King is a dynamic fella, has had some real ups and real downs in this community but he has always stayed the course. Not to long ago he lead KSI to our first division split (CD) in over 2 years and really inspired a lot of growth and competion within the community. He kind of burned himself out leading DR from scraps to split and had to reboot. he remained a join mod and just rebooted for a bit. not to long after he rejoined clan ops to hang out and soon enough was bit by the leadership bug, now as a cofo in DW he is again proving the despite some mistakes or going to hard in the past he like all great leaders in history got back up after falling and has not stopped since. He is a knowledgeable and respectable leader who deserves this award

I believe that King deserves this award, all around. When he was King he made sure to produce more Gamenights, he retrains people who personally ask him, even if it's not someone in his squad, while he's been a Co Founder he's always down to immediately get into action, he isn't afraid to make sure people know what they're doing, he's always down to go help members and make sure people have the knowledge they need to be a leader. King is outstanding example of what a leader should be inside a divisional leadership role.

He is active not only in the discord app chat (especially in the music sharing one which I appreciate) but in the game night's as well (even if he doesn’t own the game). He's always looking for more way's to learn all he can about KSI. He is the kind of person that you wish you had more like in your squad. He's easy to talk to, he has a good head on his shoulders and just an all-around great member. Overall he is a great person to be around and my pick for this month's member spotlight. 7 Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Igan o7 (CoFo - DM/Discord & Insanity) Link to forums account or @ mention - http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/13923-ksi-igan-o7/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Igan even though he's been busy with work as of late, he is still one of the best people I know in KSI. He's always willing to go the extra mile for anyone. He is always very knowledgeable and always there when you need him. He's been trying to balance everything with work, IRL, and KSI. I think with the amount that's on his plate right now he is doing a good job. He's my pick for the 7's portion of the member spotlight this month.

He's worked hard in recruiting and integrating the new members getting them comfortable. He is an example of what leadership is all about and that sometimes you need to have a little edge. He is always willing help and is not afraid to tell you when you are doing something wrong. His future in KSI will be amazing.
