paths & we had different past history's in KSI. When I made my return to LW not long after we merged with DR & ronin was our director. He show'd me new ways to lead & has built me up to be a stronger person. We chill literally everyday & just recently opened my Group on the forums up to him & made a few adjustments. Ronin strives for greatness no matter where he is & he is very much looked up to. Nebbi has been the only officer in his squad, has had officers but they were completely inactive & has been under 20 members & has still came back from of all those issues. He has been gen for almost an entire year & his goal is co-founder & he's super determined to get there. Don't get me wrong he's not perfect & he knows that but he has brought his squad up from 20 to about 50+ & he has been slowly grinding with his officer staff. He has kept all his members active, trains the officers he does have. His does his role flawlessly. This month especially coming to the 7s when he needs help when it comes to hosting game nights, and the 7 staff love to host them for his squad because the standard vibe Romeo has set in his squad is such a warm and welcoming feeling, it brings out the best in all his members. While Romeo works as hard as he does in RL, he will still jump in parties while on Poop making sure everything is all tickty boo with his squad. After seeing what he can bring to the table and how much respect and admiration he has from his squad, I have had a massive change of heart and from he has done and will do I can’t wait to see what he can do as the next potential owner of cruelty. Everyday he posts an inspirational quote to help motivate his Div, everyone loves to read them its an awesome way to start the day. He comes to Almost every game night the Div hosts every day as well as super interactive with workshops. Even though he isn’t an officer he still does the role of being one and keeps members happy in his parties. Keeping his squad mates on there toes AWOL is always keeping activity high. Not only is he active on Discord and Xbox, he is also very active on the forums. This month DM’s goal was to get him as an officer cause how well he earned the respect of his fellow squad mates this month. AWOL has gone way above and beyond and will continue to do so.
