KSI Mpliers 7 dedicates himself to this community and is available most hours throughout day and night. KSI Mpliers 7 is a mentor and has mentor many many many members and leaders alike. KSI Mpliers 7 in recent times has even set up and assisted squads and divisions set up servers on Discord. Bottom line in addition to being the most Senior Director, is a Senior Forums Mod and Department Head for the highest speed and most employed department; Tournaments and Events, who over sees multiple events every week and helps coordinate events which includes but not limited too Spring Break and Spirit Week. There is simply no doubt, that KSI Mpliers does not deserve this award, but has with hard work and dedication earned this award, OS level 3, and is deserving of The Most Outstanding Award as well, and you can expect those nominations when the time requirements have allowed for such nominations.

It was one of those times you feel a sense of loss, even though you didn't have something in the first place. I guess that's what disappointment is- a sense of loss for something you never had.

Well, here's another one. Pliers goes above and beyond to ensure that things are ran smooth, and without a hitch. He puts his all into the T&E department. I have had the pleasure of working with Pliers for a few short weeks, and it has been amazing learning, and soaking up all the information I can. He is a personal mentor to multiple members. Pliers is very approachable, but also knows when to get serious and tighten up the reigns. He has done so much for this community, and continues to put forth 100% effort daily. KSI has an outstanding leader and person in Pliers. He is more than deserving of this award.

Mpliers 7 is not only a great leader but a great person. In order to be a great leader one must understand those around them in order to adjust to certain situations. Mpliers does this and so much more. Truly outstanding. Mpliers has dedication for this community more than those think. He is not only dedicated to his duties but to the members within the community. I personally have been affected by his support and he is truly inspirational for all that he does. You can ask so many people and they will tell you the same thing. He is within different departments of this community ranging from Human Resources, to the Tournament and Events, and on the Board of Directors. He takes time out of his day to help this community grow. Not only in numbers, but with strength, integrity, and knowledge. He is always there, mentoring, answering questions, and contributing to our community. Wether its streaming videos for events, hopping in on a game night, or being there at 1 am to talk. He seems to set aside his personal problems in order to help those of us within the community. You know, I couldn't possibly think of a reason why he doesn't deserve this. It's truly amazing how much he does within this community and I don't think he gets enough recognition for it. I think as a community this is our way of giving back to him. He has always been an inspiration. Even before I met him. People have always talked about Pliers, and not in a bad way. He is inspirational. Not only this, but he pushes us to our fullest potential and knows when we can't go anymore. He give's new ideas, as well a humor to lighten up a mood, but he knows when a time to joke is and isn't. Pliers has hard work ethic. It seems weird to put it that way but it's true. How much hard work and effort he puts within this community is outstanding by itself. Once he sets his mind to something there is no hesitaton and he gets the job done. I know it may seem as if I'm repeating myself but in different ways, but all of these characteristics tie together to make an outstanding leader. You can't just mention one thing, you've got to mention them all and I probably left a few out. Which I am hugely apologetic for, because as I said before Mpliers deserves this award without a doubt. He has not only influenced my KSI experience but so many other people. He is the inspiration that has formed so many leaders within this community. He is the inspiration that sparks motivation. This is not only a state of an opinion, it's a fact. Mplier's has been outstanding since the day he joined KSI, and he hasn't stopped growing as a leader, supporter, or person. He shows this through his actions and contributions within our community.

I am releasing my right to vote for the third time for this award. I have many reasons for doing so, especially to highlight the fact that KSI Mpliers 7 has mentored myself from Co-founder to Senior Director. He has done so much for me, yet he has done a million times more than that for KSI as a whole. Listed below are feats or KSI Mpliers 7 and explanations as to how he is outstanding at every capacity. 1. Dedication through trials and tribulations. Out of everyone in this community, I have seen Pliers go through the worst of circumstances. However, he remains a strong shoulder to lean on for the rest of this community. He has been thrown under the bus, yelled at, kicked down. Yet his own problems are never an issue because his friends, the members of KSI, come first. Pliers has been a part of this community for over 3 and a half years and has not once stopped giving his all to this community, no matter how many times he seems to be kicked in the nads (virtually, of course). If ANYONE were to get this award, they should put the same amount of effort to KSI as Pliers does. 2. Motivation of members. Countless times, I have heard Pliers give a speech to one of our beloved members about why staying in KSI is good. He makes sure that his friendship to this community is known so that people will know where to turn to in a time of need. Not only does he take the time to convince people to stay in KSI, he explains why they are needed, looked up to, valued. He teaches people about what they have to gain for being in KSI - knowledge and insight. 3. Leader Training. Out of all of the senior leaders leading this community, Pliers has trained and worked with every one of them. Each Director and Senior Director has learned at least one thing from this amazing individual, causing Pliers to have an impact whether or not he is a part of the situation. He continues to train new-comers by giving them advice and pushing them in the right direction. He has recently taken over the teaching side of Human Resources, dedicated towards training and working with all co-founders, affecting the entire community. 4. Versatility. On top of clan-ops, Pliers is all over our departments. He is the Head of T&E, and an assistant to every other department by bringing in referrals, offering ideas, giving assistance. He assists Greg in running Education, ensures LEAD classes are being hosted, assists with any new information and re-creating of the 201 classes. He is also an admin on our forums, assigning groups to people in departments as well as KSI leaders. 5. Effort. I have never seen such amounts of effort for something in which we do not get paid to do. Pliers puts so much effort into this community, into the leaders and the members of this community. He is seen as a figurehead of our people because he is who people turn to, who people learn from, who people are motivated by. 6. Selflessness. More than once, I have seen him put his problems on the back burner to walk people through problems - whether divisional problems, squad problems, or personal problems. He has talked countless members into staying, into working, into remaining dedicated. He consistently motivates those around him to be better, to learn more, to motivate others. I can keep talking around in circles about how much of a great help Pliers is to this community, but no amount of typing can truly explain the full impact he has had on this community or the amount of leaders who look up to him. He is definitely outstanding, although that may be an understatement. Regardless of whether or not enough people comment in here to prove that, this community sees him as a symbol and as a friend. KSI Mpliers 7 is a outstanding senior leader here in KSI and has always gone above and beyond the call of duty in this community. He puts his all into everything he does with clan ops and web ops; no mater what time it is he is there for the members of this community and has mentored many myself included. He ha done incredible things with T&E and always makes sure members have a great experience not with just the tourneys but KSI wide. I don't think there isn't anything this leader cannot do and that is because he has done so much for KSI and still finds ways to help and make this community fun and better. Mpliers has earned this award because of his strong dedication to this community and everything he's has done and everything he's still doing and going to do in the future.
