Akame will ALWAYS endeavour to do anything and everything for a member, I have witnessed him spend large quantities of his pay check on buying physical equipment and MS monetary vouchers for members of this community regardless of division. He goes out of his way to host as many meetings for squads and the division on a whole as well as multiple workshops when other divisions 7 staff are stretched to hold 1. Akame will load in before he starts work to handle any issues that have arose during the night then spend his 1 hour break during work on his Xbox socialising and again dealing with any issues then from the moment he walks in from work back online making Hebrews job a little easier with his Level of dedication. Akame as a Co-Div still goes out recruiting for squads to deliver the ‘KSI’ experience to Xbox members and it’s not often you find people of such ranks still driving numbers in such a proactive manner, he although re-earning his 7 status is still boots on the ground with the rest of us grunts. Akame has had a difficult time in KSI in the past but still turns up and shows the face of a positive gaming community. He has worked for multiple departments and taken part in most of KSI activities even though it is during the ungodly hours for us Brits when most members are in the land of nod, Akame is dedication embodied. Most if not all leaders know Akame and also know he has shown the level of dedication and care during his roles in KSI to qualify for this award and others in fact but I am determined to get him recognised for all he has done for this comminty and he is truly an asset to any division and department he works for. To sum up- there is no job too big or too small for @KSI Akame 7 to throw all of his energy into to get results.
