Division Leader: Gamertag: KSI Gambit 7 (Div Leader - DM) Link to forums account @Shiro the Hero Gambit is the type of leader that takes charge of a situation right away instead of waiting and seeing. Since gambit became div leader it has been a lot of work for him to lead DM in a new direction. He makes certain there is no fluff and that his Seven's staff and General's have everything to do their job correctly. If their is a problem he listens and offers advice on what's best for DM as a whole. Gambit also goes out of his way to make certain people are happy and feel included by forming raid groups for all of DM that need it. DM is lucky to have Gambit someone that cares for all of its members no matter what rank they are. She seems like she's always online whether it's on the forums or on the Xbox. Whenever I have a question about HR or a problem in one of my squads she's always there to answer any and all questions. Anyone that knows her or has been around her knows that she lives and breathes KSI whether it's with T&E, AAP's, HR or something DM related she's always there, and somehow still makes time to game and have fun. She is an inspiration to everyone and I look forward to learning more from her in the future. General: Gamertag: KSIxFORSAKEN (General - DM/Cruelty) Link to forums account @FORSAKEN Since FORSAKEN has taken over Cruelty it has continued to grow and prosper. John is always there for his officers and everyone in his squad. He is very meticulous when it comes to training his officers and making certain that they know precisely what they are doing. John has also been leading by example do as I do not as I say type of approach. He never asks more of his officer's than he does him self. John has been working on making certain that Cruelty is always active and growing. It truly has been a pleasure working with him on making Cruelty and DM as a whole better. Lieutenant: Gamertag: KSI Blood (Lieutenant - DM/Cruelty) Link to forums account @KSI Bl00d Blood has been an exemplary officer in everything that he has done. He quickly integrated himself into the squad and took on the role of an officer one that picks up things really quick. For someone so new to KSI i see him always promoting people up and actively recruiting new members. When he makes a mistake which is rare he learns from it and doesn't do it again. Since Destiny 2 raid has come out he has been helping fellow members through the raid almost on a daily bases which takes a lot of patience and fortitude on his part which is great to see in an officer. Blood is always trying to improve both himself and others around him. I see a lot of potential in Blood and can't wait to see how far he will go in KSI. Submitted on a mobile device

Through poaching incidents and complete lockdowns due to ex members being blacklisted and joining .Com he always put his division first by teaching us efficient ways to handle every single thing that comes our way.. We are stronger as a division because of his selflessness to be an acting general in times of need when we had no squad leadership. We were suffocating as a division when i first joined KSI and he Was The person who came to me and said he knew I would make a great officer, That i had the ability To Help change EO for the better. I am now the General of Volatile because Ronin believed in me and payed for my name change to get to SGT. He sees potential in people and always finds a way to tap into that.. He has always taken the time to mentor specific people (KSI Guyy Gen of Defiant and KSI Techz Gen of predator) he knows can go above and beyond for the division and even takes time to play with people he doesn't even need to be in contact with. He deserves this award not only for the years of dedication he has shown to KSI but the will to mold a dying division that Was The smallest in KSI at the beginning Of The year into one that has now more than doubled in size. WD is lucky to have him now and you will continue to see the results this man brings

I am releasing my right to vote for the third time for this award. I have many reasons for doing so, especially to highlight the fact that KSI Mpliers 7 has mentored myself from Co-founder to Senior Director. He has done so much for me, yet he has done a million times more than that for KSI as a whole. Listed below are feats or KSI Mpliers 7 and explanations as to how he is outstanding at every capacity. 1. Dedication through trials and tribulations. Out of everyone in this community, I have seen Pliers go through the worst of circumstances. However, he remains a strong shoulder to lean on for the rest of this community. He has been thrown under the bus, yelled at, kicked down. Yet his own problems are never an issue because his friends, the members of KSI, come first. Pliers has been a part of this community for over 3 and a half years and has not once stopped giving his all to this community, no matter how many times he seems to be kicked in the nads (virtually, of course). If ANYONE were to get this award, they should put the same amount of effort to KSI as Pliers does. 2. Motivation of members. Countless times, I have heard Pliers give a speech to one of our beloved members about why staying in KSI is good. He makes sure that his friendship to this community is known so that people will know where to turn to in a time of need. Not only does he take the time to convince people to stay in KSI, he explains why they are needed, looked up to, valued. He teaches people about what they have to gain for being in KSI - knowledge and insight. 3. Leader Training. Out of all of the senior leaders leading this community, Pliers has trained and worked with every one of them. Each Director and Senior Director has learned at least one thing from this amazing individual, causing Pliers to have an impact whether or not he is a part of the situation. He continues to train new-comers by giving them advice and pushing them in the right direction. He has recently taken over the teaching side of Human Resources, dedicated towards training and working with all co-founders, affecting the entire community. 4. Versatility. On top of clan-ops, Pliers is all over our departments. He is the Head of T&E, and an assistant to every other department by bringing in referrals, offering ideas, giving assistance. He assists Greg in running Education, ensures LEAD classes are being hosted, assists with any new information and re-creating of the 201 classes. He is also an admin on our forums, assigning groups to people in departments as well as KSI leaders. 5. Effort. I have never seen such amounts of effort for something in which we do not get paid to do. Pliers puts so much effort into this community, into the leaders and the members of this community. He is seen as a figurehead of our people because he is who people turn to, who people learn from, who people are motivated by. 6. Selflessness. More than once, I have seen him put his problems on the back burner to walk people through problems - whether divisional problems, squad problems, or personal problems. He has talked countless members into staying, into working, into remaining dedicated. He consistently motivates those around him to be better, to learn more, to motivate others. I can keep talking around in circles about how much of a great help Pliers is to this community, but no amount of typing can truly explain the full impact he has had on this community or the amount of leaders who look up to him. He is definitely outstanding, although that may be an understatement. Regardless of whether or not enough people comment in here to prove that, this community sees him as a symbol and as a friend.
