As previous users of kik, we were constantly running into the issue of squad chats being filled rapidly ( as per the 60 member cap per chat) which led to squads having multiple squad chats, members feeling left out or unwanted, and discrepancies from mixed messages being sent among chats or in one and not the other. Igan saw this issue and proposed the solution of moving to Discord where there is a more diverse platform, high maneuverability and functionality, no cap on members per server, and ultimately a better experience for both members and leadership. Since then, not only DM, but multiple other divisions have transferred from kik to Discord including LS, LW, and some of the departments of web ops as well. After proposing this idea, Igan has not only worked in constantly maintaining our server, but the servers created for other divisions as well as teaching members of leadership how to create and manage their own severs. This member absolutely deserves this award.

As someone outside of his own division, I believe Killer truly deserves this award through outstanding achievement and his dedication to this whole community. Not only does he care for LS as if it is his family with his late night talks, making himself available to members of all ranks, and his constant actions to better people as individuals and members of a larger team, he then has extended that same kindness to those of other divisions. I have personally witnessed him jumping in to help out members of my division when no one was available, coaching them through process, giving them real life advice, and encouraging improvement at every step. This member truly goes above and beyond what it means to be a member and a leader in this community and we are fortunate to have someone of his caliber.

This man sacrifices time with his own family to make sure our division is doing ok. Hes paid for multiple gamertags out of his own pocket so people can climb the ranks. Hes a vital member of this community and is well liked. He can drink a litre bottle of decent scotch and still stand... now that's pretty impressive haha. He's strong minded ambitious and is always available to help even with the smallest of problems. The time he spends with us guys is amazing and i thank him.

Os Lvl 1: I can attest to this in a multitude of ways. Ronin has been a mentor to me for about 4 months of my ksi career and the amount of tangible knowledge he has to offer is outstabding and has helped me through many ibtresting scenarios. Also when eo is down he is the first person to be the one to fix it ie becoming temp gen over talon and cultivating it and finding a new gen to take that spot where as that isnt his quote unquote his responibilty.. Also as select few people may be aware eo has been subject to some poaching and harassment issues he has been in each squads parties assisting on how to get in front of said issues directlybworking with us to resolve said issue
