Witnessing: I claim Silence 7 as my mentor He always there to help and encouragement people. He See's potential in people and let's them know it and helps them see the potential in themselves. He has helped me alot and really from what I have seen in my time in KSI he has helped alot of people. He's always motivating us no matter what your rank is and always finds time in his day to chat with us. I've learned alot from Silence . I really look up to him alot and look forward to learning much more from him.

Witnessing: I claim Silence 7 as my mentor For a while before I completely reunited with KSI, I felt lost and incomplete. Thinking I have been left behind by people. I've always felt like that but, Silence has taken me under his wing when I did find KSI again. Throughout my progression in the ranks, Silence has been guiding me, teaching me and most of all, be there as a person I admire. When I progress again in the ranks, I wish to be more like Silence. I thank him for teaching me how to be a better person for this lovely community and my squad. His words had changed me for the better of what people need.

Witnessing; I claim Silence as my mentor!! When I rejoined I refused to do anything for KSI and he was the one who convinced me that I could be something. He's a motivational mentor, has influenced a lot of members to be better, and is an excellent leader within KSI. Ask anyone around and they will tell you he's the most involved mentor you could ask for.

He is a highly educated motivated member who when in and active has been someone to innovate and actively work to expand depts and clan ops. I met Gandhi when he was a young lad and was joining a division under me when i was director as a Major. He quickly worked him way up the division with only a few hiccups along the way. He became a corner stone of both SF, GW and XD. Was a division leader over divisions of 400+ members. Was the only director in the community at one time (2010) over all divisions. He was apart and a heavy hand of the original Performance operations team (helping with clan ops, HR and education), Was a FTLA (LEAD) educator. Was and is a court judge. He has several ideas to assist and expand on the communities overall structure and level of excellence, which is proven with his last year and a half being in the community. Roughly six months ago i was looking for someone who could both understand my vision for P.O and future educations of the community. Nate was that person. After having a brainstorming session it occured to me that he was the person who could both understand what P.O's had done in the past and what the community needed in the future. He worked hard developing a team and established his own dept. Now we are month 2 into trial runs with 6 divisions out of 9 involved with the community education program and it is showing much promise. objectively and subjectively he deserves this award and recognition (pending on who you ask ;)) He has been a sgt through director, judge, Creator of history dept, renovator of Performance officers and creator of community education program, built depts, divisions and leaders. Not to mention he was in P.O and one of the main goals was just to mentor and train people. I can Vouch for this, i have read over old posts i can say that he was a part of the offier staff, the division grew decently in a short time and split but there are no specifics

OS1 Tex has been an incredible asset and addition to the director team as of late. But her story of excellence in leadership begins a lot earlier then that; Tex has been Moving up the ranks with in ES for quite some time now. Always been modest and humble, she is not afraid to get on her members level a treat each and every issue with the level of respect it deserves. Plus Moving into her new spot she was a little apprehensive in moving away from ES prior to her work being done but with her transition she brought up Got em and left ES in for comfortable place to continue to rise and exceed expectations. She def deserves this award

Impy is a go to guy, a staple of many aspects of KSI, a leader among his peers, and a leader to KSI. But the thing that tops it all is he is genuine. he cares for members he has never met like his old friends. deals with all issues with discretion and precision and is not afraid to ask for help. it is hard to follow two amazing posts describing him to a T. Impy is truly one of the most outstanding leaders we have had in a long time in KSI and i look forward to watching his career progress
