Oh man, the things about Ronin we could talk about. From feeding his xbox milk to the squeaky chair we used to hear from his mic, but i digress. Ronin has been a major influence to me in many ways. He would spend countless hours with me in a party, usually educating me on some of the successful ways he had ran a squad to help me better understand the roles of a gen, helping him with updating and creating officer notes. When we were first being threatened by a poaching situation with .com, he was already ahead of the curve in making sure the officers of the div knew what to be looking for when security checking fellow members of the squad, when on lock down he made sure additionally that in detail, what to be looking for on profiles between their friends list to clubs to just their general information on their profiles as a whole. When we weren't dealing with that, he has always been the person you could go to, with any situation and he would be able to lay out a multitude of possible routes or options you could take to achieve your goal and provide reasoning as to why each one of those was a possibility. With his time and dedication to this community he has provided me with insight on ways to make the tougher decisions as a divisional leader in this community, he is a fountain of knowledge of KSI information, always continues to strive to make this community a better place, a more welcoming place and always seems to honestly bring out the best in people. His innovative and progressive ideas will only continue to allow him to continue upward. Truthfully I couldn't of made it to where i'm at now within KSI, had I not had the opportunity to work with him.

KSI BadKitty 7 Div leader @KSI BadKitty 7 KSI BadKitty 7 has continued to impress me month after month. She is always helping out in any ways she can. Whenever I have a problem come up that requires her attention she always does the best thing possible for DM. She has taught me that everything we go through no matter how much drama is involved can be a learning experience. Kitty always does what she thinks is best for DM even if it might not be the popular choice she does what she can do even if she appears to be the villain sometimes but people realize that there is a reason why she pushes recruiting and the AAP's and everything else it’s for the betterment of DM. Kitty isn’t satisfied with just a sustainable division she wants it to continue to grow and prosper which under her leadership it has done just that. She is a great leader that makes all the tough decisions and continues to do all that she can for DM and has the respect of DM. KSI Blood GEN @KSI Bl00d KSI Blood has continued to impress me on a daily basis. Blood is always hanging out with not only his squad but other ones trying to help out all over his fellow KSI members. He always leads by example whether it’s bringing in recruits hosting and posting his game nights and doing training and promotions. All while delegating responsibility to his officer's so that they can learn and grow as officers. Blood has the respect of the whole division which is important for the betterment of his squad and for DM as a whole. KSIxROMEO Captain @KSIxROMEO KSIxROMEO has continued to impress me at his dedication to his squad. I remember back when he was a fresh recruit he was really almost shy like most of us but over the last few months he has completely come out of his shell and stepped up to help his squad. He was recently promoted up to the well deserved rank of captain. He isn’t afraid to voice his opinion and helps his General out any way that he can without complaint. Even though their squad is short on officers he has continued to keep on keeping on. Even when he’s at work he gets on the app and hangs out and talks to his squad. Romeo is dedicated to bettering not only himself but also fellow squad mates. He like the others that I have nominated has the most important quality that is needed in my opinion to be a good leader and that is respect from his peers. KSI DemonicFox LT @KSI DemonicFox KSI DemonicFox is one of those officers that pleasantly surprised me by not only stepping up and becoming an officer but truly excelling at everything that he does. He is always leading by example helping to train up the SSGT’s, always hosting game nights doing everything asked of him but not stopping there he goes above and beyond to help out his squad. Even though he hasn’t been an officer for very long he already has the respect of his fellow officers and squad. I look forward to seeing how far he will go in KSI. KSI Joe 7 Member @KSI Joe 7 KSI Joe 7 recently took over a squad that was struggling and turned it around completely. In a few short weeks time he managed to remove all inactive members and continually grow in numbers. The only problem with his squad is the shortage of officers which is no fault of his own. Everything else he is running smoothly game night activity is through the roof and he has to split his squad meeting in to two different parties. With Joe you can tell that he truly cares about those in his squad and takes the time and a lot of effort in showing people the fun in being in KSI and is doing everything that he can to get more people to step up and give back to KSI by becoming an officer. Joe has the respect of all the people in DM people are comfortable with Joe they don’t mind giving him a hard time and joking around with him which is really what KSI is all about having fun and gaming.

7 Gamertag (Rank/Div/Squad) KSI Gruntier 7 Co-Div DM @KSI Gruntier 7 Gruntier 7 is one i personally look up to. He always keeps his cool, no matter the situation. He is always there for help and support, even for the little things. He has been a mentor to many and is the perfect role model for KSI. Gruntier is what we all should strive to be. Member Gamertag (Rank/Div/Squad) KSI Joe 7 Gen. Cruelty DM @KSI Joe 7 Joe has been my personal mentor over the past few months, always pushing me to be better and work harder. He has done everything he can to help me achieve my goals not only for me but for the squad as well. He tells me I've become the backbone of the squad, but he truly is the rock that we all lean on and the foundation the keeps us together. You'll never find another that cares so deeply for his squad, his division, or his community.
